Worst experience I have ever had. I came in for my 11am appointment for an alignment. I was told it could take all day and the appointment time really meant nothing. I accepted because my car was driving dangerously. They took it in for the alignment and got it back to me 6 hours later. I took it out and the car was still completely out of alignment, veering to the right. The mechanic then took it out with me and said he "felt nothing wrong" but refused to let it try and steer without his hands, completely negating what I was telling him. He took it back after I persisted for another alignment because at this point I was demanding to see the numbers. The staff - front desk, mechanic, and manager were all completely rude and lacked empathy. For a 22 year old girl, living out of state, crying her eyes out, they didn't care one bit that they were completely wasting my time and allowing me to continue to drive a dangerously unaligned car. Never going back. So much wasted money.

The sales advisors are very rude, and impatient. He complained the whole time about them being short staffed. He had no clue whether my car was serviced or not or where it was. When your spending money to service your car there is a certain level of service you should receive. I’ve been a Firestone client for over ten years and will never step foot in this facility again. Stay away, go to pep boys or one of the local shops

Went in because the caliper failed after 13 months. This is after I had a similar experience with the brakes. Dropped off my car was told I would be communicated with. Three days later I finally was able to get in touch with someone who said they replaced the caliper. I was actually charged $125 for labor, even though the labor incurred because the caliper failed. What’s worse, is that my time was wasted for four days, and after I picked up the car, the wheel was completely out of alignment. This garage is one of the worst corporate lipservice places I know. They say yes yes yes, they don’t listen to you, and the service has just been getting worse and worse.

Store Manager Angel rude and non chalant about my needs. Never looked up from his computer when ‘assiting’ Very robotic. Heard him tell customer basically ‘it is what it is’. Work was done to expectations but wouldn’t return here due to poor service to much competition to be treated poorly.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had at Firestone. I always get my vehicle serviced with Firestone and I have never experienced the disrespect and waste of time that I had to experience with this store. I had an appointment with this store, and they still had me wait over an hour before they even looked at my vehicle. Then I had to wait another hour only to find out that my vehicle still wasn't fixed as I had asked, but only an inspection was done. The mechanic gave me some outrageous price for work to be done. Work that wasn't needed. But requested by him to be done. When I refused what he wanted me to do, and informed him that I only want the work requested, he refused to do the work because he said he didn't want to do that. (because the amount of money that I would have spent if he did what i requested him to do was of much lesser value than what he wanted. He assumed because I looked young and ignorant of mechanical work perhaps I would just pay the money in ignorance and he could get me to spend more money. But this was not my first time having this work done to a vehicle. And I am much older than I look. However he refused to do the work I requested and turned me away. After 2 hours!! no work was done to my vehicle. And I had to drive two hours to my destination. Even if I had agreed to get the work done that he wanted me to do, I still would have been 2 hours late for work. What was the point of an appointment?? And the management stood by the entire time and did nothing!! There is no point of having employees who do not or in this case REFUSE to do their job! It is completely unacceptable! If needed I will contact the owner of this establishment and whoever else I need to. As I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism as I was at this store. Firestone should not allow them to bear their name. As they lack the willingness to work and be professional. I wouldnt want this type of team representing me. It truly gives Firestone a bad name!

I came in thinking about the horrible reviews about Firestone but that was quickly shut down Brian took my over my brake issue. My appointment was at 10 am He asked for my info and said to wait about an hour for the diagnosis inspection since there were a few cars ahead. To my surprise after 35 minutes, Brian called me up to the counter and told me diagnosis as well as the total cost and estimated time of about 2 hours. All was agreed upon. After an hour I was surprised again when I was told the job was done and time to complete the the transaction. So total time from my appoint time at 10 AM to finish at 1140 was a hour and 40 minutes.Brian handled all aspects of the transaction in a prfessional manner. Kudos to him and and the Service team. I will definitely go back. The financing is great as well. Easy terms.

My last two experiences were not what I had expected. The first experience...requested four new tires and my indicator kept apprising of need to have fluid. When they reportedly completed the work, I left the facility with four new tires; however, fluid work was not done resulting in having to return the following day afterwork to have it done. This last visit, my indicator light caution the need to have oil change and I needed to have car inspected. I made payment for oil change and was apprise that some $1200.oo extent of work is recommended; but, not enough to fail inspection; but, was charged and failed inspection. The oil change indicator still on. I was apprised, the oil was changed; but, the light needed to be adjusted. Took the car elesewhere, had a oil change, indicator light was adjusted; and, passed inspection. Was told the indicator will apprise when the other work needs to Krystal Auto Mall was told to bring the car in in another three months.

