I know I’ve said it before but when you constantly and CONSISTENTLY receive EXCEPTIONAL customer service; you just have to say it again!!! John Buck is amazing!! He never neglects you as a customer. He listens and offers the best solution for your personal situation!! I REFUSE to go anywhere else or allow anyone else touch my vehicle. Because John is always involved, I’m confident every time that my car will be repaired and any for her concerns will be brought to my attention, without delay!! Rick the manager was very knowledgeable, and helpful even with my personal vehicle that wasn't being serviced. I had my company vehicle in for oil change, while he waited for my fleet company to approve the service. Proactively ordered the tires that was needed so I didn't have to wait so long. Love the experience

Took the survey for the first time in many year. The questions at the end pissed me off and you will never get another survey for me. Service at this location is excellent. You survey collection sucks and you outsourcing contractor should know better about telling firestone to even ad this other junk.

I had a SCHEDULED service on my Nissan Altima at 9am....I am still waiting for service. The technician fail to advise me that they were waiting for delivery of a part yet as we speak my vehicle is still not serviced at it's nearly NOON. I have had to inquire on my vehicle twice and no one has followed up with why I'm still waiting for service. Vehicles have come in and out all morning now going into NOON. My vehicle has not been touched...I imagine every is on lunch break or somewhere? This is completely ridiculous.

I've been going to this specific for over 15 years even after I moved approximately 2 years ago. I know the manager Dominick Brown and the manager knows me. Heis always helpful whenever I one.

After the initial diagnosis I left the shop only to have the same thing happen again. I was informed I needed an alternator and new battery which was replaced. However when I got on the highway my car shut off again. Called the shop and they towed it back and said since we have a first diagnosis guarantee we will take care of it. I guess that meant a free tow back to the shop ( that's the least you could do). It was then discovered that I needed a new fuel injector or something. That was changed and it cost me more money. Since it was not the alternator my old one was put back in. This is where I have the problem. My alternator was not bad in the first place so why was I told this was the issue. My battery was old but still functional. When I came back to the shop I told they would remove the charge for the alternator. They removed it because they put the old one back in. That's a no brainier that's the least they could have done. The mis diagnosis caused me an additional day off. Nothing was done for the inconvenience. I had to asked for a discount which did not sit well with me. The manager was nice but I would like to see a more proactive approach to customer service and making sure your customers are satisfied. After trying to get the bill lower (only due to the inconvenience the misdiagnosis caused) he informed me I can put the old battery back in. That's not the proper attitude when you misdiagnos a problem. There are things that should be done because it's right ( ie..remove the alternator charge because you placed the old one back... Eat the cost of the tow truck due to a misdiagnosis) then there are things you do above and beyond ( offer me an additional discount on the work, a free air freshener, or a weeks work of skittles... Or something.) other than that I'm pleased yall have come a long way. Just teach managers to be proactive with customer satisfaction. It goes a long way to establish long lasting relationships. Not sure you want a review at this time, I am slightly disappointed at the service, I had my brakes done at my store about a year ago and I have been in there at least three time for them to find out why they are screaming with no success. I made an appointment there and unfortunately they were backed up due to the number of mechanics, I understand but would like them to know my time is valuable and that is the reason I make the appointment.

I had brake job done. I was still hearing squeaky noise, took it bake a few times had to go to another location before problem was found. I made a request to be contacted by the regional office. They where suppose to contact me in 48 hours its been over two weeks nothing yet.

I personal will never go.back to Firestone. This is the only car repair place I have ever been where I drive my car up their to get fixed and upon repair I had multiple experience problems with it. My car just had a small leak in my radiator and needed an oil change. I paid for my services and couldn't even start my car and found out my head gaskets and cylinders were broken. FIRESTONE REFUSED TO FIX MY CAR AFTER THEY DAMAGED IT!!!? I have banned the store and all my friends, family, and coworkers have as well
