    Horrible customer service. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional management and service techs. I went in on the previous day to schedule two vehicles for servicing (over $1500 in work for both). When I brought my first vehicle in early in the morning, the manager had a poor attitude and got angry and flippant with me because of the tight scheduling. He continued to have an bad attitude and unprofessional demeanor throughout the transaction.

    My recent visit has been very unpleasant to say the least. It all started when I took my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 in because I had a popping sound coming from the front of vehicle when turning the steering wheel. $1855 dollars later, nothing has changed and there is still a popping sound when you turn the steering wheel. So I take the truck back for the same noise, So they say something is maybe wrong with the right tie rods again and they were going to replace them again, which I think was not done right in the first place. So another $254 dollars later and still a noise coming from the front end. They tell me it is a design flaw in the front end, where two metal parts hit each other when the steering is turned to far. So I take the truck home and there is fluid leaking all over my driveway. So I get the truck and the steering wheel is sluggish and turns alittle hard. So I took it back up to Firestone and they tell me the power steering pump is back and they replace it and another $462 dollars later and I am on my way. So I have another puddle of fluid in my driveway, so I take it back to Firestone and they say one of the new hoses are going to the radiator was bad and leaking, so they replace it. So I take my truck back home and low and behold there is more fluid leaking on my driveway. So this is where we stand with my truck, that I took in to be serviced by your company. This has transpired from 11/01/2017 to 12/09/2017.

    I took my vehicle in to have scheduled maintenance on several parts. All of a sudden I had a leak coming from under the vehicle and took it back in. They said the power steering pump was bad, so they replaced it. My truck was still leaking fluid, and I took it back in, and they said one of the radiator hoses was leaking and they said it was fixed. So I brought it home from firestone and it has been parked since and low and behold there is a big puddle of fluid on my driveway floor again. So I moved my truck over to another spot so I could put cat litter down to soak up the fluid, and left it parked there. I just went out to check it and it and there is another puddle on the driveway. I looked under the vehicle and there is fluid dripping from under the power steering pump, and there is fluid dripping from some hoses and the crewmember on the front of it. This needs to be fixed right and firestone needs to send my vehicle to a different company to fix it right. I will not deal with these guys again. Oh and them telling me that there was probably extra fluid in the lines and when I turned the steering wheel all the way and pushed the extra fluid out of the top of the power steering pump, is either thinking I am stupid enough to believe that, needs to go back to school.

    The staff has great customer service skills they definitely put me first. They go right on my vehicle in a timely fashion, and kept in contact with me throughout the process and welcome questions as well . They let me know of what needed to be done to my car before they began work, and gave me great estimate amount. They were very loving and caring and made sure me and my family was safe to ride off in my vehicle.? #TeamFirestone

    From the moment I arrived at Firestone I was treated like I was the only and best customer they had. I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle and didn't have any "surprise" charges when work was completed.

    I had a repair problem and Robert, the manager took extra steps to have it repaired the correct way. I have used Firestone for 10 years, and Robert is always polite, through and honest. I would recommend going to Firestone and talking to Robert if you have an auto problem.

    I always receive prompt and friendly service from Firestone. They take good care of my car, and make recommendations as needed. I have never had any problems with Firestone, it sounds cliche but they make a person feel almost like family. It's nice.

    I went in for a front end tire shake a couple weeks ago. They were very helpful and communicated every step of the process, even the minor issues that they found that they do not repair were communicated to me. The work was performed in a timely manner with no hassle.

    We came at closing time with a flat. Manager went got tire..showed us same quality tire, gave us the price. We left it and picked up at 7am next morning. He helped us find solution to problem, easy and pleasant. I will always go back to Firestone now.

    I bought tires here and just had them serviced. They have provided the best service I've ever received, better then a couple of other tire stores in the city. Every staff person I've been in contact with has been great. Received great advice. They don't try to up sell you on stuff. Just great overall service.

    I have used Firestone for many years and until my last visit have been happy with the service. When I bought my new tire in July, the service tech broke the instrument in the tire stem that gauges how much air is in the tire. It was working properly when I arrived and wasn't when I left. I returned to Firestone and told the manager. The tech looked at everything and said "sorry, there is nothing I can do about it". I had to go somewhere else and pay to have the gauge replaced. I am very disappointed with how I was treated and will not return to Firestone

    My car was messed up and they were able to fix it right, the first time. This isn't the first time I've used Firestone, nor shall it be the last. They have always taken extremely good care of me and my cars. I go nowhere else. I've put a little over 5 grand in my car over the last 5 years to keep it running good. Thanks! I'd also like to add that I had to have my car towed to the location on NW 23rd. Street to get new tires put on (first). They new my time restrictions and were extremely helpful also.

    On my first visit to Firestone I purchased two budget Primewell tires and an alignment. The two remaining tires on the back had a lot of tread so I chose to keep them on my teenagers recently purchased used Acura TL. I later learned the horrible wear on those front ties was caused by loose tie rods, in addition to being out of alignment. Your staff corrected the tie rod issues at no extra charge and aligned the car and mounted my new tires much faster than promised. I learned the two tires I kept caused a wiggle at highway speed probably due to the poor alignment history and took it right back and advised your staff what I learned and purchased the other two tires. They took me right in and put them on in pit stop record speed and sent me on my way. They provided me a recommended maintenance plan for my daughters new car and gave me a run down of the services they provide. The staff and management were stellar, and seemed honest and trustworthy and willing to develop a long standing relationship with me. This experience has certainly led me to begin bringing my vehicles to this Midwest City OK store.

    My two front tires were in horrendous shape, they took the car in and quickly got to work on it. While they greeted me quickly and with smiles on their faces, they let me know it would be an hour or less, yet it took close to three hours to finish my vehicle.

    I paid them an it wasn't fixed ! I left the store an went back an told them it wasn't fixed an asked to please fix it ! They said they couldn't ! Wonte go back !!

    If Robert is working, then I feel completely comfortable getting service on my car. If Robert is not there, then I will not get service on that day. I have been a customer at the Midwest City store since 2001, and the few times in the past 2 years that I have had to leave my car in the evening for service, I have come back to high pressure scare tactics that are issued to make me feel like my car will not safely drive down street unless I spend hundreds or thousands of dollars right then. So bottom line for me is that I trust Robert and a few others on the day crew, but without them you all would lose our business completely.

    I had other cars serviced at this Firestone before and enjoy the customer service + professional auto maintenance. This MWC, OK service station is conveniently located in a shopping mall area. If anything auto related arises oryour requested service is done while one goes shopping or eating they call to let you know. Plus they have a great sense of humor and most of all in my case...patience.

    My problem was not corrected completely and it took three times to get the issue resolved. However, the shop also caused two additional problems and i had to seek repair work from another garage. Firestone is excellent for tire and alignment, but was not at all satisfied with other types of repair work. I came in for a power steering pump replacement and valve cover gasket replacement. my car was returned with a high idle, broken rotor cap, sluggish acceleration, and an inoperable cruise control. The mechanic blamed my "new" problem on old vacuum lines that easily crack but when I inspected them they are all quite flexible. My car ran fine when i took it in and only had a minor oil leak and a broken power steering pump. It will now require several hundred dollars to correct whatever this careless and insensitive mechanic did to my car.

    Went to get a new tire. Two bays were in use. The man behind the counter said if they could just change the tire on the rim he could do it right away. If they had to take the wheel off and change the tire and out it back on then it could be several hours. Never going back.