They changed the front brakes and not the rear. From when I bought tires the technician showed and explained that I needed rear. So why when my sister brought the vehicle in they changed the front knowing darn well that the rear brakes was the issue so even if you write out recommendations do you not do an actual brake test so you know whats going on before you operate on a vehicle. No worries though will never go to this location again. Females beware. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The store manager deserve an above average recognition for his handling a situation easily to upset a customer. My appointment to have 4 new tires installed via online booking of a 9AM appointment. I expected that my order is ready when I show up. Not this case, store informed me that they donot have the tires in stock, and must wait for the delivery with expectation of uncertain arrival time. I decided to wait and not out of the door until 2:30PM with the new tires installed. All these because the store manager showed his courteous manner and apologized of this misstep of the company. Company not knowing the store does not have the tires in stock at the store, yet still to promise an early appointment. They did not do a good enough job to coordinate its virtual and brick & mortar sides of the business to better serve its customers. At the end, I have to wait almost 5 hours to have my 4 new tires installed. Company can do a better job if they keep an eye in situation like this one.

I am happy with the service that I receive from Firestone. I would how ever like to know without a doubt that when I ask for my tires to be rotated that they have indeed been rotated. I have no way to confirm this other than to trust what is said. I am sorry, but I have had an issue with this said it was done and it had not been done.

As a female walking into a car repair facility- it makes me uncomfortable. Well, not in the Bald Hill, Warwick, RI location. They greeted me- make me feel comfortable right away! I told them what I needed- they didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. I researched all the Firestone locations in my area- this location had the best reviews... I will tell all my family and friends!

Service Writer Sinclair was in control of the garage. I was in and out in 1 hour for a lube, oil, filer. Technician Fong carefully inflated my tires for an upcomng road trip. He ytopped off al fluids. I am 100% Satisfied

Visited the shop yesterday the service was terrible had a 9:30 appointment it took until 2:30 to find out my vechile would not be ready until the next day as they had to order a part had they inspected the vechile in a timely manner I would not have had to wait to all that time.

Drop car off 4 inspection. $500+ later, still not done. Paid for wipers to be changed because they said it won't pass without and they forgot to change it. Had to carry car back. I've been going here for about 8 years. Getting worse everytime. I'm not going back here again.

I had new "run flat" tires put on my car after being stranded with a flat tire once too often. I made the appointment online, which was convenient. I also called the day before to confirm they had 4 "run flat" tires in the size I needed, and Paulus was very professional during this call. My appointment was on Saturday morning, and I chose to wait. Paulus was very up-front with me that the wait would be 2-2.5 hours, and I was OK with that. The waiting area is fine, and there is a McDonald's a short walk away. The car was ready right in the time frame estimated, and the new tires are great. I would use this establishment again.

I have been using Firestone since i bought my preowned car about 3 years ago. Although they might be a tad more pricy than other mechanichs, they'll never rip you off. What i like most about them is that they wont do anything on ur car without checking with u first. Ive never been to a mechanic as honest as Firestone! Its worth every dollar!

I returned to the store on 4 different occasion for the same problem. During those visits my left front tire fell out the ball joint while driving and I had to have the car towed to the repair shop. Recently I heard a sound on the right side now had to have the rights side ball joint and tire rod replaced. I just felt like all these problems could've been found the first time with a thorough look at the car. i understand its a busy location and the goal is to get the cars in and out. But if i said I'm having problems check everything. How can i receive the car saying we looked at everything and its all fixed and a couple weeks later the right tire is on the brink of falling out. I do have to say the manager tried his best to be professional and accomodating but I'm never fully assured the problem is fixed when I leave there.

I scheduled an appointment for tires. After a 40 minute drive I arrived, waited 30 minutes to speak with someone at the counter only to be told the shop was overbooked and I would have to come back. I let the attendant know I had called and pre-scheduled to which he responded "you are not on the list, do you know who you spoke with?". Very disappointing. I could not come back and asked if they could just sell me the tires so I could have them installed elsewhere. Not only did the employee take 25 minutes to bring them out - adding insult to injury - there was a labor charge on my receipt which I assume covered him rolling the tires out from the back.

THE STORE FLOORS COULD BE SWEPT AND MOPPED MORE OFTEN SINCE THIS STORE SERVICE 4 DIFFERENT NEIGHBORHOODS AND IS HIGH TRAFFICY. PLUS, IT'S WINTER AND PEOPLE TRACK IN ALOT OF DEBRI, WATER AND DIRT FROM THE SNOW AND RAIN ON THEIR BOOTS. PAPERWORK COULD BE HANDLED MORE DISCREETLY AND NOT PLACED ON THE COUNTERTOP, WHERE CUSTOMERS CAN READ OTHER CUSTOMERS, HOME ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AND VEHICLE PLATE NUMBER. LAST THE STORE SHOULD HIRE MORE MECHANICS TO DEAL WITH THE HEAVY WORKLOADS OF CARS, AND SO CUSTOMERS DON'T HAVE TO WAIT 2 HOURS JUST FOR A OIL CHANGE.
