    This is the second time I ever had an complaint about Firestone out of the 10+years I have been a customer. This was definitely the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! First, when I go to drop off my car, the front desk representative (which later turned out to be Megan V) was not around at all. After waiting for about 5 minutes at an empty counter just to DROP MY CAR OFF( remind you I have someone waiting on me to drive me back home), I asked a fellow customer who was sitting out in the waiting room was there someone working at the desk and she stated “ yes, she is outside talking with another customer if she is not on HER cellphone or smoking” sarcastically! I didn’t think much of it so I proceeded to wait another 4-5minutes. When she finally did come in, IT WAS TO ANSWER THE STORE PHONE that was ringing. So I had to wait another 2 minutes while she got off the phone. When she finally did that, there was no “hi, hello, sorry, how may I help you” or nothing but the LOOK and facial expression of “yes?”. I stated I was there to drop my car off for service and she “okay” AND walked out into the car service area to talk to some mechanic for about 2 to 3 minutes.LIKE REALLY????? By this time, I have an attitude because I’m thinking to myself how can you be this inconsiderate!!! Eventually, she saw me looking at her with a confused and annoyed look on my face through the glass window that separates the waiting room and service area and she held up one finger to indicate “hold on.” When She finally came back through the door to the counter, she DID NOT apologize or greet me properly, instead she proceeded to ask for my phone number to pull up my account. At this point, I’m really pissed BUT STILL I didn’t say anything or complained as I should have since I had all the right to. INSTEAD, I just told her I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. She put everything into the computer and I gave her my keys, asked her did I need to sign something, she said “no” and I walked out and left after waiting close to 20 minutes just to DROP MY CAR OFF WHILE SOMEONE WAITED ON ME OUTSIDE!!!!! Fast forward to 2 hours later, she called me to tell me my car was ready but they didn’t not do the alignment but I didn’t say anything because I really was focused on my oil change since my actually oil change light was on and I normally get the aglinment and tire rotation when I get my oil changed. I just simply hung up the phone and I headed to pick it up. When I walked inside to “checkout” I look to my right and my car is in the air!!!! NOT READY AT ALL AFTER SHE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THAT!!!! Again, She didn’t greet me, tell me that my car is not ready at all, or even give me an explanation for any of it. She just proceeded to simply checked me out, yelled out the window “THAT HONDA NEEDS TO GO NOW” ( or something to that nature), asked me was I paying with my Firestone Account, told me where to sign, printed and gave me my paperwork and walked out the door to service area. I sat down and watched through the glass window as they ROTATED MY TIRES AND BROUGHT MY CAR TO THE GROUND, POPPED MY HOOD UP TO DO WHAT APPEARED TO BE MY OIL CHANGE!! SO IN MY MIND IM SAYING TO MYSELF “AFTER THE AWFUL SERVICE FROM EARLIER, THEY DID NOT EVEN TRY TO ATTEMPT TO 1 OUT OF THE 3 THINGS I ASKED FOR AND ON TOP OF THAT, THEY ARE DOING THE 2 THINGS RIGHT HERE IN MY FACE AFTER I BEEN WAITING AT HOME FOR TWO HOURS AFTER MEGAN CALLED TO TELL ME MY CAR WAS READY!” I waited in the waiting room for another about 20 minutes as they worked on my car and when they finally pulled it to the front of the store, I simply grabbed my keys from the mechanic and drove away! I AM COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED YESTERDAY AT FIRESTONE IN WALDORF, MD AND REALLY BELIEVE THEY DID NOT CHECK MY CAR AT ALL, JUST COMPLETED THE 2 OUT OF 3 SERVICES I ASKED FOR AND SENT ME AWAY! I DO NOT PLAN ON RETURNING! I WILL CONTACT THE MANAGER AND DISTRICT MANGER, IF NEED BE. IF NOBODY BELIEVES ME PLEASE REPLAY THE CAMERAS AND THEY WILL CORROBORATE VERY CLOSELY WITH THIS STORY. NO, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE! MEGAN WAS HORRIBLE AND SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER WHEN I CALLED TO SEE WHO WAS THE MANGER AT THAT PARTICULAR SHOP. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

    My husband and I have only owned used older vehicles (the good ones, lol) which can often time need more maintenance. We have dealt with other repair shops that quote astronomical prices for unnecessary repairs. My experience with Firestone is that they make the wisest most cost effective decision to get our vehicles up and running. I appreciate this honesty and integrity and would gladly continue to offer them my business and refer anyone in need of a trustworthy repair shop. The Waldorf, MD also has a great staff all around which makes the experience more pleasurable! I have learned in life when great business connections are made, to stay loyal and build a lifetime relationship!

