I felt like Randy the service advisor is not honest with customers especially female customers. He seems to suggest services that are not needed. So I have decided to start going to another Firestone location and hopefully the service advisor there will be honest and treat me in the matter he or she would want me to treat them if the shoe was on the other foot.

The staff in the front office at the Highway 190 location in Covington are superb. They are friendly, outgoing, polite, and courteous as well as knowledgeable. In particular, I would like to commend Donald Lemay and Robert Raines. I heard that a customer recently described Mr. Lemay as "aloof and caddy." I think the misspelling of the word "catty" speaks for itself about the caliber of intellect of this customer. The fact is Mr. Lemay is anything but "aloof" or "catty." During one of my visits, Mr. Lemay changed the batteries in my car key, more than once in order to get it right. He went OUT OF HIS WAY in performing this particular service. I have been a customer at this Firestone location for many years, and Mr. Lemay is the epitome of courteous engagement, sincere concern, and friendliness. Mr. Robert Raines is likewise exceedingly courteous and respectful. Furthermore, these men have an infectious sense of humor--in the face of what must be a stressful job, they are always smiling and joking, literally brightening the day of the customer. That, at least, has been my experience. Perhaps, most importantly, the demeanor and behavior of these men--and all the staff at Firestone that I have had dealings with--elicit a sense in the customer that this shop is one that can be TRUSTED in servicing a car and in billing those services. I cannot speak highly enough of them. And, of course, the technicians are topnotch.

I would just like to say that Neil Daniels is the best when it comes to customer care and he is a great asset to your company because he made everything alright for me the very next day. He wasn’t there the day of my bad experience but the next day when I returned he was there and he is the reason I will do business with Firestone again. Thank you Mr. Daniels

I went there to get my tires balanced because my truck shakes around 58mph-65mph ( something within that range). I just bought the brand new wranglers around April 2016; which I hadn't driven the truck that much due to me having a second vehicle. However, instead of allowing me to excercise my free balance and lifetime contract, this manager only tried to sell me other services that I don't need and tried to coerce to buy new tires which he said he could hook me up. He said buying new services will make it appear his store is performing well. I told him I wasn't interested in that store performing well. He denied me the service that day to have my tires balanced. That's all I needed. They never lift my truck in the air but states I needed other crap! And was bullcrap! I will never go back there due to their lies. I can imagine how many women and/or other customers this management has wrongfully subjected these similarly infractions upon.

The person name Randy that work at firestone on hwy has the most nasty attitude ever...i had a very bad experience ...i would never tell any one to go there bc they dnt do what I ask them to do they do what they want to do ..

I stopped at this location on my way home from work to check on used tires. I was told they do used tires. I ended up purchasing a full set of brand new tires. I don't normally handle any maintenance when it comes to cars. The staff there didn't make me feel stupid at all. I had a lot of questions & concerns. They were all addressed professionally. They close at 6 pm, they didn't finish my car until 7 pm. They didn't not one time make me feel rushed, they seem to have been concerned about my safety with the condition my tires were in. The staff, the facility was exceptional! I will get more services if needed at this same location!

I had to get an alignment and my tires were under warranty but I was told that I had to get two new ones. My bill was $100 and I have a lifetime warranty for the alignment. I think it's unfair to be charged for parts that come with service. If customers are charged for petty miscellaneous labor the company should ask that bring our own bolts and small parts

The tech explained the reason why my car was making a bumping noise around the front tire. They gave me a chance to look underneath to show me the problem. I will be back to have it taken care of. Great guys working there, and taking pride in their work. I have been a customer for years, and for years to come.

Service with integrity, I am a repeat customer due to the kind and wonderful service. I have become worry free of unnecessary service charges due to ignorance. All service requests were performed with complete satisfaction, plus the added invitation of "if you have any problems, bring it (car) back and we will do our best to resolve any problems.

I have elected not to use Firestone anymore because I feel that I have been deliberately advised for the services that I needed. On more than one occasion, I have been given contradictory information from what has been recommended by Firestone. In one instance, this contradiction came from ANOTHER Firestone who was well aware that a sister store had recommended the services in question.

On past visits in which I normally go on Saturdays & is there when the doors open. I don't get any mechanical work done there as I go to my local dealership ,only things related to my tires or brake service. I've gotten there at 7 or before & I'm still there at 12, which is totally ridiculous.
