Everyone was fantastic! I specifically want to mention David - he was patient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Firestone put my personal safety and the condition of my car above all else. They took the time to answer my questions in ways I could understand. Nobody tried to “over-sell” and everyone I spoke to was wonderful. I would highly recommend this store.

I had a Front Left tire damage and decided to replace my 2 front tires and get tire rotation done in a way I'd have my new tires in the thread. I've ordered Tires on Tirerack.com and booked an appointment for Tire change and Oil Change service. The UPS messed up my delivery and I was talking to David at Firestone. He refused to change a pair of tire in spite of my requested and asked(Not recommend) to get all four tires replaced. I thought it was required by law to change 4 tires when he said he would do what I've asked for. So I've ordered another set of tires from Tire rack. David wasn't as accommodating and rude when I tired to clarify thing about the messed up UPS Delivery. I know he wasn't responsible but I was just trying to get some help as the UPS said it was delivered and signed. I later got my tires inspected for a second opinion at Midas, Framingham, MA and came to Learn it was not required by Law to change 4 tires at once and I could do an additional 20000 miles on my current set of tires or the rear axle. By this time I was totally upset about this, I've already placed an order of all four sets of tires on TireRack by then. Cancelling this would cost me pay the shipping exp and a restocking fee so I've decided to go ahead with changing 4 tire even though it wasn't required until 20000 mi. On Tuesday 11/06/18, I Left my car and 4 new tires for delivery and requested a few services. Work Order: 158738. I left my car at Firestone, Watertown, MA at 12.34 pm. My car was supposed to be picked up at 6pm. I have been contacted till 6.15 pm and Upon calling Andre at 6.15 pm thy begun to work on my car. I have a Dashcam on my car that send's my an alert whenever my Car's moved. I am sure they have not touched my car 6.15 pm. My car was delivered back to me at 7.28pm. They Claimed to have worked on my tire change, Wheel Mounting, balancing. Synthetic Oil Change all done under 1 hour by Mr. Edgar. Not sure how I am supposed to trust they serviced my car per what I paid. Only 2 tires were Mounted on Tuesday. Wheel Alignment Not Done, Break Inspection- Not Done. Invoice Number 158738. You'll be able to compare my Work Order and Invoice to see how much was done as Promised. Today, I have an appointment in 20 mins now. I sure don't trust these guys anymore but my other two tire are still with them so I had no choice. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE OVERALL.

I am a very unhappy customer. I dropped off my car at firestone on Wednesday at 7AM and didn’t get my car until Friday at 1:00PM. It was supposed to be a one and half hour job that ended up taking three days. (My boyfriend used to work for GM for 13 years so he knows about cars). I live in Attleboro but work In Watertown so it was a big inconvenience for me. I wasn’t able to go home and had to stay in a hotel. David and another worker who works upfront were so rude and unapologetic. They were giving me attitude when I was calling to inquire about my car. Not once did they say sorry for the inconvenience. The only reason I got my car back on Friday at 1:00PM is because I showed up without notice. I asked them why didn’t anyone call me, and they said the car was done 10 minutes before I got there. I told David that I live in Attleboro and he didn’t seem to care. Wouldn’t you call the customer right away after it’s done? I think they were trying to make it look like they were working on it when it was already done. I do not recommend firestone in Watertown. They are very unprofessional on the phone and in person, unapologetic, and need training on how to talk to customers. I showed my boyfriend the invoice when I got home and he asked me why I was charged for engine might check when my battery light was on. I have video proof that my car only had battery light on and I can have someone from AAA confirm that and that I had the car towed to Firestone so it’s impossible for the engine light to come on. I will never return to Firestone in Watertown. I will tell all my friends and family to go a different mechanic.

Been to this location twice, both times I found the manager, David, to be friendly and honest. I was not pressured to add additional services or products. While I was made aware of a service that will need to be done, he did not make it into a 'life or death' scenario that I have experienced at other auto service businesses.

I recently brought my vehicle in for some extensive work. I have come to this location even though we live in Billerica because of the technician Michael Barbetta he is the best mechanic I have come across and his knowledge and service is second to none. I will continue to use fire stone and this store as long as he's there. Highly recommend. People like Michael deserve to be recognized and appreciated. Thanks so much.

They scratched all 4 of my rims on my brand new 2016 Mustang with these weird wheel alignment attachment things I've never seen a shop use before. I'm extremely upset about this and would NOT recommend anyone to Firestone service centers.

They charged me for "car care pacakage". which I didnt ask but it was fine as long as they checked my car thoroughly. However, when I asked them to give me the vehicle check inspection, they showed me but I found that nothing checked. I asked them and they called the mechanic. He checked right in front me marking everything is ok. His behavoir made me laugh because I knew that some of things need to be replaced or fixed. (ex)washer fluid(part of the service) is empty, he marked ok. I have been a customer for 3 years until I found their lie. But not anymore~ Be honest!!!! Integrity!!! for you guys!

they could not find the issue which says happens sometimes and suggested doing a bead seal just to be sure which only cost $20 which was fine. They were very nice, however a lot of my things were moved around inside my car, I assume to look for my wheel lock, it would have been nice if everything had been put back. Service was fine, However, the location was very dirty, all the seats were ripped up, the door was open to where employees obviously eat which looked a mess, the bathroom was gross, muddy and no toilet paper.

