I got tires mounted while I wait at the store location on Harry St. The service writer and tech who worked on my car were kind and professional. I saw another tech who didn't work on my car, but witness he is abusing customer vehicles by starting cold engine and squealing the tires to burnout. I will only return if there is service while I wait and could never consider leaving the vehicle there to suffer mistreatment by unprofessional tech.

Over the years, they have earned my trust and loyalty. I have seen them go the extra mile for their customers. I've watched them treat women truthfully and respectfully, unlike other service stores. They don't lie to anyone. They show you what they find and they are truthful about the severity of the issue. Then they let you make the decision. There is no pressure from them. It is true that they are busy and if you're a walk in, it may be a few hours before you are taken care of, but I'm not the only one that goes to this shop.

Awesome customer service! Great service, perfectly clean and organised store, the only improvement that could be had would be to tell your customers an estimated time of completion for their service upfront. I recommend you to all my friends and family!

We dropped off my young daughters car for an oil change, and inspection of the car, they found that the back tires were unsafe to continue driving on, so they called my daughter and she declined tires due to not having the money to pay for them. The guys there know me pretty well and felt uneasy with her decision and thought that I might also and decided to call me. They were spot on! She is my greatest treasure. Of course I bought her the tires. She works two jobs and travels to several colleges for school, and is on the road all the time. Those guys have taken the time to get to know us and knew what didn’t feel right for them and us. Thank you to Kevin, Mike and the service techs.

These guys are awesome. Treat me with honesty, integrity and respect. They checked my vehicle thoroughly and told me what needed to be done. Discussed price and whether I needed something done right away, if it could wait a while or I could do it myself. No pushy salesman tactics were used on me. I really respect and like these guys. I have been a customer at this Firestone for over 30 years. It is the only place that I will let anyone work on my vehicle. Thank you for all of the great years.

Our tire was threading and we were in the middle of a very long road trip. They were able to put on a new tire and have us back on the road within an hour. Great service, average prices- with multiple options depending on budget, and extremely fast. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great place of business to keep your cars and truck in good running condition. They never try to get you to spend unnecessarily and have great mechanics who are quick to explain the work done on my car. I plan on continuing to go there and refer other to go.

I am a neighbor to one of the Firestone employees. I had him look at my tires at home. They had been purchased new from another establishment and were worn out way before their time! After my neighbor inspected the tires, he said he suspicioned the truck needed aligned badly. He said the Firestone staff as well as the equipment at your establishment were top notch, so I got my 4 new tires there. I'm very happy with the tires and after the alignment, it drives like a dream.

I already reviewed. I was charged 21 bucks and was not told. I called Les Swab and they don't charge to check my tires and to tell me why it is wobbly when I drive why was I charged they didn't tell me. They just gave me an estimate it would be to align the tires. I want to be refunded what I paid. I live in Kent Wa. The store was off 116th. Thank you.

I had a slow leak fixed on different tire at different location a few weeks before. Over $30 to fix slow leak - other place only $15. Charge for things I didn't need.

I have been a customer of the Firestone Store on East Harry, for many years. They have given me wonderful service, taking care of all my 1986 Toyota Camry needs ever since it was a brand new car. I couldn't not be happier to give them an excellant review.

I have been using Firestone for over 20 years for car an maintenance of my vehicles. Firestone is not just tires; they are also tuneups, brake jobs, and repairs. I always get friendly service and expert mechanic work done. I always recommend Firestone to family and friends and know they will be treated right.
