I evaluated several brands of Tire and decided on the Firestone Transforce AT2 for my truck. I could have purchased them elsewhere but this shop had the same price as a "discounter" and I figured they may have more senior tech's. The appt. process was easy and I dropped off and picked up my truck at the prescribed times without a hitch. The service advisor did recommend some add-ons which I am usually leery of but I went for it and it wasn't all that much more so hopefully I get the benefit of failure avoidance and longevity. (Coolant flush, Brake flush, road haz. warranty) They were willing to disocunt all these services and I am satisfied. They also noticed the inspection was due (I didn't notice) and took care of it. The tech changed my air filter at no charge, they said they had one and I needed one. This was unexpected but a nice bonus. The truck drove better on the ride home than it had in long time thanks to the new tires and alignment check. I had no issues with this shop.

Amazing...on a frigidly cold morning, Corey was able to locate a new Interstate battery for our car which was in short supply. He held it at the store until I was able to come by and purchase it. I installed it in my daughter-in-law's car so that she could travel safely with our three young grandsons in the cold weather. Thank you for your help Corey! Happy New Year!

David had made an appointment a week ago with Firestone representative, at store, for vehicle inspection. When he showed up at slightly past 7 a.m., on the day of appointment, he was told that he cant be seen since the store has ran out of inspection sticker. He had to bring his vehicle to another place because basically the representative had told him there is nothing they can do since the sticker ran out (although he had made an appointment in person a week prior). The response from a rep was- sorry man, we ran out of inspection sticker, cant work on your car. It was the worst customer service we received.

I have been bringing my vehicle to Firestone for the past 5 years and have always had prompt appointments and very good service. I feel their prices are fair and reasonable. I would recommend Firestone to my family and friends.

The 2 people I dealt with at Firestone (Lucas and Shane) were absolutely wonderful. I had coupons that did not apply to my oil change and Shane went the extra mile and gave me a discount that was wonderful They were courteous and fast with my oil change and explained everything to me. I highly recommend Firestone!

Excellent service. The manager Josh and technician were completely gracious even though I arrived late causing them to stay after hours. I was given sound advice and I am happy with the service provided and the price that I paid. I will definitely return and refer friends and family there.

I called up the shop for a TPMS light, was given an accurate price and time frame for the repair. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and checked in by the friendly employees. I will definitely be returning to this location for all of my tire needs. Grade A service and exceptionally fair prices.

I have been buying tires from Clifton Park Firestone for at least three years. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and the prices are excellent for quality ties. The tires are quiet, long thread wear (usually 540 or greater) and they provide free tire rotations.

After a flat last winter, I had to purchase a 4th Nokian Hakkapelliitta snowtire. I had previously been doing business with a retailer that carried my brand but only had locations in Rotterdam and East Greenbush, either of which was an hour round-trip drive for me. I met your manager Josh Labarge, he told me that even if Firestone didn't carry a certain brand, he could order it for me, so I stopped in the store. He ordered the tire, he called me back the next business day stating that it was in, I went in that night and I saved myself not only quite a bit of money but a lot of time as well. They were quick, thorough and professional even though the location seemed very business. Josh seemed to know a lot of the customers personally, or he treats everyone in a friendly way. I will definitely be back because I will need new tires in the spring. You have earned a repeat customer.

I have brought my Hyundai Santa Fe GLS to Firestone in the past for brake and tire service. A week ago I brought my vehicle in for a NYS Inspection and was told that it failed. I was given an estimate for over $2000 for repairs and was told that the repairs could be done immediately so that my car would pass inspection. Fortunately! and I do mean Fortunately I brought my vehicle to TWO other places, both Hyundai dealerships and advised them that the vehicle had failed inspection elsewhere. Both locations said that the vehicle PASSED but that they would recommend front brakes in the next 3-6 months. I had the second dealership do the job for less than $500.

Today I purchased my 4th set of tires from the Firestone Complete Auto Care at Clifton Park. I called and spoke to Joe who matched the price from a tire website. The tires were in stock so I immediately dropped off the wheels and they were ready within 30 minutes, couldn't be happier.