    Best experience I ever had getting tires. Sales manager went over and above getting me on the road after my tires were not in stock as promised. He was very professional and explained everything. The technician was awesome. Everything done to my satisfaction in a shorty period of time. Car rides so much better. I will always take my car to this store in the future! Thanks for the awesome experience.

    When I returned home to Kentucky I noticed a strange sound that was rotationally connected, as in it would change in pitch with speed. I found that ALL the lugnuts on the right rear wheel were very loose and most of the lugnuts on the other wheels were at least somewhat loose. I tightened the lugnuts with a lug wrench and will torque them properly when I get back home. Obviously, they were not torqued properly at the store. I thank God that the tire did not come off on my trip home as we traveled most of the way in rain. Also one of the tires was only inflated to 32 lbs while the other tires were inflated to about 37lbs. Overall, a serious and potentially dangerous lack of attention to detail.

    The manager Jason Lewis was friendly, welcoming, and assisted me with all of my service needs in a timely manner. I had no issues with using coupons which is a big deal on my budget. I was also not pressured in to getting any of the techs recommendations but they took note of it for me. I will be returning for all of my other vehicle needs as well. It's usually hard to give a 5 star rating but not today!

    My experience with the Firestone store was very good and I filled out the survey saying so. The experience with the website after the survey is terrible! ! Once you open your reply to the survey you cannot close out of it or delete it or get it off your Internet connection. I won't be replying to your customer surveys again, not worth it.

    This firestone has always provided me A+ service. I choose to come to this firestone which is 9 miles away then go to the Mr. Tire which is 1.2 miles away. Highly recommended them!

    Everyone was really friendly and went way above and beyond, keeping us apprised the entire time of the status of our vehicle from start to finish. They even swept out our vehicle as we were getting ready to leave. There was a big storm while we were there, with heavy rain and hail, and they asked if we wanted to have our car pulled up to the door or get into it in the shop so we wouldn't get wet. We absolutely recommend this store to anyone who wants expert, great service - great team!

    I was giving a price to pay for my roters and break pads. Once the work was started i was told that they never carried or stocked the break pad for my car. So i would have to be charged for a more expensive break pad. I feel that i should have been told this information before my car was worked on, so i would be able to find a company that stock my break pad.

    Half of the time I take my vehicles in for service the customer service is good or what is expected...the other half the individuals' attitude is as though they are force to do something they dislike. Therefore, the exchange of dialogue is ackward...like pulling teeth to get information and I leave feeling like I need to take my vehicles elsewhere.

    I've had Firestone service my vehicles for 10 years and have always owned multiple vehicles simultaneously. I showed up late one afternoon for an oil change and they said they were busy and couldn't do it that day because they only had one guy available. I decided to leave the vehicle overnight. I returned the next day at 11am and it still wasn't done. They told me to wait another hour and they would get to it. I said I couldn't believe how I've been treated. I left with my vehicle and unchanged oil. I never returned.

    I service on my wife's car has been great. This is the first time that I replaced the tires on my 2010 Toyota Prius at Firestone. My Prius got between 52 and 57 miles per gallon on average with the original Yokohama tires. But the new Firestone tires reduced the fuel economy on my Prius to between 39 and 42 miles per gallon.

    Always friendly, but 9 times out of ten it takes way longer than I'm told. Recently paid acct in full so I wouldn't feel obligated to go back. Not a tire issue, not attitude issue, just always too slow. I've even seen mechanics have food delivered and eat while I'm waiting! For what it's worth that's my experience. And that's several visits over several years.
