Meridian Retail Sales Teammate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Teammate in Meridian, your friendly face will be the first thing customers see when they walk in our doors. Making meaningful connections in-person and over the phone will be at the top of your to-do list, as well as recommending tires and services. Every day is different but, in general, you can anticipate customer questions such as, “What tires do you recommend?” “Which motor oil should I pick?” and “Are you open on weekends?” You will help guests make informed auto repair decisions, and become a master at handling customer concerns.
