Once again I would like to recognize George Rodriguez Store Manager for always helping me with my Black Mercedes Benz that’s quite old and needs repairs and good advise and team of good mechanics are extremely important. Additionally Please recognize Justin Osoria who always is so exceptionally nice on the phone and provide with detail information and excellent customer service. Please recognize for outstanding performance George Rodriguez who personally looked into my car issue black Mercedes Benz in order to help recognize the issue. As always the firestone in Fairview is like a family thanks to the store manager George Rodriguez who always makes me people feel welcome and finish the work until the job is done correctly. Thank you to Justin Osoria who takes really good notes and messages about issues with my car and very polite. He has excellent customer service. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation service. Scheduled an appointment and left the car at the time of the appointment. When I was called to get the car, (3 hours later), I noticed that the tire rotation had not been done and was noted to have been completed on the paperwork.  When I asked the service advisor and the technician they simply said that they forgot to do it.  When I asked why it was noted to have been completed they both brushed it off as if it was no big deal. When They said that they were going to do it, the technician backed my vehicle and hit another vehicle parked.  I asked him to be careful and he came out cursing and dropping F-bombs.  Very unprofessional and non respectful. I had been taking my vehicles there for over 20 years, no more. They did lose a loyal customer.  Very disappointing experience.  Strongly recommend to go elsewhere.

4 wheel alignment. First visit resulted in rear left and right toe differences being too large, AND steering wheel significantly off center to left when vehicle travelling straight. Required 2nd visit to correct, after which steering wheel was STILL off center to left when vehicle travelling straight. Completely incompetent.

I have never seen such sloppy automotive work ! I saw the mechanic Revving the engine while the radiator cap was off. radiator fluid was splashing EVERYWHERE ! just to check the radiator fill level .. Really..

While visiting Firestone of Bristol CT, I was treated with so much attention , courteousness it was just like in the commercials. I was completely astonished at the service.. So very satisfied and Ibwill definitely be visiting them again soon for all my families vehicle solutions. Great Job Firestone of Bristol Connecticut!!!!

I come to this store usually. There is a desk service guy there...I think his name is Emilio or his name starts with an E. He wears glasses and has salt and pepper hair. He NEVER smiles, never says hello. I stood there waiting for him to finish with a customer and stepped outside to wait. He comes outside with the customer and at that point he could have said "I'll be right with you." He did not. When he comes back in with the customer and finishes up, I come back in and wait in line. As he finishes with the person, the phone rings and he answers it...AND HE STILL HAS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED ME. Eventually another staff member comes and checks me in and I was out of there in maybe 10 minutes. He was much more pleasant. When I come and pick up the car, Mr. E is the one who checks me out. He doesn't greet me or smile. I finish up the payment and I pick up the receipt and keys. He does not hand them to me. I walk away and he doesn't say thank you or anything!!! So I come back to ask about the results of the alignment that I had done. Like why should I be asking that? He should be recapping the services done on the car with me, I don't care how simple or quick the services were. So he shuffles thru some papers and tells me the info regarding the alignment, but I am not even certain that those papers corresponded to my car. I trust that they were. So then I depart from him a second time and does he say "Thank you"....nope. But I did. Last year I dealt with this same guy for something and he had the same stink demeanor with me. I mean it is not all about saying a "Hello" or "Thank you" but the interaction in total. This is the second time at this store with this guy. I don't like that. I know that there are mainly men that come in there who don't give a care, but I do care about customer service and you acting like you appreciate my business. I want to be acknowledged and not left standing there while you answer a call that came in AFTER I arrived. What the heck is that about? Anyway this was the second time with the same result so this is why I took the time to write.

My car had a mass airflow valve issue causing it to stall a bit when accelerating. I described the scenario to sales rep as well as issue with screeching brakes (they had just installed new pads and rotors a couple of weeks prior). Was told that they would look into it (drive car) and report on findings. Neither the technician or the sales rep found anything wrong with the car after their test drive (despite it stalling slightly whenever accelerating or hitting gas pedal). At this point I knew that either a) none had driven the car or b) the technician was no mechanic. Took the car somewhere else, the guy drove the car and was able to spot the issue immediately. Total paid $10 + $15 for diagnostic + $5 tip = $30. Total left a Firestone over these past two months (including discounts applied) for various services $1000+ I will not be returning.

