    I had a great experience, however I went on a trip right after my service which included a oil change. I had car trouble coming home. I had to pull into a mechanic and he pin pointed that a clasp was broken on the sensor to my intake. He said that it was recently broken probably because whoever had changed my oil did not undo the connection during the procedure. I have suffered greatly it would take too many words to say how much I have been thru since my service at firestone. I have referred several big sales to you, but I hope you do better by them.

    Mgr was very informative making me aware of promotions, value of Firestone tires and clearly very well trained. I thought he was a sales manager training a new team. I really liked him and felt he knew the secret of selling self, than product and then service. I have already recommended Firestone and will be back

    Why do I no longer receive the print out when my alignment is done? And I honestly, beleive that it was never done and that it purposely not done!! Firestone on W 11th have no printer is their excuse and I was not personally at this appointment but my Boyfriend was. and just recently, he was under looking at where the oil leak could be coming from and he found out the alignment was not done. He knows more than I about this kind of thing. And I believe him. Now where do I go if I no longer wish to deal with your company? I have free life time alignments on 2 vehicles, and I feel like I am being judged and that MY business is unimportant to your employees......'

    Don't go they can't fix it the 5th time. They buy after market parts and charge you full price then can't fix it. Drag out the problem for months hoping you'll go away. then send you to the other store downtown.

    My technician Jonathon was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He provided information about my car, and took the time to listen. The front salesman who greeted me was friendly as well. It was a good experience overall. I plan on visiting again.

    Made appointment on line dropped it off 3 hours early and they were done before the original apointment time. There was not pressure of upselling me services I didn't need. They did alert me of potential items I may want to address next service.

    Had the brakes done on my car a month ago for a total of $412.24 for the first few days everything seemed fine. A couple weeks later I started hearing a loud clunk in the rear of the car when driving. I was in desperate need of new tires and didn't want to blame the brakes until they were replaced. I bought new tires at a tire shop across town and the tech (tire guy not a mechanic) asked me if I had recently had a brake job, I told him I did and asked him why he was curious. He told me the rear brakes hadn't been properly tightened, which was the source of the clunk. I called Firestone and made an appointment to have everything checked out. Since I had to work the day of the appointment my wife (along with 2 very sick kids) took the car in. The mechanic told her there was nothing wrong with the car but he could replace the struts for $400 and that might fix it. The next day I drove the car 60 miles out of town for work and the noise got much worse. I parked the car and went around to each wheel and checked to see if one was loose. Upon my inspection I found one of the rear wheels had about an inch of wobble. I then had to have the car towed back to town where I took it to my normal mechanic to be fixed. He informed me the brake job had been done wrong and that was the source of my problem. Now I'm out the money for the tow and the repair, when I tried to call the store to complain the phone just tang until it cut off (at 5:30 pm). Needless to say I will never take my vehicles to Firestone again for any type of service.

    It was getting increasingly difficult to get my van to shift out of park. Finally, I took it to be looked at. It was late in afternoon so they could not do a complete look until the next day. I was called in the morning to let me know what they found - it was looking it would need new parts, be expensive, and take several days. BUT the technician was able to see the problem and realized it just needed an adjust. Cost was much less than I was afraid of, and it was ready in a few hours. Very pleased!

    Did not use paper on floor and left nice, big greasy/oily footprint on carpeted floor mat on driver side. Baaaaaaad!!!!! 2nd time by Firestone....different locations. May be a franchise wide problem. Use paper and be cleaner!!!

    The guys were very good to fix my engine check light. It did not go off so after I took it back they very quick to get me in and see why it was still on. It took a little to figure it out but they stayed with it and were successful after having to order a part. I have been dealing with this store for over a year and feel very comfortable about coming in and getting work done. I feel like I can trust the guys to make sure my car is safe and running happily.

    Went in for the first time because they were having a special on battery replacement & installation (with a reputable brand battery) that seemed the best deal in town. Had to wait a bit despite my appointment, but not too long. They ended up charging me less than I expected to pay even with the coupon, and while they were at it filled my tires with air after noticing they were low.

    Been going here for years. Solid crew, honest, dependable, decent prices. I made the mistake of getting tires at a competitor across town and the screwed up big time. Took it to Firestone and they fixed it. Should have gone there in the first place!

    Every time I take my car into Firestone I get excellent service and attention. In one instance there was not an issue with it and I did not get charged for them checking it out! I highly recommend them to everybody.

    My last oil change was as expected- but when I in Texas for an oil change they also rotated my tires for no charge, Thought this was great .
