Friendly staff, quick service for 4-tire replacement (including alignment, balance, etc...)...only took 1-2 hours. Nice job with the set they put on, and great deals/prices/warranties. I do recommend you get an appointment either by phone or online. If you do it online--make sure the order details are correct (not the shop's fault, some hiccup in the program). Parking lot is -cramped-.

The store waiting area is being painted but work goes on as usual. And usual means quite well. Tony, the manager, keeps a cheerful presence and the mechanics know what they're doing. I also like that my records are electronically recorded from the first day until the time I was in last week.

I scheduled an appointment for 11am on Friday the 18th of May. I came in for an oil change and to check my a/c I was waiting there from 10:50am until about 2:10pm - I had to ask how much longer until my car was ready. I was told that they checked the a/c compressor and it was bad along with 10 other things they found wrong with my car. They told me to bring my car back to get a new a/c compressor installed and tire end rods (these were essential) which I was completely ok with. I then took my car in Monday the 21st of May around 7-8am - I didn’t hear anything until around 6pm that same night from the manager Tony who told me he ordered a new sensor switch for my car because my car needed it and he didn’t think I’d say no. I was told they he wasn’t sure if they missed it or if it was just faulty all along and the parts/labor cost would be about $700-800 dollars. So now I’m paying $1300 which was the price given to me Friday to now being charged over $2000 - oh but he’s giving me $200 off because they will need to keep my car for a few more days. I immediately hung up and called my parents and a good friend of mine who works as a mechanic at a dealership to explain this issue to me. If I am bring my car into your store and trusting you to make sure you see all the problems with my car first and then give me a price I SHOULD NOT be called days later to say YOU missed something but I’m going to have to pay for it?? That’s not the way it works. At the end of the day I told them not to do anything else to my car and I’ll pick it up. I received a call the morning of picking my car up that they would install the sensor free of charge because they messed up. I really did appreciate that but the whole thing could’ve been resolved sooner and with a lot less stress if they would’ve properly checked my car and made sure they knew what they were doing instead of seeing dollar signs first and trying to nickel and dime me because all they see is this young 24 year old girl who won’t know any better.

We had a brand new tire put on at another place and the tire went completely flat. Pulled off the highway in Annapolis and thought that Firestone was still open, it wasn't but the employees decided to help us anyways. They figured out the problem and fixed it for us in less than 20 minutes! Bekka and the technician Bryan were so amazing to help us even it was after hours!

I had a nail in my tire. Called Firestone when they opened 7 am Mon morning people were extremely friendly. Had car dropped off within an hour or so and it was done later in the afternoon. Price was reasonable and overall great experience.

I have come to rely on and trust the West Street Firestone for all of my brake, tire, and alignment needs. The service is friendly, efficient and always trustworthy. I'm usually hesitant about the upsell on products, but I have found the buyer protection plans to be very useful and always pay for themselves in the end.

I was greeted promptly and professionally by the person at the front desk, Tony, who listened to my complaint from another store. He then scheduled a mutually convenient time, 2 hrs later, to look at my vehicle. Upon returning , my car , a 2005 Volvo XC70 with 280k miles( we are going for 500K)was quickly taken into the bay. In only 30 minutes my car was serviced by having all wheels balanced and I was sent on my way at no charge to me. My car rides smoother than ever thanks to Tony and the pro's at Firestone Annapolis. Thanks Guys!

Great customer service! They found the problem, fixed it and the car was ready for pick up much sooner than I expected! Very friendly and nice people.! I've been to several places in the area and this one by far has the best service!

There is so much to say...but Ill keep it short! I just love everything about Ramona and the team at Firestone. This is the only place I go, and has been the only place Ive gone for more than ten years now. The atmosphere is very welcoming with their top notch customer service. I cant imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else.

I love this Firestone! They have the best customer service I've seen ;) The atmosphere is warm and inviting, I don't feel like I am at a shop getting my car worked on I feel like I'm at home.the staff is great about keeping you updated on the progress of your car, they are really good at explaining what is going on with your car. When they give recommendations I feel they are very honest and accurate! I will continue to visit this Firestone as long as I have a car. They are absolutely wonderful!!!!

I needed the tpms sensors reset after i had installed new rims and tires, i only had about an hour before i needed to report to work and Ramona saw fit to ask one of the techs to quickly reset them for me to get me on my way. The service at this location is always top knotch. It is really no wonder that clients from the other stores Ramona has worked at continue to follow her to the whichever location she is in. A+ service every time!

