Brought my Mustang in for service and it was like bringing it to a friend. They looked after my car like they knew my family and treated me with respect. Tom and Matt were fun to chat with while I waited and Paul (mechanic) handled the service quickly and competently. Also, they stand behind their work!

What a great place friendly service and the mechanics know what there doing, Paul and Jeff and Thomas the manager where so helpful and did job fast. We are Very Happy car purring like kitten again she says.... and if any problem I know where to go for great service! We highly recommend this store.

I was in about a week ago and was very happy with the service I would return to have my oil and tired rotated but you are changing the brand oil that you use theoil that you are changing too I don't like at all I wish you would change you mine in changing the brand cause I have two vechilesi would bring in and have them change the oil . other then that the service once again was great

Recently came into the store to have an O2 sensor replaced and was given excellent attention by the service manager Jeff. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I also had the pleasure of speaking with a technician, Josh. He was more than willing to show me what the problem was and was extremely professional.

I have taken my car and suv to this location and bought sets of tires. I was very displeased with a manager named sean or shawn he was very rude, and I had asked for my spare tire to be put in my trunk. I picked car up in the evening and looked in my trunk the next day and no tire. I went back to ask for my tire and his reply was we don't have it. You should of picked up that day. His attitude was uncalled for, disrespectful, laughing at me. I will not be going to this store with him there. I have always dealt with Tommy and this Shawn guy was very rude to customers, I hope management will see that employees make a difference.

I've been there for numerous services: 2 sets of tires, alignment, bus inspection, battery... Every time I was happy. They recognize and remember me too. That's nice.

I use them a last week for my headlights. I was in and out. After a long day at work that was fantastic for me. They were able to change my windshield wiper tori use this location for my oil changes tire rotation etc. I love it.

I took my SUV to Firestone for an oil leak. I am so happy that I did. They were honest, friendly and knowledgeable. They never tried to rip me off. They saved me a lot of money! I will be back!

I brought my older pickup to them for new tires and a multitude of problems. they worked very hard to find the right tires for me and took care of all the other problems I had and even performed safety checks and addressed additional safety problems. The team members stayed until everything was done. Everything was done once and done right, and within the price estimates originally given.

I needed a tire replaced and call several locations in the area, they did not have my size. I talked to Shawn from this company and he had my size and was able to fit me in right away. I live in Yonkers, NY and did not want to drive home with the bad tire, thank God, I changed it.

My experience with Firestone was excellent! They got both of my vehicles in the same day for inspections. They were courteous and the wait was less time then I anticipated. They were not pushy and even let me know things that would need to be fixed in the near future. I have also purchased tires from them. They were awesome and it is the only garage I would take my vehicles to. Thanks so much for making me feel like I was a person and not just seeing me for dollar signs.

The original quote I received was for around $500.00 but the service person noticed there was a glitch in the computer system and parts that weren't required were ordered. He fixed the glitch and save me $150.00. My vehicle was returned to me about 1.5 hours sooner.

In October 2013, I needed my brakes fixed and I went to Firestone because I was told it was the best. They ended up breaking a line and admitted to it, but had to charge me because "it was gonna break someday." That was the response I got. $300 + later, I thought everything was replaced and done. I signed up for the credit card because I didn't have the cash on hand. They said there is a 5 day grace period for payments and my minimum was $20/mo. Doable. After the first payment (within the "grace period") I received a $35 late fee and my minimum monthly payment went up to $40. I was confused on this so I called the 800 # on the back of my card. I was told that there is NOT a grace period. You pay on or before the date. Well, that is not convenient with an 8 month old and other bills. I ended up paying almost $200 extra just from late fees. The late fee got bigger each time. Whatever, paid it off. Cut the card up. Done. Come October 2014, my brakes go AGAIN. I call Firestone and they say, bring it in and we'll check for free. Well, free ended up costing me $800. Apparently there was a part that they didn't replace the last time that wore out the new parts they replaced. I had to have everything replaced (again) and they had it for almost the entire day when they estimated 4 hours. I had to call off work and lose money for that. The manager was easy to deal with (I believe his name was Sean?) and sympathetic. But that still doesn't change the fact that I had to pay a ridiculous amount for a vehicle that's not even worth that. And it was my only option because we have the Firestone credit card from last time, and I didn't want a car payment for a new car..

I have used this Firestone location for the past two years, however they recently had a change in managers. Firestone has two managers at their locations, more or less they have a garage manager and a store manager. Since the change, I have been to this location three times for service. The first time was for an oil change and tire rotation. After the service was complete, I headed home. I got on the highway and after about a minute or two I started to notice a slight vibration coming from the rear of my truck, and got worse as I drove. I got off the highway to be safe and drove home on the back roads. Upon getting to my house, I looked over my truck and on the rear driver side wheel, I could clearly see the problem, I could remove all 5 of my lugs with my fingers. The mechanic clearly forgot to tighten and torque the lug nuts. I had another appointment for my wife’s car to get inspected and to have snow tires put on the following week. When I showed up for that appointment, I mention the loose lug nuts to the new manager and he said he wasn’t sure how it happened as the mechanic should have checked the lug nuts as well as another mechanic or manager as they do a double check. He didn’t seem to concerned and changed the subject. They already had my car in for the inspection and snow tires so I just let it go and waited for our car. After the service was completed, I drove home our car and noticed a lot of vibrations, but I figured it had to do with the snow tires. I had a few stops to make on the way home so I never got on the highway. The third visit was due to a rotten exhaust. It was under manufacturer’s warranty, so I received a whole new cat back exhaust. It was last minute and I called up Firestone as they had later hours, and I spoke to one of the managers. I explained what happened and he said they could easily put it on as long as it did not require any welding. I told him it would not, but I wanted to confirm that they could put the exhaust on as I know they did not put on any parts that customers bring with them, and I was taking a day off of work to get this fixed. He said ti wouldn’t be a problem, and he would even put notes in the repair order. Well I showed up for my appointment, and the other manager was working. He took a long time to pull up my work order and finally he said, “I cant do this for you because we cant install parts we do not sell” I told him that’s why I confirmed with the other manager, and he said yes I see his notes in here, but I still won’t do this as it is against policy. At that point, I said that’s fine, walked out and never returned and never will return. I went to another shop in the area and they fixed my exhaust. The next day, my wife and I went out in her car, as we got on the highway, we noticed the vibration again, and as we got up to speed, the entire car was almost shaking off the road. I took her car to the shop I use now, and they told me there were no balance weights put on the wheels when they put the snow tires on. No one seems to be on the same page at this location, and from what I understand they lost a lot of their good mechanics which resulted in the poor work I received on my last three visits. I am just glad I did not have any major repairs, or worse get into any accidents due to their low quality work. Normally I wouldn’t waste my time and write a review, there are a lot of shops in the area to use; but I thought if someone received service at this location, and experienced any of the issues I had, they won’t second guess checking their tires or what not. One final note, I was quoted $225 to have my exhaust put on the truck, this was for 2+ hours of labor at $100 an hour. The shop I went to had the exhaust on in 30 minutes and charged me less than $75.
