    On my way home from tire dealership, apparently the tech did not attach my left front wheel cover all correctly. I noticed it was missing when i got into the garage. I called the Firestone dealer but they were already closed. PLEASE HELP !!!

    I originally brought my vehicle in for an alignment after I replaced my tires and some suspension components. After picking the vehicle up it had a slight pull to the left and the steering wheel was not straight. I dropped it off again to have those issues looked at along with having them check out a slight vibration that I felt while driving around 50 mph. The shop corrected the pull and steering wheel issue and told me the vibration was caused by my wheel balance being off which they could resolve by balancing the wheels/tires at a cost of approx $50. I paid to have that done and upon picking up the car I was told that I may still feel the vibration and if I wasn't ok with that I'd have to pay an additional $50 for a different balancing. I wasn't very happy about that because the possibility of the additional balancing was never mentioned until after I agreed to have the first one done or else I would have passed on it in the first place. I also saw that the alignment sheet given to me showed my front camber was also no longer in spec. The service writer tried to downplay it then told me I can drop it back off if I wanted to have it looked at again. I paid, left the shop, and jumped on the highway immediately to test the vehicle. The vibration was now much worse, my whole vehicle was now shaking at highway speeds. So for the third time in 7 days I dropped my vehicle off to have it repaired. I told the service writer the vibration had gotten worse and he happily reminded me of the fact I could pay even more money to have a different balance done. I also told him about the camber being off which after hearing that he told me the tech said it was fine after the first time so I must have done something afterwards to throw the alignment off. I begrudgingly accepted to pay for the additional balancing and told him that was priority but I still wanted the alignment looked at. Hours later I got the call that they were finished. I went to the shop and paid then asked about the alignment since he didn't give me a new spec printout. He told me they didn't look at it because I told him the balance was more important. At the point I was sick of the whole ordeal and just left. But guess what?!?! On my drive home I found the TIRES ARE STILL OUT OF BALANCE. The issue is worse than before I had them even touch the balance AND my camber is still off. Not quite sure where to go from here since I'm no longer confident in the quality off workmanship that this location can provide.

    Stay away from this location. I came in for a warranty battery service. The Mechan-twit abused the hand control for braking and tried to blame it for the dead battery. He removed the assistive device I need to drive to "fix" the problem. The sales advisor was surly and argumentative when I told him it was not the problem. They did finally test the battery and found it was the problem. I had to insist they replace the braking hand control as I can't safely drive without it. All in all it was a total cluster fucque experience. Don't go there!!! I will never be foolish enough to do so again

    I gave these folks an opportunity to take advantage of me, however they were very professional. After 5 years of dealing with intermittent front end shimmying and shaking on my 2010 Tacoma, I finally bought new tires from Tire Rack. I chose this Firestone store to mount, balance and install my tires because they have a Road Force balance machine, thinking perhaps a Road Force balance would fix the shimmy. The staff at Firestone talked me out of the service and expense as they felt it was unnecessary. Now only time will tell if it is needed or not. In the mean time that $100 is in my pocket.

    They made time for me on a busy day, they were very clear about the costs and what it covered. In the end, what could have been a thousand or two dollars worth of repairs was a $42 part. Very honest.

    (WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS-CHECK ALL WORK BEFORE YOU PAY AND LEAVE) I arrived at 2:35 the day of my scheduled appointment. I confirmed my appointment with the service advisor and went over my request for a tire rotation & to pull out the nail from the right driver tire & plug or patch if necessary. I also told the service advisor that I had drawn an arrow with an ink pen on the side wall of the tire that has the nail in it so they could locate the nail easier. My vehicle was driven in the bay at 3:25. At 4:34 I was told my vehicle was complete & that the nail was removed from my tire without having to plug or patch it, it was not leaking. I was only charged $9.99 for the tire rotation. When I got home I noticed that the arrow I had drawn on the front driver tire was still the FRONT DRIVER TIRE! They did not rotate my tires! I waited 2 hours in their waiting room for someone to pull a nail out of my tire. I called back for an explanation & was told that there was a misunderstanding and that they only balanced my tires but did not rotate them, even though the customer invoice clearly stated PKG: 02 TIRE ROTATION W/ OTHER SERVICES. And people wonder why American jobs are going overseas. READ THE DAMN TICKET! NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN!

    The initial person (Jonathon), was able to find savings on a tire package that exceeded other bids I had gotten. He explained everything in a clear and understandable manner. Jacob was there when I picked up the car, ready on time with its new tires. A very nice man. Very happy with my treatment and my new tires.