I was referred to Firestone several years by a good friend because my old mechanic was awful. He kept my car for days and over charged me. Sal,(the Manager) Gabe, Mike and the other staff members are wonderful! They explain the issues and give helpful tips to avoid major repairs down the road and the prices are the best. I have recommended Firestone to my friends, colleagues and now my son and we are all happy with the professional, affordable and friendly staff and service at Firestone in Watertown, MA.

The service advisor Viet was extremely helpful and friendly. He explained all service items and recommended repairs for my car. He accomodated my car to their schedule on a very short notice and completed the service in a shorter time than I expected.

I am a dedicated Firestone customer for many years at the Watertown, MA. location where the amazing Mr. Salvador Gutierrez is the Manager. I am a single mother with a single income trying to stretch every dollar and that is one of the reasons I am a faithful Firestone customer. Salvador and his team are awesome, and they keep my 2002, Toyota Camry purring like a kitten at a fair and reasonable price. Another reason that I am such a cheerleader is that I feel strongly regarding, youth, family and community and Firestone is a community based company where you are treated with the upmost respect. Being a woman and working with mechanics this is very important to me. I have recommended Firestone to many friends and family members for the reasons above

Needed my vehicle looked at with 69000 miles and wasn't sure what to get. Michael helped recommend an affordable inspection package (can't beat 9.99) and informed me of the parts that needed replacing. He explained the options to me in a way that made me feel absolutely informed and not obligated I consider myself to have amateur level knowledge of car repairs so it was helpful to have him explain so much to me patiently.

Very happy with the repairs! Results matter and they delivered on that. Great bunch of guys down there Firestone Watertown and felt I received good value on the complete brake job including rotors, etc. They prioritized what was needed to keep us within budget and going back next month to finish their recommendations. Went back to Firestone to have and oil and filter and air filter change. I went back because of Mike the technician/mechanic (22 Michael) I was there around a month ago for work on my a/c and he was absolutely terrific. His mechanical expertise, professionalism and natural outstanding customer service interaction skills make Mike an asset to Firestone in my opinion. Mike had my vehicle in the bay within six minutes of arriving and suggested I also have the cabin filter look at and changed if need be. I didn't know we even had a cabin filter and when I returned back to get my car I was shown the cabin filter which was absolutely filthy loaded with debris. I credit Mike also for making my breathing and my passengers breathing healthier while driving. I would recommend Firestone to anyone because of Mike.

Brought my car in for A/C repair work. Michael the Technician could;nt be more knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He is definitely the tops when it comes to customer service. He really knows his work and I would recommend anyone to visit Firestone in Watertown Mass. I would also suggest that people request him personally when they need vehicle service.

I went there for alignment work. When I got the car back I noticed the acceleration was bad when shifting gears (automatic). While this is not their fault I brought it back for a look. They did a "safety inspection" and found nothing wrong. I brought it to my gas station and the transmission fluid was way low and filthy. Seems odd that Firestone would miss this.

I received a discount coupon in the mail for a $19.95. oil change. I was charged $35.00. I asked why and was told that my Vehical required more oil I.e. 7quarts instead of 5. If I got 5 quarts for $19.95, 2 more for an additïonal $15.00, did not make sense. A satisfactory explanation was not given and I concluded that the coupon was very misleading. Further, I was in a hurry and after the car was done the attendant did not bother to tell me. After 20 minutes I indicated I needed to leave and then was told the work was completed. Overall the experience was unsatisfactory.

The service overall was good. They delivered me the car back within the time they had promised, I was happy with that. One thing that I did not like was the attitude of the person behind the desk. He was very cold, rude and was not customer focused. I think they need training on how to talk to the customers. Otherwise, it was a good service

Had my oil changed a couple of weeks ago, I was in and out in no time, considering it was busy. They went over my car checked everything, topped off my fluids including my washer fluid.the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. And all for a great price. I would go there again, and will recommend the Firestone service center in Watertown MA to all my friends.I have also got great deals on tires there in the past, a great place, one stop car care.

I read other reviews that said this location will scratch your rims. I came here anyway for the convenience, assuming that those reviewers might just be precious about their rims. I was shocked at the level of damage on my rim when they were done. Didn't seem worth my my time to fight about it so I drove off but in one hour your guys did more damage to my rims than two years of living in Boston.

I had my oil changed and my antifreeze done within 40 mins, it was really quick. Usually it takes them a bit but I was so happy that they performed the jobs in such timely manner. They're always very courteous and informative, been very happy customer of firestone for years.

I went to Firestone as I needed care care and a reliable, skilled professional to ensure the work is properly done. Initially I was very impressed with the facility and cleanliness. I was told I needed further work that actually I really didn't need. I ended up going to Firestone in West Roxbury as I was disabled in Canton and that was the closest Firestone. I went to get new tires and the tire rods my car needed. I was told there were recommendations from Watertown I really didn't need. My cost of repairs in Watertown seemed much more and the time it took for the work was longer compared to the work done in West Roxbury. I will continue to do business with Firestone as overall, both locations were friendly and professional.

I used to live in Watertown and went for my oil changes and general mechanic needs and they were always fast to take me in and try to get me out as quickly as possible. I love Mike as a service guys, he is the best! He knows what he is talking about! I still go backfor my auto needs when I can.
