1. Set an appointment for 9:00am 2. Drop the car off at 8:30am. Mention that, although I am dropping the car off, I need it ASAP 3. Store manager verbally states that the timing will be "no problem." 4. General manager calls to get pricing approved. I grant approval. 5.I call at 4:00pm to check the vehicle status. I'm told there's another car ahead of me before they'll even start the work on mine. 6.When I tell them this is unacceptable, the manager tells me "I wish I could snap my fingers and have your car ready, but it ain't going to happen." The store manager never documented that the car was needed ASAP and just put it in the queue. 7. Arrive to pick up my car at 6 and am told that it will be another 45 mins. 8. Come back at 7:10pm and they had just taken the car off the lift. 9. I'm told that "today isn't a day for good news," and that the ordered the wrong parts and I'll need to bring the car back the next day or "I can pay for what I got done and take it somewhere else." Hell of a marketing scheme, no? 10. Get in my car only to find the dashboard lights aren't working properly. Discover that they broke my headlight switch (shoved it into the dashboard). 11. Manager says they'll fix it. 12. Bring the car in the next day. They commit it will be done by 3:00pm 13. Show up at 4:00 and the car is done! Yay 14. They didn't fix the damaged headlight switch, but swear that they did!! 15. Go to the car with the manager and he points out what they fixed. "It was just an adjustment" he says, as if to tell me I'm a dummy that doesn't know anything. 16. He points out something on the other side of the steering wheel. Odd, the light switch is on the other side and...ITS STILL BROKEN!!! There's a surprise, right? 17. Brings the technician out that worked on it and he lets me know that there is no way he did it because he's a "small guy" and implies that I broke it myself because I'm a "big guy" and only a big guy could break it. That's great logic. Break it and blame the customer because he's tall and fat! Did I forget to mention that when he said I was a big guy, he held his arms out to imply fat, not tall? Oh, I must've forgot that. 18. Just in case I missed what the tech was saying, the manager was kind enough to agree with him and to repeat it. Good teamwork there!! Management's got your back! 19. After a few breathing exercises, I was able to discuss it further and the manager changes his tune and tells me that, if I have any problems and feel the need for it to be fixed, that I can bring it to a dealer and bring him the bill. Sure, I'll shell out the money in the hopes that he'll be honest and pay for it. 20. They also told me that they did the lightbulb alignment for my headlights. Imagine my surprise that these fine, talented employees of yours lied to me and didn't do it. 21. Called the store and asked for the manager to discuss the headlights. Was told he was out and took down my number. He'll be back in about 30 mins is what I was told. Asked for the corporate number and was told they don't have it. Hold on to your hats...never called me back. 22. I've contacted their corporate office only to be told "we'll pass this on to management and they will reach out to you." Guess they employee stellar, honest employees in customer service as well. Haven't heard a word back. Wish I could give a rating lower than a 1 star.

Moses was great. He really went out of his way and researched 4 different tires and gave my son a great deal on the ones that were the most recent from the factory. I would say that he alone is the reason that I will be coming back to your store to get a new set on my car as well. I hope this associate gets credit for doing a super job. Great Customer Service.

I am Very satisfied with the service I received. I had a slow leak I took it back to Firestone to fix. After buying 4 tires from them. Picked up the car there was no charge it was still under warranty. It's not about having anything to pay it's about the service It was still outstanding. It's not all about the money it's about you. I recommend Firestone in W Long Branch to anyone who needs to get their car fixed there may be other firestone that may be good but the one in W Long branch I will say is the best.

Awful customer service. The staff seems more interested in upselling and signing you up for credit cards or service packages than actually keeping you informed about your vehicle's repair. I showed up at closing when I had been promised same day service and they hadn't evenput the car on the lift yet.

Realizing it was Sunday and only a few service centers would be open, I chose a local Firestone. Their great service is what I've come to expect of the Firestone chain. They were very busy, but honest with the time frame for the repair. They did an excellent job and I'm extremely satisfied.

I looked up the price of my tires on line,went to firestone where i've been going to for a few years now and I always go to ED I told him I wanted 4 new tires told him i looked them up on line and ED gave me the tires I wanted at a much better price and like I always Ed makes sure my car is always done correct.ED is a true asset to Firestone .

