Weights from balanced tires were glued on the side facing outward of custom rims . Extremely sub-par service. The manager agreed to remove the weights but not the junky residue it left on the rim. Needless to say, I asked for my money back and I will never return.

Avoid this place!! They have the worst customer seevice skills I have ever witnessed. Nothing is ever their fault or problem. They go about their day like you need them instead of the other way around. I have encountered 1 gentleman that works on the vehicles and he was the ONLY one who was respectful and apologetic, even when the issue wasn’t his fault. Don’t know if he still works there, but he definitely deserves a better place to work!!

Normally I don't leave reviews... but after taking the survey and told of all the free things I should have been offered I'm kind of annoyed. More than happy to take my money but not happy to do a tire rotation or money back guarantee. And they charge me $99 for the diagnostic and didn't take it off my bill after having work done there

I went in to have my tires balanced. The service worker recommended I get an inspection to see what the problem was. I was very pleased with the recommendation. After waiting for over an hour they called me in the shop to say the struts were bad on both front wheels as well as the control arm on the passenger front side. I had the service tech speak to my husband to explain the repairs. We agreed to have him replace the control arm but we would do the struts on our own. I was made aware that the service would take an additional 3 hours. The kind service worker gave me a ride home which I was greatly appreciative for. On my husbands way home from work he stopped in they were having trouble getting the control arm off but we were reassured that it would be done the same day. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am. Finally at 5pm I called to see when my car would be ready. I was told they were doing an alignment and the car would be ready at 5:30pm. My husband went to get the car. He took the car for a ride and the car was not repaired. When he went back unhappy as expected after the charges and the hours the car was there the tech said there was a bubble in the front passenger tire so he moved it to the back. Unacceptable. This is a car my kids will be driving. This is NOT safe and we were not made aware of this until my husband went back and told him the same problem was occurring. We were told to come back on Sunday morning. After looking over the receipt the control arm was NOT replaced the inner ball joint was replaced. And the tires were balanced. And the alignment was done according to my receipt. My husband went back this morning and on the lift the tires were NOT balanced and the alignment was not done because the rims are warped. We were charged for work that was NOT completed. I am VERY dissatisfied with the work that was done on my car. Well let's say NOT done on my car. We were falsely told repairs were going to be done that were not repaired. This is unfair to the customers that are paying for services they are not receiving. I'm going to go all the way to corporate with my complaint. I would like a FULL refund on my repairs. This was unacceptable service.

Went yesterday to get new tires not knowing what to expect. I had never gotten new tires for a vehicle and I was worried about the price and the difference. With the help of my nearest Firestone sales person I ended up getting a front end alignment and four new tires for a reasonable about of money and made a friend. I cannot tell you how helpful they were and how pleased i was with the service. Two Thumbs up! Thanks Phil!

I was at a event, in Swansea Ma, came out to my car and noticed a flat tire. I then called Triple A to change my tire. After arriving about 1 AM the tire was changed. Knowing that these tires were brand new (bought in May 2016 for over $1000.00) the next morning I drove to the Swansea Firestone store which was near my house. I met with service personal and explained the issue to him. It blew my mind when he said sorry we do not have that tire in stock, I said is this a tire store? I then had to ask him to call Fall River Firestone Store which they had the tire. I them left and went to Fall River Firestone. Upon arrival I met with a service person, and he told me it could be a long wait. I knew they were busy, he assured me he will get in done in a timely manner. Well in was done within a hour, I paid the fee and was on my way. They were awesome. The only downside was that they did not secure my spare in trunk and just threw it in the trunk. Not a big deal, but as a paying customer, I would expect that to be done. The overall experience was excellent.

I'm very frustaded, I have some knology about cars and they lied to me, this is unrespectful. I've being overcharged double the price to fix my car a/c, plus they charge me $ 52,00 just to check the sistem and also they empty all the a/c gas. Very bad experience with that store.

Both of the managers here are great people. They did the best to help me and beat any price around they listened to what i had to say and acomodated me based on the info. Given. I have been here in the past always loved it they are great freindly and do a great job on ur vehicle....

I was told I would save $20 on high mileage oil change I did not I saved $5 I had a coupon for $19.99 for standard oil change. I wish I had kept that deal was talked out my assumption being to get more money from me. Also they stated they inspected the car as I also bought two new tires supposedly balanced they are not. 2 weeks later I almost got into a FESTH car accident as all my brake lines were rotted out and needed replacement Firestone failed to SEE THIS??? I was also told I needed to replace my entire windshield pump costing slot of money I can't afford that price. $190

I was very pleased with Carlton he made me feel very comfortable with the purchase of the tires he recommended. I had them put on yesterday and he said he did them himself which made me feel like he was really pleasing me he is a very nice person and I would definitely go to Firestone again.

Went in for an alignment! Noticed on my way home steering wheel was off center, had to go back to have it corrected. When I arrived home I crawled underneath the vehicle and noticed that they adjusted the tie rods without unclamping the boot. The boot was badly twisted, I had to relieve the clamp in order to set the boot to its original state. And mind you this was a brand new freakin rack that I had installed that same day! So with that all being said terrible work never will go back again...

I bought 4 brand new tires for my new car. he warning light for the tire kept coming in after 2 days. I have been in and out getting air, having them seal them, filling again over and over and still the air comes out. They even changed one of the valves. As time goes on I put more wear and tear on the tires so if I have to replace one of the new ones I bought they replace by the tread. So of course more money put out and into there bank. They should just replace the tire and actually it is 2 tires that they have to fill and seal.

Waiting room clean, customer service reps very polite. I would like to use Firestone more often but don't because of the high pressure sales tactics. Go in for routine fluid changes and they constantly try to up sell. I don't like that

I think Chet was the intake manager, seems he'd been working there since the 1950's. On a trip, my SUV was taken in, examined and Chet went through each item step by step...no pressure to buy anything, just an honest overview of needed issues and he was able to prioritize the repairss to meet my budget. Vwery nice guy...impression waas very honest and as I usually don't go to franchises, this was an excpetion.

I wasn't pleased. They never put windshield wiper fluid in my car and when they did the oil change they never put a sticker on my car so I know when to get a new oil change. I won't be spending my money at Firestone again

I brought my car in for a oil change they put it on the lift without turning off the air ride the parked it in a angled spot (left side lower than the right) this causes the air pressure in the air ride suspension to inflate at uneven levels causing my rear suspension to blow out they then told me either tow it away or drive it away. I then contacted corporate "Bridgestone" they offered to fix the suspension after fixing it they then took it for a 8 hr test drive. When they told me to pick it up the abs was no longer working they then had it brought to a Ford dealership. The dealership said they put in a defective differential, abs system still did not work. They then told me Firestone put on the wrong size tires they then replaced them. Still the abs did not work. Then ford aid they would have to check the front end Firestone refused to fix this issue leaving me with a unusable car Thank you Firestone / Bridgestone

Just to perform a simple oil change required me to come back in a few hours only to have to wait an additional amount of time. In the end it was not much cheaper than any other place and certainly not worth the time that I was inconvenienced.

In general what i dont like in firestone is that they dont go to fix the item that is not functionning rather they want you to replace a whole bunch of unecessary parts
