    Hi! Since Steve has been handling my service needs, I have not been receiving a trustworthy service. I have been taking my 4 cars to this location since 1998. My 2014 Chrysler 300 was showing Traction light. After paying almost $100.00 I was told that the Traction sensor was malfunctioning. Later, it was replaced and I paid almost $120.00 for it. Immediately, after the replacement, the Tractation light would still come and go. Sometimes when the car was in Cruise Mode, all of a sudden, the Traction light would turn ON putting the car out of Cruise Mode. When I told Steve Carini about it, he advised me to keep on driving since it takes time for the sensor to communicate with the Traction. But nothing imprived. Later, I took the car for Front Brakes and Rotors replacement. When I told Steve Carini that the Brake service included Tire Rotation and I would like Balancing all four tires, he said all the four tires were in good shape and therefore there was no need to rotate and balance the tires. Recently, while applying the brakes, car started shaking and giving noise in the Front End. Also, the Traction light will still come and go. Maanwhile, the car with 69,839 miles was about to be due for an oil and filter change. I had always used Full Synthetic oil for all my four cars. Steve Carini advised me that instead of Full Synthetic oil, I should use High Mileage oil beacause it’s less expensive as well as it’s good for the cars with 70,000 or more mileage. I told him that I have never used any oil other than Full Synthatic oil. When the oil service was done, I noticed that Full Synthetic oil was not used. Taking about the Traction light, he told me that I should bring the car for diagnostics because other sensors may be malfunctioning. Being very surprised, I told him that this was not what he told me on telling him about the Traction light come and go. On this, he said as a courtesy he will not charge me for another diagnistic. He also told me that when one sensor goes bad, other sensors follow it. I told him that it didn’t make sense that after having replaced on faulty sensor, the other three good sensors would follow it. The other issue came up when Steve Carini gave the Tread depth informtion to my Tire and Wheel company with which I had filed a claim to replace the Front Passenger side tire that kept losing its tire pressure. Because of below required Tread depth, the warranty company declined The the claim. Steve Carini told me that the Tread dept was low beacuse the tire had not been balanced for a long time. I was completely pissed of because since I have been bringing this car for the service, I had always wanted to have the tire balanced and rotated. I told Steve Carini that it was his responsibility to listen and perform that basic maintenance services that I have requesting. He didn’t have an answer for me. And, as a respect to such a fine and caring company like Firestone, I didn’t want the other customers to hear about my bad experience. I hope you understand my concerns. I will very patiently wait for your answer to see if there will be any steps taken to my satisfaction. Otherwise, I will file complaint with BBB and also write reviews on different websites who care for consumers like me. P.S. During my last visit, I told Steve Carini for services like Control Arms, Brakes, Four Tires, Four Shocks, Power Steering Pump, Water Pump, Conplete Tune Up and Complete Car Inspection for my Mercedes- Benz car. Surprisingly, he told me he would not give estimate on any of the services I mentioned to him until I bring the car in the shop. I told him the purpose of my asking about the estimate of each of these separately was to prioritize the needed work according to my immediate available budget. On this he said I should look towards spending about $3,000.00 for this kind of work. He told me that it will take him almost 45 minutes to prepare the estimate which he will do when I had brought the car in the workshop. On this I told him that if I were him, after listenig to what services I needed, I will first give estimates on the items linked to the proper running of engine like Water Pump, Power Steering Pump and Complete Tune Up. But he didn’t agree to it and I left the workshop with a very bad experience that day. Thanks a lot for taking your time to read my concerns.

    Arrived as a walk in for an oil change and tire rotation. Anthony was my service adviser and was polite and courteous. I received excellent service at a very reasonable price. I was in and out in a half hour. They did not try to sell me add ons like most car dealers service depts do.

    I had shaking in my car and took it for wheel alignment a few weeks ago and explained the problem. Then they did the alignment job and gave back the car saying its done and charged me $220. I still experienced shakes and took the car back complaining about it. Then they said, the Rear brake rotors need a replacement and did those replacements and told me that its back to mint condition and I might still experience shakes at high speeds while braking(which I hadn't experienced before the issue arose). That wasn't comforting at all. When I report a problem, the mechanics are the best doctors to fix the car and not expect the customer to tell them every single aspect of it. If i report shaking, the primary job is to fix the shakes, no matter what. I anyways took the car and was still not confident driving it around as it shook more than before! And by now I had already paid around $600 to them without a fix. I took the car back complaining the shakes and they tell me that such problems are fixed on a trial and error method! Does that mean that whenever a customer takes a car with problems, he will have to do 3-4 trips before his car is fixed? Makes me wonder about the qualification of these mechanics. Then they say that the front brakes and Rotors need replacement and I was also told that the Labor costs would be waived and all and still charged me $329(For parts supposedly). The car drives good now and the shakes are gone. However, I am extremely unhappy with the quality of service and the transparency showcased at this store. Will not be returning again.

    I'm horrible with names, However the manager always remembers mine. And... I can tell that he expects his team to treat my wife and I, and other customers, the same way. Everything is always done right. Even little extra details. The tech took the care and time to put my new registration sticker on which I would not have even asked. I trust this team.

    I had the car 1 1/2 years and its my 5th trip here..2 recalls , a warranty covered repair to the dashboard screen and an oil change and tire rotation ( 2 lugs flew off and 2 others easily removed by hand 2 weeks later! ), so its hard to give a really good review to them..Dropped the car off at 730 am , wasn't ready until nearly 530!

    I recently got an inspection. Waited a total of three hours when it was supposed to be two- "tops." Also, my check engine like came on the next day. The people were nice enough but it was unnecessary to wait that long.

    I brought 3 different cars for oil, filters, brakes, and State Inspections in the last 2 weeks, and I always get excellent service and prompt attention to promotions. I started bringing my cars to Firestone over 20 years ago and never looked back. I recommend them to everyone when ever the subject of car repairs is discussed. Recent staff of Steve, Marco, and Ean are very friendly and professional, and are very accommodating when I just walk in for service and with appointments. The technicians do great work and display extensive knowledge of different cars, and answer my auto questions well.

    Marco was helpful, but overall feel in the shop was unfriendly, and although they identified that their was something loose in my right front suspension, no one offered to look into it to see what may be loose. Instead they let me drive away in that condition. When I got home I took off the right front wheel and found a bolt in the torrid that was not tightened properly. This is after a wheel alignment done at Firestone. None, I can forgive mistakes and an oversight, but if I had my children in my vehicle and the wheel fell off while was driving, that I would not forgive. They need to get away from trying to finish quickly and give quality service.