    My car stopped on me in the middle of the street. Jonathan had it towed within 30 minutes. Mark called me within minutes and kept me informed every step of the way. The repair was expensive but I was informed, and I felt they did their best to keep the cost reasonable. They had me back in action in short time. They got the car late Saturday afternoon and had it ready Sunday morning! I had good experiences with Mark, Jonathan, and Jordan....all professional and nice to deal with.

    purchased 4 tires and had the AC repaired. Had the exact tires I wanted (second set of same model on my car) and found me the best deal. With the sale they were actually less expensive than the same tires 3 years ago. Usually when I take a car in for service, I know before I go what needs to be done. In this case on my AC I didn't. They could have told me anything and wouldn't have known the difference. They identified the problem and replaced the part with no extraneous work to pad the bill.

    I have a 68 Mustang, so I don't just let anyone work on my car. The most important thing to me is someone I can trust to do the job right and back up there work, these guys are it. I don't mind paying a little more for peace of mind. Thank you guys for your honesty and hard work.

    Had my car alignment and they didn't tighten lug nuts on my tires!! None of them my husband had to tighten them. Every time we have taken my car in they always "find something" that needs to be fixed. Will not being going back!!!!

    I was so thankful for Firestone...and noticed their emphasis on honesty which I found comforting. My Suburban has 320,000 miles on it and I thought this might be it. It broke down out of town on a Saturday--our daughter's wedding was the following day. Only Firestone was open when I called at 5pm and they said i could bring it in and someone would look at it the next day. The next day they cut the cost in half since all they could do was tell me it had a transmission problem. I was happy they could help me at all. And i found them to be very kind and professional. I may begin to go to Firestone now as they have earned my respect.

    Recently brought in my company vehicle for new tires and an oil change. The manager sold me up to run flat tires $750. He was a little pushy, however I understand it is his job to sale. So I dropped my car off to give them plenty of time to service my vehicle. I receveied a call about 3 hours later. Not bad, I thought. Then the Firestone represtivite who called me began to again get way to pushy with selling me service the car didn't need, I'm thinking I just spent almost $800 calm down. You see the car only has 40k miles on it and the rep said according to the car manual, I need a transmission flush, fuel flush, on and on and on. I have own plenty of cars and keep up with all the required routine matinance I use Firestone for the quality of service and knowledge of the people that work there, not price. However the 10 cars that my family brings to Firestone will never pull into one of your bays again, as my mother n law, wife, father n law, and I had similar experiences in the last 2 weeks. Calm down on being pushy sales people!

    My husband has been a long-time Firestone customer. When we got married I inherited his car, which included servicing it at Firestone. After consistently below average service I have finally had enough and will no longer be returning to Firestone. It never fails that every time I have a service performed, I receive a customer service call saying I need all of this work done on my car that I may or may not actually need. I am tired of receiving the call and being made feel guilty for not having these expensive things added on to my service.

    I had hoped I found a great place to take my vehicles for repairs and service. I was dead wrong. I took my son's car in due to a loud sound coming from the front rotors and an oil change. They did the oil change and said the brakes were great. The noise continued so I took it to the dealer and was shown I had worn brake pads. I gave Firestone a second chance with my second car (new tires, oil change and new wipers). When done I had to go back to the shop because they didn't properly inflate the new tires! Also they didn't replace the sticker to remind me for my next oil change. Finally one of the two wipers fell off while driving home. The worst part was the poor attitude and confrontational attitude of the service manager. He made me feel like I was trying to get one over on Firestone. I wrote a letter to Firestone Corporate but received no reply. Never again.

    I was there for an oil change, bulb replacement. this was being taken care of promptly. While doing so an problem was noticed which was my serpentine belt. which was cracked all over. this was discussed prior to fixing. Then this also was fixed promptly. I was only there 30 more minutes then promised. so it was wonderful. Thanks to some awesome workers there Jonathan front end for making conversation to take up some time and make the wait not a bad thing. also for Mark and Shane for prompt service and keeping me informed of what was happening.

    I have used this service center for the past 4 years. The people are friendly and very helpful. They will try and get you in as quickly as possible, and will only charge you for the work that they do and parts that they use. No extras, but will make you aware of any other problems they find. My go to service center.

    I have used them a few times in the past. They are not pushy about getting thy "extra service" done on my cehiclea like other shops have been in the past. They suggest other work that needs to be done, but are not pushy about getting it done.

    I purchased a lifetime alignment and they completed the work in the time they said they would. But after the alignment, my car still pulled to the left. Not as much as it did before, but still pulled significantly. I'm going to take it back to have them do it again, but it is frustrating to have to go through the whole process again.
