I have utilized this establishment several times. Sales and techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. I am a diesel mechanic which they don't know. I never say anything that would give a clue to them. They are always spot on the money and never try to gauge me.

Firestone in Indian Trail is my go-to for both of my vehicles. Steve has been doing my work for several years and gets me back on the road quickly and feeling safe every time. ( I always make an appointment) I had Celina as my Service Advisor for the first time this last visit, but I felt like we were old friends. I always feel like they value my time and my business.

I brought my car into firestone with a scheduled appointment at 4pm for new tires. After 30 min they told they couldnt get my tires off. I had to go home and get a special key to remove the tires and the technician said I could come back by 5pm and would be taken care of. I sped home and got back in 20 minutes. When I came back the technician who was working on my car was gone and went home. I knew this because the staff was talking about it. Steve was initially assigned to my car and he wasn't happy about something because he spent a good amount of time verbalizing it to the front staff in front of the customers. He was so negative I felt very uncomfortable. It made me nervous that he was mad it was close to closing and that would result in rushing. Since it was a costly purchase and my car is very important to me I asked Celina if I could reschedule so that I could have a technician who wasn't going to be upset working on it. She acknowledged that Steve was not the right person to be working on my car and she switched the assignment to Travis. Due to Celina handling the situation so well and being so polite that is why I am giving 5 stars vs leaving and taking my car elsewhere.

Diagnosed and repaired problem local dealer was unable to identify with "codes," on several visits. Work performed on CarMax Warranty. All arrangements made by Mr. Brandon at Firestone Indian Trail. Kind, professional people. Worth the two "Super Lefts" to get there.

Firestone Indian Trail is my go-to for both of our cars. Steve always looks out for me, letting me know when I need something done or replaced without pressuring me to do it immediately. Recently I went in for an inspection and brake fluid exchange and left with four new tires--I don't like to buy things without fully investigating my options, but I knew if Steve said I needed them now, I needed them NOW. Manager Bryant and Steve gave me a price that had me driving away safe and smiling. They were great!

I would like to recognize Celina. She was my service advisor today, May 28, 2018, at the Firestone Care Care in Indian Trail, NC. Firestone Corporate, this young lady and her story, are something you need to recognize. She understands car care, she used to turn wrenches. She also understands the needs of her customers. She is enthusiastic about what she does. She is a wonderful role model for girls and women. I hope you realize what an asset she is to your company.

Manager Nikolas and technician Steve give me the personal attention I would expect at a small town old-time service station, not a chain. Steve always gets my vehicle in and out in a reasonable time with no pressure for additional services. They do good work, I trust them, and they are my first choice for servicing my vehicle.

Frank is a GREAT guy. He greeted me when I came in, asked what I needed and then at the end of my time at Firestone, he said if there's any problems or I needed anything, to ask for him. I've always like firestone because of customer service and prices (they also price match). Just a great company all the way around.

I've been a loyal customer to the Indian Trail NC Firestone since 2010. I've enjoyed great customer service for numerous vehicles and they always honored my military service with discounts. My recent visit was very different. Staff has changed and it took 6 1/2 hours to change a tire. I had a co-worker follow me during my lunch break and drop my vehicle off to change a tire because a screw punctured through the sidewall. I arrived at 5pm to pick up my vehicle and it was still on the lift. Because of a "communication issue" I was left waiting and paid $67 for a tire that was under warranty. Repairs were finally made but I'm looking for another customer friendly service center. Too bad Mary Beth no longer works there, this would not have happened. I would like to continue servicing my vehicles at Firestone because of the close proximity to my house but I will be searching alternatives.

Mike and Jason were both very knowledgeable and curtious. They were able to get started right away and recommended a place for us to eat lunch while we waited . We needed new tires and they had what we needed in stock. They were able to take care of everything we needed in a short time. I would highly recommend this location.

