    Not enough great things can be said about the N Western Ave. shop, but I'll try: clean, bright, inviting, courteous and super professional staff and technicians. I've been a loyal follower of John Ketchum and his crew for years and will continue to do so. Top Notch Folks - all the way.

    Nick was great at getting my car in and explaining what was wrong with it. Justin helped me understand what needs to happen next and Rochelle was great in communicating when my car was ready. Thank you to Ray for taking care of the work! What a friendly atmosphere !

    I'm a long time client of John Ketchum. So, once again the superb training is evident in the wonderful manner in which a customer is greeted, expert repairs explained and the overall "professional" ambiance of the store. I continually tell folks that IF they want it done right the first time....there's only one place to go......Firestone in Edmond on Western.

    I tried to schedule an appointment online, but the website wouldn't let me. It instructed me to call the store. I called on Tuesday and spoke to Barrett. He was very nice on the phone. He scheduled the appointment, applied my coupon, and provided a quote before the call ended. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but summarizing a call with a professional demeanor goes a long way with me. I arrived at the store on Wednesday morning at 6:53 AM. The store wasn't supposed to be open until 7:00. When I pulled in, the open sign was illuminated and a customer was already sitting in the waiting area. I imagine this means that the store had been open at least a few minutes before I arrived. Again, a store opening early (by at least 10 minutes) is unheard of anymore. Nick listened to my needs and assured me that they'd get everything all fixed up. I told him they could keep my car all day if needed, as I knew it was going to need some extra attention. Nick called me at 10:59 AM to let me know my car was ready. They didn't have to push it through that fast, but they got it done and ready to go before lunch! When I came to pick up the vehicle, Barrett checked me out. He collected payment, asked if I wanted to round up my purchase for a donation, went through my alignment specs, discussed the lifetime alignment details, and sent me on my way. Awesome job man! I come to Firestone for a reason. You guys have always done a great job on all my vehicles, your prices are fair (especially with coupons), and your staff is always a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, the service industry continues to decline with trying to increase quantity over quality. You guys have stayed true to your company standards and that goes a long way with me.     After an oil change and 21-point inspection, I was told my struts, among several other things, needed to be replaced as soon as possible, that the car was not safe to drive. The total for the work to be done was just over $4,000. I started to cry, because as a single mother of 2, I don't have that kind of money laying around which I told the counter person. The person at the counter offered the 6 month credit card which I declined. He then offered a "discount" of about $700 which brought the total down to over $3,300. I called a reputable place in town for a 2nd opinion, and he told me my struts were "solid" and I just needed an alignment, air filter and transmission fluid flush which cost $430! I have been taking my car to Firestone since we moved here several years ago. I've referred friends to Firestone as well. I really feel that I was taken advantage of, BIG TIME. I will NEVER return to Firestone after this experience. Supposedly Firestone prides itself on being honest and reputable, but what I experienced that day was the complete opposite. Never again!

    Nick went way above and beyond to get my daughters car fixed. There were some broken lug nuts and issues on one of the wheels. Nick and technician John waited for parts well past closing time and took their personal time to get my daughters car fixed on Sunday. Explained everything and never rushed anything even though way past closing time. Incrediable Customer service.

    Earlier today, I would have thought I would be writing something negative here, due to the circumstances of our visit. However, thanks to Nick, and his commitment to exceed all of our expectations, and dedication to fixing the mistake, I am happy to write a positive review here. My mother called the store very upset, and Nick came to us in the middle of the workday to help put on a new tire and put together a jack, and then when we met him at the store he took the time out to personally oversee everything done with my new tires that we got today. Thanks for everything you did for us today Nick, we really appreciate it! Thank you for all your patience and dedication and we will definitely be returning here and asking for you fro now on!

    I've never had a bad experience at this Firestone. They have never tried to sell me unneeded services and always tell me when something can wait until the next oil change. As a car owner that knows very little about cars, this is invaluable.

    I bought the tires in St. Augustine, Fl before moving to Edmond, Ok. I had a slight air pressure concern and took it in to my local shop in Oklahoma for service. They were able to pull up my record and see it was still under warranty. Great services at no charge. Since then I've taken my car tip Firestone for oil chages and minor servicing. This last weekend my daughter borrowed my car to drive to Texas. On the way she drive over something metal and imbedded it in the tire. I had her take it to the Firestone shop there. She got the tire replaced and because it was still under warranty, it was only the prorated price based on mileage, and labor. Under $50! Thanks Firestone!

    I had an oil change and knew I needed air in my tires, so glad to get this done in one visit. The copy of my invoice had all the usual check offs i.e. fluids filled, tires all filled at 30#, etc. I drove down the street to another stop and when I got out, noticed my tires still looked low. I got out my gauge and sure enough, tires still low, between 15-22 #. So I was thinking, what else didn't they do that they said they did? Especially a service that I can't check as easily as my tire pressure? Makes you wonder....

    The work they did was solid, and it was delivered as promised. The guys at this location are nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. The only thing that I did not like was that I had to ask for a coupon. I have been a long time customer with Firestone, the length of time I have been with them should count for something, and I should get the best price every time.

    I've been getting all of my work done at Firestone and could not be happier with the service. The Staff is very friendly and honest, and always let me know whats going on with my Jeep every step of the way. They explain and show you the issues that are going on, which makes it very easy to understand. For the first time in 15 years, I trust my mechanics.

    Went to one location, and my change was $30. Tried another, and it was $70. You should tell customers of it's going to cost double, even if you claim it'll last longer. That's just bad business and customer service overall.

    Used them a couple weeks ago when we hit a large bumper coming into Edmond. Firestone fixed the rattle and only charged the $33 inspection fee. We were pleased with the prompt attention on a Saturday!

    I had a small, slow leak in my coolant, but my car ran fine as long as I kept antifreeze in it. After I took it to Firestone, the car won't pump any water at all, so it overheats now after 10 minutes. They told me I need a new water pump (which I do need now that they broke it) but my car was running fine before I took it into the shop. Now it perpetually overheats. Thanks for nothin, guys.

    My 4 year old son was offered a complementary water while we waited, which he accepted. Then 5 minutes later another employee approached my son who was in a chair playing on his leap pad and said "is that water good?" My son said "yes" and then the employee said "well you don't get anymore because those bottled waters are expensive and we have a water fountain" . My son had never asked for another one and was offered the one he had by another employee. I felt as if we were being reprimanded for accepting the complementary bottled water. This rude employee made me feel as if I wasn't welcomed in Firestone. I will not return.