I used them before and after a long road trip. Wanted to be sure everything was safe and good to go. When I got back I had to get it ready for another trip, brought it right back to firestone. I know they always do a great job and I feel safe on my trips.

Service is the main goal of all the staff at this Firestone. From the minute you walk in the door, greeted in a friendly manor. All services needed are explained and you are not pressured in anyway. Highly praise this site.

Brought my 2012 Nissan in for inspection, they failed it due to tie rods being "shot" and brakes (rotors), $800+ Took to Nissan instead, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the tie rods and the brakes are wearing, but not anywhere near where they should have failed inspection. Ironically, I took my last car here for a quick service and was told that car needed a brake job and tie rods, and I fell for it that time. Maybe they like to hand those out. Won't be back, although place is convenient and quick.

I have taken numerous vehicles to firestone over the years and they have always done great by me. They are even honest when it comes down to the work needed costing more than the vehicle is worth never tried to make me have work done that wasn't necessary!

I needed a special tire in a hurry for my Suzuki AWD because of a nasty nail. After visiting several box stores, I had to go to Firestone. I was surprised. The tire was in stock cheaper than any alternative I had seen that day, and they had it on the rim in 30 min with a smile, and a guarantee with full rotation for all the tires when I needed it,,, no charge.

This is the third year in a row I've brought my 2008 Honda Civic here for the required annual NYS Inspection. This year they mailed me a postcard for $5.00 off the cost of the inspection. However the coupon expired @ the end of May & my car didn't have to be inspected until June. Fortunately they mailed me another postcard with the same offer only with an expiration date of June 30th. So I made the appointment & brought my car in.

I was extremely unhappy with my experience at Firestone. I got a new set of brakes and had problems the first week after getting them. I brought my car back and was informed the brand new caliper they put in was bad. When I went to pick up the car the 2nd time I had to turn around because when I braked the pedal went to the floor. After bringing it directly back to the store they determined that they didn't bleed the brake lines.

I took the car that was making noise, turns out it didn't have enough oil. I was told that I need to change oil every 3k miles (even if manual and dealership service department confirm that oil should be changed only when the sensor indicates it). Then instead of trying to figure out the cause of the low oil and sensor mismatch, they just wanted me to sign the form that they don't take any responsibility for the oil change that was done, and basically i felt like that they don't want to have anything to do with the car in the future. I was long time customer (at several locations before) but i think I will take my business somewhere else from now on.

MY neighbor used to be the manager there so that's how we ended up using Firestone. I trusted we wouldn't be told we needed more than we did. My neighbor doesn't work there anymore and I keep going back. So far so good! I think I trust them. I usually prefer small local businesses.

I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection. I was told i needed new tyrods to pass inspection. Upon questioning how this need was determined i was told there is no tool to measure whether or not a tyrod is loose Nor is it determined by driving the vehicle and feeling any play in the suspension or steering. How is it ethical business to sell $500 worth of work to someone without any way of determining that the work is necessary? When i took the vehicle to a reliable mechanic, i was told the tyrods were fine and did not need to be replaced.

$55 for wiper blades was horrific have since priced them at dealerships and parts stores and have not found any anywhere near that price last time i was in i wanted w wheel aligment was taking my car to the dealership right after there for a recall and to adress the issue with the alignment on my rear wheels. dont believe they did anything because suddenly there is no problem with my rear wheels and i did not receive any paper work nor did i see any which usually accompanies a aligment

John runs an incredible shop. I do a lot of business with my Fleet Car - wife's car and daughter's car. John is Always flexible doing whatever it takes to meet my needs. I have since sent my two co-workers to John as we all needed new snow tires for our Ford Taurus. Firestone is fortunate to have John on their team!

I scheduled an appointment 1 week in advance to have my snow tires put on; dropped my car off at 8am and informed them that I needed it by 3pm at the latest. I called near 2pm and they hadn't even pulled my car into the bay; stating they were still catching up from the Thanksgiving weekend and wouldn't be able to get to it any time soon. My complaint is this: they should have called me when they saw that there was no way they were going to get to my car. I wasted a whole day when I could have taken my care elsewhere; which is what I ended up doing anyway. Also, what is the point of making an appointment a week in advance if latecomers are taken in first?
