    I brought my car in for check engine light. This place took $500 from me to replace a sensor. The check engine light came back in 24 hours later and when I brought it back after calling TWICE to make sure my car could be taken care of on a Sunday and when I brought it in they mocked me and said they couldn't help me. They stole $500 from me! Stay far away!

    This was my first visit to Firestone in Levittown,NY and Mark and Staff treated me as if they knew me for years! My tire was fixed within the hour. Mark's prices were honest and affordable. Definitely recommend this place!! I had a great experience here and I hope you do too!!

    I would have like to get the tires I requested when I made the appointment. Instead of getting the tires I wanted, I was offered a lower quality tire for the same price as the higher quality tire. Before you go to this shop, call and make sure they have the tires you want, not what they want to get rid of. The employees were great.

    I have utilized Levittown Firestone for over 25 years and experienced continued excellent service for each of my many vehicles from my 1994 Corvette, 2015 Grand Cherokee, 2017 Jeep Wrangler, 2001 Land Rover, 2006 Toyota Cam. etc.! Each of the various managers maintain integrity beyond reproach! I applaud the work ethic of the techs as well!     It took way too much time to be serviced, I dropped it off in the morning and didn't get the car back till just before closing time. I was not kept updated on the progress of the vehicle and I had to call into the store to find out. When I called in to see how much longer was needed I was told about a half hour and when I showed up after a full hour I was told the car hadn't even gone into the shop yet. When I explained that I had arrived based on what I was told over the phone the service advisor I had been dealing with got a nasty look on his face and rudely said to me "To be HONEST, I DON'T even want to work on that car. It's a pain in the ASS to get the tires off. If you want you can take it somewhere else or just deal with it." his statement made me feel my businesses was unwelcome and that I should have taken my vehicle somewhere else. There was another advisor standing behind him listening. She was also there when I picked up and apologized for his behavior. Being in the Auto industry myself as well I would not visit this store again nor would I recommend it to a friend. Pricing at Firestone is great and it can earn you many clients but customer service was terrible and wont bring repeat business.

    First, after selecting tires and booking my appointment online, I received a call because the tires that I chose, which indicated they were in stock at that location, were in fact not in stock. So, the man I spoke to on the phone said he would honor the sale price for the tires I had chosen but give me tires that were slightly better quality since they didn't have the ones I chose in stock. Sounded great, but when I arrived with my car the following day, I was told that they did not have those tires in stock either and they didn't understand why the person I spoke to offered them to me in the first place. It took longer than I expected to pick out another tire that was actually in stock that was as good or better quality than the one I had selected and I finally had to settle on one I wasn't particularly happy with but I needed to just get it done. Hours after leaving my car, I get a call from the woman at the desk who immediately informs me that I "did something wrong" when I chose my tires online. She said I picked the wrong tire and it would not fit my car. I informed her that I did nothing "wrong" because all I did was follow the prompts on the website, input my car make model and submodel, and then chose tires from the list with which I was presented. She then reiterated that I must have done something wrong and I need to pick different tires. I told her I would call her back and proceeded to run through the tire selection process online again, getting the same results. When I called back, she went through the steps online with me and when we both got the list of results, she informed me that I should have gone into the filters and selected a rim size. I told her that I would have no way of knowing that there was more than one rim size for my car and there were no instructions on the site that indicated I would need to go into the filters after getting those results. She then said to me, "well, if you had scrolled down, you would see there are two of the same tire in the list and that should have tipped you off that there are two different sizes." To which I responded that I did not scroll down any further after having selected the tire I wanted, so I would not have seen that - and, even if I had scrolled down, there is no guarantee I would have realized the tire was listed twice because of the different rim size. Her snide reply was "that's where reading comes in handy." Her derogatory manner was completely repugnant. I design instructional webpages for a living and I know there is a difference between user error and a fault in the informational design of a website. There is no way on earth anyone should expect the average layperson, unfamiliar with the fact that a specific car model might have two different rim sizes, would know that they need to look for this inside a closed filter menu on the site when there is absolutely no indication that this is necessary. When you are presented with a list of tires based on the make and model of car you entered, it is natural to assume you can choose any tire from that list unless otherwise instructed. To blame the customer for lacking this knowledge is absurd and extremely poor customer service. Although I don't necessarily believe that the customer is "always" right, one should never start out a conversation with a customer by telling them they did something wrong. Technically, I did nothing wrong; I merely lacked the omniscience this woman apparently expected me to possess. My suggestions to Firestone are that you revamp the tire selection portion of the site so that one must select a rim size before being presented with a list of results, that those results accurately reflected stock holdings of the selected store, and that you better train your employees in matters of proper customer service etiquette.

    Up until about 5 years ago I use to take my vehicles to the Firestone in Levittown (across the tri-state indoor market) for all of my repairs and automobile services, because the front counter guy provided good service. Since then the guy left and they brought in another person. It has not been the same ever since. For the last 5 years I avoid taking my vehicles to this location because their poor customer service - unfriendly, rude, and unmotivated to help! These guys just don't care about their customers! I will not give my business to these guys, until there's a change in management or their guys get proper training! It's unfortunate, but now I drive twice the distance to the Firestone in Merrick. Much better people to deal with, complete night and day between the two locations.

    I went to change my oil, and the guy who was going to do it was in a rush to leave, being that I was one of the last customers there. Although they were closing and rushing to get out of there, when everything was done I did not get a feedback towards the condition of the car of what needs to be fixed or changed. I didn't even see the guy who changed the oil, he left as soon as he was finished so I was unable to speak to him about the car.

    I went to Firesyone for an alignment and they were so nice (the deal on tires didn't hurt) but we ended up also getting two new tired as well. The employee who helped us couldn't have been nicer! I would recommend going to Firestone to anyone who needed their services.

    I asked for help regarding a rebate that was never paid over several months. According to Angel, the store manager, Firestone has "no responsibility" regarding the rebate that THEY gave me for their repair. He seemed angry, and annoyed when I asked for his help. When speaking to another "desk person" he conveyed the same bad attitude.

    I have been into the Levittown Firestone 3 times in the past 6 months for tire repair (due to pot holes) and oil changes. Each time I go in the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.     Went in to have a flat tire fixed. The previous place said it could not be fixed. Firestone was able to fix the tire for a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I was so pleased, I decided to get an oil change done even though I could have waited as one was not due on my vehicle as of yet. The gentlemen mentioned coupons could be used and as I did not have one he told me how to retrieve one. The experience was one which when I left I felt that I would definitely return for future service and I will, I have also recommended this service center to my friends, acquaintances and even people who just need honest dependable and friendly car service.     Went in with a fuel leak they charged me $99 to look at. I had the repair done. That repair cost $900. All other shops that I have had repairs done they took off the diagnostic charge if I had the repair done

    I purchased 4 new tires for two different vehicles. One out the 4 tires went flat on me twice, on both vehicles. The first vehicle I was charged for a flat tire repair and the second visit was complimentary. The second vehicle I just went to my local tire shop and had the tire reinstalled. Problem fixed. The tires were not punctured, they were just leaking air by the wheel balance weight. I am satisfied with the firestone product but not the installation at the Levittown location. I was almost a loyal customer at this location but they dropped the ball.