Local store great corporate wise we had work done here then we drove to Florida while in Florida a problem arose the Firestone store there pulled up our records fixed the problem at no charge. Super staff there as well. Probably the best service I ever had, in 50 years of driving.

I came in as a nervous wreck when my tire blew out after work. They took care of me immediately and even checked the condition of my vehicle. My battery was low as well and I needed two new rear tires. They were able to replace the battery immediately and understood my need to attend my new job, so they put my spare on and told me to come back after work for the new tires. Ramona made me feel comfortable and taken care of.

They were able to handle my tire repair and oil change quickly. I miss the thorough inspection of my columbia Firestone facility. They used to review everything they found with me and I felt my maintenance was always looked after and handled well. I do not have the same confidence in the Annapolis Firestone. If you do use them I recommend dropping off your vehicle the waiting area is very uncomfortable and smells terrible. I would not recommend the bathroom there either.

Noticed things were kinda slow and quite in garage bays. was told it only be about 30 min before they would get to my car but after about an hr I started to get angry, just needed a tire. a woman who pulled up to the bays to ask a question seem to get several workers attention as they lifted her hood and put her ahead of others who have been waiting. I have been to this location once before for an oil change and that did go ok. will use this location again

Sam was a delight to work with for the oil change on my Mini and some pricing assistance on 4x DriveGuard run-flat tires to install after my Navy underway time this month. I'm looking forward to the next appointment to prepare for winter driving.

I have been bringing vehicles to the Annapolis Firestone since I got my first car. I've worked with several different managers over the years as well as service associates and I have nearly without exception had exceptional experiences. They have always worked under their projected timetable and always at or under budget. And on the rare occasion I might have had an issue, it was resolved immediately and beyond my satisfaction. As a woman, I have always felt I could trust the staff at Firestone to be honest and fair, and never to treat me like with any note of condescending or patronizing. I think they are stellar.

Been a customer at this location since 1987. Seen some good and some not so good managers. You would do well to take care of Ramona- she has never said no- always finds the right part at the right price and is always professional. She knows her customer base. If she were to leave, you would lose a customer of 38 years- I would follow her. New mgt could use a dose of "customer service" re-training.

I have been taking my vehicles to Firestone Complete Auto Care - Annapolis for over ten years and have had nothing but outstanding service. There staff are all very professional and competent and their prices are fair. You can get excellent deals on their Bridgestone/Firestone and Store Brand tires that all have had excellent tread life. They always back their road hazard warranty and guarantee their work. I have never had a problem that hasn't been remedied.

I can not say enough complimentary things about this business. My wife, daughter, and grandchildren were stuck on the roadside with tire problems. I needed an odd size tire and had already checked several other big name tire shops in Annapolis. When I stopped by the Firestone shop, the Manager was extremely helpful and actually had the tire size in stock. The shop was very busy and rather than inconvenience the customers ahead of us, he took his wireless phone with him and did the work himself. He was very understanding of our situation and got us back on the road in no time. Well done!

I took my Chevy Equinox in for new tires in August 2014. The staff was very pleasant, and I was happy with the service I received. However, I noticed within a couple weeks that my back left tire kept requiring that I add air. I thought perhaps I had picked up a nail or the tire was defective. Perhaps it had a defective valve stem. I took it back in so the tech could trouble shoot the issue. The tech checked it and said there wasn't anything wrong with the tire. However, I continued having issues with the tire. Then suddenly the entire TPMS went haywire. I added air to the back left tire, but it was registering in the back right tire, according to the TMPS. Back to Firestone I go. I was told the TPMS wasn't reset during either of my previous visits. That should fix the problem. This was some time in September (maybe early October). However, I continue, to this day, having issues with my back left tire requiring that I add air every couple weeks. The TPMS still isn't working properly, and I can't rely on it. I have to use a manual tire pressure gauge. I've thought about going back and giving them another shot as I don't want to have to pay another service station to do something Firestone should have gotten right the first time. However, I have not taken my car back to Firestone as I have lost all confidence in them. Still haven't decided how I'm going to handle this.

I had break work done and was initially told it would be 2 hours. That timeframe was not met and the rep suggested we both miscommunicated. After another hour of waiting the work was not completed as promised. the initial 2 hour job took me 5 hours. I then thought I'd give them one more try and made an appointment based on a suggestion from a firestone rep that I needed tie rods. he left notes to that effect on my previous receipt. When I showed u for my noon appointment I was told that the parts they needed to service my car would not be there until 3:30. I walked out after expressing my dissatisfaction. Very disappointed in this firestone location.
