I have been going to Firestone, in Watertown, for about five years. It was close to home, had friendly people and a reasonably significant sized shop. Within the last two years, they have changed store managers 3x. Mechanics leave like a revolving door and work, for me, has been worse each time, until this last time which was a simple issue to be resolved but had me going through a bunch of hoops. Not one person there is on the same page, and multiple people were telling me different answers. I am so disappointed with my last visit. I was told I would get a phone call right back and ever time I got an update it was from me calling them. Then the manager said "once it's done I will call you," that never happened. I called back 2 hours later to find out my truck was done an hour ago and no one decided to call me. After five years I will be taking my service elsewhere

The mechanic did excellent job on repairs to both my vehicles recently and showed me respect as to situations with both cars offered me discount s for products an services . Julio an Johnthan focused on problems right away just on my verbal lists of problems with both vehicles an showed my the cause of issues they began working on my cars right away an finished in timely manner my hats off to the other team members who assisted with with the work as well

I have been going to FIRESTONE Tire & Service Brighton location for years for tires, service and maintenance. And I will continue to go for years. They are great and reasonable, fair prices and very good customer service.I bought 4 tires for my Mercedes ,Andre was very helpful and he had very good job done .These people are the BEST!

it took 2 hours to get my winter tires put on. I made an appointment and told the sales rep I would wait in the store since I didn't expect it to take too long. 40 minutes later he let me know that something had been blocking the service bay and they would get started on my car right away. not too long after that, a delivery truck arrived and I watched what appeared to be the entire staff helping unload the truck, while I was still waiting for my car. finally after 2 hours, my tire change was finally finished and I received no apology or acknowledgement of how unusually long it had taken. I will be going somewhere else to get my summer tires put on in the spring.

Everything went great, employees were friendly and got all the preventive maintenance I wanted done on my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited done faster then expected. The only thing I don't 100% agree on is the price point, but that doesn't fall on the employees and they have to eat too. For the convienience of the location and the speed the work was done it ends up being worth it. One extra side note they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, I was wary of this seeing past reviews and had checked my vehicle prior and post visit to make sure nothing was stripped or falling off and it turned out just fine.

I have been a customer of the Brighton, MA, Firestone tires store for more than couple years. The staff is knowledgeable, but more importantly, the consistently demonstrate that they value their customers. I have purchased tires for more than six different cars and have used them for auto maintenance and repair work. I fully trust them to recommend the right products and services. They have always immediately taken ownership for the issue and do whatever necessary to address the problem. An important note is that I live by the Firestone tire store in Brighton, MA. I have tried them several times since they are nearby.....however I have consistently had Awesome experiences at that location. The Brighton store where I know I will be treated like a valued customer and I can trust the quality of their work. Kayl always does a great job. I am a regular customer and take all of my cars there. He always gives me his recommendation of what the vehicles need.Your service has always has been great That is why I keep coming back.

Ryan was awesome!!!! He helped me over the phone before I was able to be towed into the store and took care of me right away. He kept me calm and assured me that he would be able to assist me. I had a broken stem and a very flat tire with no spare and I live in Connecticut. I was very stressed out and he kept things light and I felt better just being there. Thank you to everyone who was at the store yesterday!!!

Great company Great service! Went to the East Providence one and did a Oil Change they told me an hour but had me out of there in 30 mins. Would recomend them to anybody trying to get service done. My last experience was just fine.But still upset about not receiving my rebate for shock absorbers on my wife's jeep. I was promised. I applied on line and in writing. tried chaseing.wasted a lot of time and money.

Initially when I made this appointment I asked the guy how long the initial diagnostic would be he said it should be on average around an hour I said good , I made the appointment, the next day I was half an hour early for my 8:30 AM appointment figured I could leave it and know something before work, Not really. I left, went to work and wasn't even contacted by Firestone staff until about 2 pm. Then He gives me a list of thing that they want to repair, and the cherry on top was ohhhhhhhhh! They can do the work today but he'll need like three hours!!!! I was so mad they had already had the car for 6 !!!!! When I asked why they haven't looked at my car for 6 hours the guy says they got so busy with people coming in and that pissed me off quite frankly it should be first come first serve. I was there at 8 AM. Had they called me at a reasonable time say 10 or 11 with a problem I would have had the $500 dollars worth of work done but to take advantage and keep my car all day then think that I was gonna come back and still wait 3 hours, they are Crazy!!!! That was so Rude, not to mention Unprofessional! a the lack of Respect, and the guys "I don't care " response, I have had trouble with this place before and was Unsatisfied, and Andre apologized and really went above and beyond to help me on any future visits, So its my fault for believing in second chances but I'm all set. I had to then waste another day taking my car to a competitors shop for the repairs that realistically should have been done they day before!!!! Business must be booming when you can afford to loose customers !!!!!! Don't come hear to fix your car they will lie to you.

I used them on Nov. 23, 2015. The overall service on the date was good, I thought. They replaced a head light and alligned my 2005 Nissan Altima. The headlight looked off to me so I opened my hood, to find that the latch to hold the bar that holds the hood open to be broken and the bar swinging between the fan and engine. They also never covered the headlight and the wiring and light were completely exposed. I am taking it back to them to rectify the issue, depending on how the appointment goes, I may change the overall rating.

Installed 4 new tires for me, after the first weekend my tpms showed low air pressure. After refilling the tire twice and still having air pressure problems i went back to Firestone. They found and fixed the problem which was a bad seal. Everything was covered under warranty. Everyone was friendly, fast and professional.

I was pleasantly surprised by the respectful attention to detailed mechanical explanations of recommended repairs and different qualities of tires. Due to personal schedule issues, I've not yet had my car repaired but intend to do so at a more convenient time. Minor question: Not clear if total price of recommended parts includes one or two sets of tires.

I thought the service was done very well, they took my order for 5 new tires, set up the appointment to fit my extremely busy schedule and in no time at all the job was done I was thrilled. Unfortunately within 3 days my rear drivers side hub cap fell off & now I don't have one of my hub caps, the rest was great!

I knew my breaks needed work, and feared the worst. I also needed my vehicle back that day for an important family event. Steve at Firestone on Commonwealth Avenue, in Boston assured me he would have my car back on time. He updated me almost hourly (by phone). The repairs were more complicated than initially diagnosed (which was not a surprise to me). He also kept me aware of costs. An hour before the car was promised, he called me back to say they required more time to complete the repairs, BUT Firestone would supply me with a rental vehicle at no additional charge. This was an incredible gesture, asI not only received a thorough repair (that was excellently done); but was able to meet my family obligations, with no stress. I have never been treated as well by any franchised operation, and it's not the first time this group has excelled for me. I received high quality, consideration, communication, and professionalism. Thank You Firestone!

I came in to get my tires rotated as I'd lost traction in some snow the prior week, and knew the rears had plenty of tread on the rears. They finished the job and I took off. After I got home, I measured the tread depth to find that they'd not actually performed the rotation. When I called, they admitted that they'd not rotated the tires and tried to convince me to leave the better tread tires in the back. I called my dealer and confirmed that the better tread should always be in front. The Firestone techs sent me on my way after an hour of waiting without performing the only service I asked them to do. Then, when I pressed them on why they didn't do the rotation, they lied to cover their tracks. Either way, that's the last time I go to Firestone.

I called Firestone on the morning of MLK day to schedule a battery change. When the service adviser asked when I wanted to some in, I took a chance and said "today?". He said no problem and I drove over. The technician replaced the battery and I was out the door in less than twenty minutes. Great and fast service.