The guys at Anderson Ave are the best they went beyond and above to help me out on a Sunday with a loaded garage I had a blow out and was there not even 15 mins they took time to get me a new tire and offered me instant credit that saved me $50 off my bill they are the best thanks Johnny and George

My experience at this branch has always been excellent. I only trust them when it come to my car care. They are extremely friendly and make sure you are comfortable while you wait, the go over all the details, pricing, promotions, advice you the best options for your car, also explains the problems that your car may have and what you need to solve them. They also let you pay withing 6 months without interest and at the end, they go over the invoice and make sure you understand everything before you sign anything. I bought my tires there a couple of months ago, and got my new brakes yesterday. Id go back whenever my car needs any service and highly recommend it to anyone who needs to go to a trustworthy mechanic.

The guys a my firestone in fairview took care of me and my truck, on a busy Saturday I was afraid that I was not going to be able to get it serviced but to my surprise there service manager George welcomed me and listen to my issue and said no problem we will take care of it. Despite the many cars they had they were done in a reasonable time. I'm extremely pleased and I would highly recommend this firestone for any service you may need on your vehicle.

If you are looking for a dependable,trustworthy, experienced service shop Firestone complete auto care is the place to go. As a women it could be very intimidating to bring you car in for service but ladies worry no more. There are no games or guessing at this shop. You will never have to question if the work they're doing is needed. They won't steer you wrong.

This is one shop that exceeds all others in respect to customer satisfaction.Startimg from the service advisor George. You will feel so comfortable with any of his recommendations. It doesn't stop there. He will answer all your questions prior to any work on your car. You won't spend all day waiting for the work to be done. Your cant find another shop like this one. Great service advisors, great technicians, great price, equals superb customer satisfaction. There is no reason to go anywhere else!

Went to check my oil and transmission as i felt my car stalling a bit. The front desk gentleman (Emilio) i beliebe was his name was extremely approachable and made it easy for me to explain. The technician, (Oscar) was very professional and polite and made a point to come and explain what needed to be done giving me the opportunity to make my decide. The end result left me very satisfied and my truck is running like a charm making that particular Firestone location my new one stop shop for my car needs. I would definitely recommend. Excellent service!

The work performed was great but i spent more than $3,000 on 4 tires, 4 rotors, 4 brakes and wheel alighment and asked if i could get a free oil change n the answer was NO. That is what u get for spending that amount of money no courtesy discount on nothing.

I had an appointment at 6PM. I arrived at 5:45. At 6:45 my car was still in the lot not yet been seen. Once the car was taken inside it took a mere 30 minutes to complete. Why book appointments if you cannot complete the taksk in a timely manner? I will not be returning to this facility.

Ive been there 3 times and ally he times I've been there I have had issues with them this last time I went to get a tire totation and alignment not sure if they did the alignment cuz the car feels the same and got charged for the rotation and non of the tires got rotated... They had the nerve to put the reason why I want it to rotate them and still didn't do it...

Fairview has been servicing my cars for a long time. However, I stopped using this location last year because, even though I call ahead to make an appointment, I am always told when I arrive there will be a wait. Also, for the volume of business they do, the parking is totally insufficient. I can never find a place to park. I now use the Hackensack location as they are much more accommodating and considerate of my time. Improvements are definitely needed.

Came here for a wheel alignment but they tried to get me to replace all 4 shock absorbers for $950. A week prior, I took my car to the dealership for an oil change and they performed a full inspection and came back with the wheel alignment being off. I figured I can save some money by coming here. I'm pretty sure the shock absorbers are fine or the dealership would have informed me. I also checked and didn't see any issues. In my opinion, this place lacks honesty and professionalism. So be prepared to say no to services you don't need when you bring your car in for service.