This is my sixth poor experience with Firestone to date and I will not be returning. Every tire I own on all of my vehicles is a Firestone tire as I am very loyal by nature, but this will be the end of that. My experience with Firestone in recent history demonstrates a complete lack of integrity by the staff on multiple occasions now. Prior to this experience, the manager has done a good job of rectifying the circumstances and covering for their staff. Enough is enough. I have had the following issues: Stephens Mill store: Assistant manager swore up and down that he was bending over backwards to give me the very best deal he can possibly extend to me on four new truck tires. No possible way to get another dollar off he said. So I found the same tires at a competitor for hundreds of dollars cheaper and called back to Firestone to cancel my appt to get the new tires. Manager asks why I am cancelling, finds out I am going elsewhere, and suddenly they are able to sell me the tires for cheaper than the competitor. That demonstrated a complete lack of integrity as he gave me his word on his honor that he was giving me the best possible deal with the first quote! So I switched to the Indian Trail store and have had the following issues: 1. Paid for a full brake job on one of my vehicles only to have to pay someone else to completely redo the job as your tech failed to take the time to align the calipers to slide the clips in and chose instead to hammer them in at an angle. Second mechanic said he would fire a tech on the spot in his shop for such shoddy work. 2. Brought a warranty nail repair on a new tire having seen the nail in the middle of the tread and very easily fixable. Called me to let me know they found another one of my tires with inside tire wall damage that required the other tire to be replaced ("because it is dangerously damaged") with agreed upon plans to repair the nail tire and replace the other under warranty. Arrived to pick up my truck, paid my bill, got home and looked under my truck to find that they had replaced the nail tire and left the damaged tire that was so "dangerous" still on my truck!!! 3. Twice bought two new tires on two different vehicles to arrive to pick them up to find the new tires on the front instead of the store policy of putting all new tires on the rear for safety. 4. Two different occasions scheduled a tire rotation on two different vehicles. Picked them up, got home, then inspected the tires to find that neither one had the tires rotated at all even though the work order clearly said they had been rotated. After the first experience I started to mark my tires so I would know for sure. Happened again the very next time! 5. Brought a vehicle in that Firestone had just put two new tires on recently as there was a whomping sound coming from them every since they were installed. Figured it was probably a tire out of balance and a simple fix. Paid for an assessment and was told that I needed to replace two of my tires secondary to "uneven wear" and that they were out of warranty. I was also told I needed a full brake job including new rotors to the tune of $650 total with the tires. I asked to speak to a manager (Mary Beth who is about the only thing you guys have going positive in that store BTW) and pointed out that the tires you were recommending be replaced were less than three months old and Firestone did the alignment, the rotors that you recommended be replaced and not simply turned were new as of the last brake job, and the front desk guy is an idiot as he asked me the same question three times this morning after placing me on hold in the middle of the explanation of what I needed done after he asked me to explain what was going on by telling me that he needs to put me on hold while he helps a customer standing in front of him. I called BS on the whole situation and asked Mary Beth to personally evaluate my vehicle, perform an alignment check to verify the reason for uneven wear, and to assess the recommendations given. Next call was to pick my vehicle up. I arrived to be told that after she looked at the situation the tires did not need to be replaced, the brakes are moderately worn, the alignment was perfect, and on second inspection they "found" a loose lug nut post that needed to be replaced (how the hell was that missed the first time?!!) that was probably causing the whomping sound/feeling that I had originally brought it in for. I walked out having paid $10 and no longer have a whomping sound in my tires which is all I originally asked them to fix. 6. Same store lost my best friend's business when they also recommended a full brake job replacing the rotors. He agreed under one condition, and he was perfectly clear on this point, he insisted that he be given his existing rotors back as he wanted to see them to confirm they could not be turned as he found it hard to believe such a new vehicle needed new rotors already. They assured him they needed replaced and they would be happy to give him back his original rotors. He arrived to pick up his vehicle and asked for his rotors only to have the staff say that they couldn't find them and he want going to be able to get them back. Complete lack of integrity Firestone!!! I, like my friend, will be taking our eight combined vehicles elsewhere from now on. Your competition thanks you! Having written this out and reading it back I am asking myself, why the hell did I remain so loyal to Firestone to begin with!!! Unbelievable.

Tyler G was my rep when I walked in the door. While is seemed very young, (I al Old) he was exceptionaly knowledge and vey good in his approach to his customer! While I do not want a new car repair, I look forward to working with him on my next visit! The entire store is well ran with a cimfortable feel and general happiness in their work! Has to be a model store, awesome job!

Saturday morning- I got fit in almost immediately even though I didn't have an appointment. I did some work while I waited- I brought my own coupon but the service person was ready to offer a coupon if I had forgotten mine. The staff was very polite and friendly and I really was so pleased to get the "chore" done so quickly without a lot of waiting time. I bring my car to firestone for everything because they have the history on my vehicle. GREAT Visit!

I did not receive the service that I took my vehicle in for. Nothing was done to my vehicle within the 21/2 hours that it was there. When I went to pick it up, it was not explain to me why I did not get the service I asked for, until I found out that nothing was done. I will not go there again, nor will I refer anyone else and I will make sure my family and friends that I've referred to go there, that they will not got there.

My last experience consisted of having my truck serviced and a front end alignment. Haveway through the alignment they stopped and told me I needed $837 in repairs before they could do the alignment. I took my truck to a front end specialist and they did the alignment for $40 yes $40 and told me there were no issues with my vehicle. Prior to this experience I had used this store for a long time but I have made my last trip there and most likely to Firestone in general. I have a copy of the repair estimate.

I had been a loyal customer and used them a numerous amount of times, until one time I got a oil change and they left the lid completely unscrewed under the hood of my car. I have a 20 year old car and at that time only had around 65,000 miles on it so it is well kept and in great condition. Obviously I was a little ticked, but the process to correcting the issue went a little wrong as well. I had family out of town, and had no way of transportation and they suggested I drive to put oil in my car then bring it back by. Oil spewed all through the crevices of my car and then I had to take my car to get the engine bay degreased and clean. It ruined the liner on the under side of my hood, and I had to do all the work myself to correct the issue. They refunded me for only the engine bay getting degreased but did nothing as to recommend or help me solve my issue. I have not been back to that location since. I have used another Firestone since then. I wasn't going to review this location and give them a bad score, but this is my third email so I guess you really want to know why I haven't been back.

I have been a customer since the Indian Trail opened.......my rating was always a five star, however ever since "Frank" left I don't feel confident anymore.....recently after my car started hard one day your advisor forced me to pay for a diagnostic test (said it was mandatory)......they found nothing except a bulletin from KIA......an experienced senior mechanic like "Frank” would have known what to do in the most cost efficient way....trained people are a great in best me not

Vehicle was completed when promised. Very educated techs and always very friendly and remember our vehicles (we have 3). My son refuses to let anyone else work on his truck but the Ford Man! Not sure of his name but he always listens to my. 17 year old and has even rides down the road with him to listen/feel how the truck was running. Couldn't go anywhere else, never had a negative experience here!