I expected great work, and I got it. About 25 years ago, I sold ads for a little TV guide called "Together in Monmouth". Firestone took a front cover spot in three zones...W L Branch, Red Bank, and Middletown. They used a coupon for Oil Change. That little coupon brought a lot of customers in. When I went up to the Nine Building in Woodbridge to renew the ad, I was met in the reception area by the CO who shook my hand and thanked me for what I did for Firestone. You see, I believe in good service also. After I left the TV guide, the replacement who was given the Firestone account lost it for lack of good service. That little TV guide isn't around anymore. So good service is key, and Firestone gives good service consistently!

Time for service completion is always excellent. Sales staff and technicians are extremely well trained on auto-care services. All questions are answered right away. I went through various local auto centers before I found this one. I feel so secure knowing I can trust them and I won't be taken advantage of financially. Also, they are very respectful of women seeking car repair services and don't talk down to you. They treat you and care for your car as if you were a family member. Ask for Ed at the sales desk.

My mechanic referred me to Ed (manager) for new tires. Ed took the time to run the numbers different ways through various promotions to make sure I was getting the best deal he could write. That added customer service goes a long way.

Needed 4 new run-flat tires for my wife's BMW. The Firestoner person I dealt with was more than willing to help me figure out what was the stock tire for the car and order them in for me within a day. It was nice to get the promise and the delivery that backed it up. I would definitely use this location again.

I initially went in for 4 new tires and wheel alignment but my vehicle had several other mechanical issues. John (my service technician) was very nice and explained in great detail, (In language I could comprehend) the additional services that would be needed for my vehicle PRIOR to proceeding with the repairs. After discussing the cost, time, what the repairs would address, etc., we went ahead with the extensive mechanical repairs. John was excellent in keeping me updated, via my cellphone, on what was being done and when my car would be ready. I am very happy and satisfied with Firestone and your technician John. I have found myself discussing the excellent service and costs with friends. I don't usually discuss my auto repairs with anyone but I was so excited to feel my car's repairs from the moment I drove it home. Wow! It was worth every cent to have my car functioning as a BMW X5 should perform. Many thanks to your team and John for both recommending and explaining the issues with my car's problems. I have always used this Firestone but this last Sunday was a bad experience. They were to open at 9 but we were told the service writer was "stuck in traffic", although all of his mechanics were there. So me and about 5 other customers, many with appointments, waited nearly an hour in the sun for the service writer to arrive. And he offered no discount and a passive apology.

I had some vibration with the 2003 Ford Econoline Club Wagon we own.When getting the oil change with a safety inspection the mechanic spotted worn ball joints that they suggested replacing. They first had eliminated other possibilities such as tire wear, tire balance, u-joints and some others. The vehicle had about 80,000 miles so we replaced the ball joints as suggested. This eliminated most of the vibration, but there still was some disturbance at high speeds, 70-plus mph. The shop was very willing to take the vehicle to inspect further at no charge.They tweaked everything checking balance and alignment, tire pressures and even the ball joints again.Although they did not find further cause, the vibration at high speed was less, but still there. When we drove the following week to Mi. the vibration was still apparent enough that we had the vehicle checked again in Ann Arbor's downtown Firestone location. they again at no charge checked the vehicle again looking for all the same possibilities they had in West Long Branch.They found nothing and only as a precaution I had them replace both U-joints on the drive shaft in Ann Arbor.. However this only made the slightest improvement. This experience made me again very confident in the care we get in West Long Branch. They listen to the customer, they provide options for the repair .They are truthful always. And lastly they eagerly and happily look into any dissatisfaction you may have to make everyone safe and comfortable with there service.they are Very Very Professional!!!

When the battery light & brake lights suddenly came on while driving, I turned around & drove home. I called Firestone & was advised not to drive it as it sounded like an alternator problem & the car could die completely while driving. I had it towed to Firestone where the problem was correctly diagnosed as a bad alternator. As always, I was given great care & had the car back the following day even though it was brought in without an appointment. I can always count on Ed & his service team!
