Brought my Ford Explorer in on a Saturday 8/19/17 with a bad starter & they replaced it all on the same day! for a reasonable price with labor. Much better than about two weeks prior when I was charged $75 labor to test & replace a battery in my Jeep Liberty here!!

My "Engine Light" came on so I decided to take it to Firestone. They charged me $99 for the diagnotics test only to guess what the issues were. $1,100 later, they still could not guarantee my truck was fine. The Firestone in Queensbury will no longer service my vehicle again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know.

My experience was GREAT! I feel David Studler is awesome at his profession. He talked me into a credit card and alot of work that needed to be done to my car... including a tierod. David and the mechanic showed me how unsafe my old one was, including my tires. I will refer my friends... and keep coming back.

These guys were excellent! I came in for an insurance verification inspection this past Saturday and truly enjoyed the experience that was given to me! Duane assisted me by explaining what the inspection was and why it needed to be done. I said I would come back in a little while but he said there was no need, he could get it done in the next 10 minutes. He ran right out, got it inspected and the entire transaction was only around 15 minutes! I would 100% recommend these guys!

I only use Firestone because of their life-time alignment, and even that you have to have their work double checked. For example, the first part of an alignment is to inspect the suspension. They signed off saying it was okay and the next day my car fell off its ball joint. When I pointed out that this issue should have been caught during the inspection process, the service advisor said they don't do inspections on alignments unless you ask for it. So look at the photo's Firestone and tell me...does this look like quality service.

Fred and his crew at the Queensbury Firestone were fast and proficient at getting my oil change done and informing me that I also needed a tire rotation. It was a welcoming environment, everyone was very friendly and knowledgable. The service I received will ensure that I return to this location the next time anything needs to be done to my car. Made appointment for oil change . They got it done as promised in about 45 minutes. I left the car. Much better than my usual visits where my car sits there for a while and when I ask if it's done they tell me it's about to go in. I once waited over an hour and a half for a simple oil change with a newborn. Getting better hopefully

Have been using Firestone Complete Care for going on 11 years for a 1990 New Yorker. My experience has always been very positive. Staff is friendly and courteous and they don't try to hamstring you into doing unnecessary repairs. I always recommend Firestone to everyone! They are great with older vehicles such as mine.

The overall experience was good service rep. was good he did show me that the inside of rim was bent and thus did not balance the tire and also had on the repair slip a new valve stem.. the one problem is that the low pressure tire sender is the valve stem allowing no need for the charge and when the tire could not be balanced the charge was allowed. I know this is a small thing but I think the sales person should have made the adjustment. I am not that much upset about this and the tire as is got my wife home to Conn. and that was what I was looking for.

I've always had my car serviced at the local Chevrolet dealership where it was purchased brand new. Recent outrageously high price quotes, recommended repairs that were unnecessary and a repair that was made and resulted in my car chugging to a stop on the Northway caused me to give Firestone Complete Auto Care a try. From the moment I walked through the door, the estimate they provided and the worked that was done, I couldn't have been more happy. I no longer feel like I have "Sucker" written on my forehead when I need my car repaired.

We have just moved to the area and have had trouble with our tires. We've always had good experiences at Firestone but the gentlemen working here are exceptional. They fixed both tires free of charge and we have been back for oil changes and inspections, they are honest and they truly want what is best for you and your car! I would never go anywhere else.

My estimated cost of repairs confused me. I paid way more than I was expecting. I wanted two new tires on the front, oil change and front brakes. They put the new tires on the back and rotated the back tires to the front, and I never got an oil change. I had to pay someone else to rotate them back and give me an oil change and now I think the new tires didn't get balanced right because I have a little shake at about 65 mph. I could have brought it back to Firestone but what was the use, everything they did was screwed up and I waited around 3+ hours.

Vary an happy with the way I was helped and they tryed to over chrge me by telling me parts where bad when there was not the parts that they tryed to replace was a $1000 and my local mechanic looked at it and told me that it does not have to be replaced but I took it to a Nother place and they said the same thing

I go to Firestone when I need my oil changed and to get an alinment done. They are so great in getting my car in and out so I'm never late to work with my busy schedule. They are also very helpful in letting me know what else needs to be done on my car, they even print a worksheet out with prices and work descriptions. I'm so happy to always take my car here. Thanks!

I had a flat tire on a Sunday. The damage was just outside the last grove on the tire. My repair station would have fixed the tire. Unfortunately Firestone doesn't believe it could be fixed and of course sold me a new tire I didn't need. I don't plan to revisit a firestone dealer in my lifetime.

I've used my firestone for seven or so years now - even driving almost an hour each way from my home. The BEST customer service I've seen anywhere! The automotive service is always excellent and even when I don't have all the recommended work performed they never pressure me. I love my friends at Firestone - especially Fred & Dwayne! All I have to do is call and tell Fred or Duane "it's Kelly" and they know who I am. They know my vehicles, the work that's been done, and what's been recommended that's still pending. When I bought a used vehicle, they were honest in pointing out what was safety-related and HAD to be fixed as well as what was simply performance related and could wait based on my budget. They don't try to sell me services I don't need. When I need tires, they get me the best available within my budget knowing my travel habits. There are so many shops out there just waiting to take advantage of a female that it's great to have honest mechanics who pay attention to their customers. I work over a mile from the store, so they arrange for an employee to drive me to work when I drop off my car for service.

I received the BEST customer service from any auto care provider in my lifetime from Queensbury Firestone! The repairs to my 2008 GMC Canyon were much more extensive and costly that I ever anticipated. The repairs were also very time consuming. I live a hour away and plan my activities around my trips to Queensbury.They were so gracious and helpful that Queensbury Firestone even renter a car for my wife and myself for the day. WOW! Would you ever of seen that coming. The people working at Queensbury Firestone are consummate professionals and their service is above reproach.

Fast, friendly and professional service! I knew of the lifetime alignment that only Firestone offers, but this national chain of stores can vary in customer service and car care, largely a result of management. My experience at the Fredericksburg store was outstanding. I recommend going here for tires and tire service before looking elsewhere.

On 9/16/14 I stopped for a vehicle inspection for a 07 Ridgeline. I said I may need front brake work. I failed, because I had a broken LR sway bar link. I left to talk to my husband first and I immediately noticed loud rattling in the rear. It turned out it was broken, but I believe your employee broke it. I will never be back.

I'm pretty sure that my air filter didn't need to be replaced as I was told. I told them that my vehicle had just been serviced weeks before by my dealership. I was there for a tire problem, nothing more. And I don't think it was a coincidence that the customer after me was also told that theirs needed to be replaced.
