Lied to me more than once about completing services on my car and calling me to tell me its ready. Very untrustworthy people work there!

spent four hours getting new tire installed on my vehicle, tires that was supposed to be put my car they only had two available, said the truck was in route with the tires, truck arrived but had no tires for my card. Service manager upgraded me to a set of different tires for my car. after about another hour i checked on my car they told me that they were still waiting for the tires to be diliverd from their other store which was about 25 miles awaway. know one had told me that the upgraded tires was not available in their store got upset with the tire manger for not telling that the tires was not available , manager told me that if i want he can put my old tires back on and i can be on my way, i told him after i've been here for about 4 hours this is the only advise you can give me ? that sure doesn't make me feel like a valued customer.

Completely unsatisfied with the service @ft Riley KS Firestone. We have told ourselves to never go here again, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to get in quick to get a flat fixed. Had to get a new tire, no prolem. When I get my car back, we have loose screws, cut wire, and a not so new looking tire for over 150$. what!? Also unrealistic prices for small fixes when they did a courtesy check. All unnecessary and things I can do myself, but they didn't mention all the things I know is wrong with my vehicle. Just unsatisfied and be weary when getting work done here. Look at your car after! Or just don't go at all. Money is definitely better wasted elsewhere.

I went in this morning around 10 am and there was this very rude lady getting on the guys about how rough they were driving her car and she claimed that she didn't trust her stuff in her car while the guys where fixing it, she was going off on the poor front desk guy Lars and he was very polite with her and so was the mechanic guy he never once talked back to the darn rude lady..!! I just wanted to let you guys know that you rock and so do you employees because they acted very professional and as always the service was great and quick I will be going back!!

I was terrified to discover I had a flat tire in a strange city but Firestone was able to fix it at a discount and I was on my way very quickly. Another time I had the same experience with a rear taillight out. Fixed and drove off! When I have car trouble the first thing I do is try to locate a nearby Firestone.

Today was the first time I had my car serviced at firestone. I had a bunch of stuff done to it, and I was beyond please with the service and the communication steve Dermatis had with me after they did a complete inspection to figure out all that needed to be completed because of my negligence for quit sometime. Loved the service and definitely got a great deal on all the things I had done today. Highly recommend this location and the knowledgeable staff that works there. And also Steve was amazing explaining my options and my break down of everything! Very please with how my car is running! Thank you!

I have been in this store 3 times and always recieve excellent service. I. Switched my car services and bought mmy tires here because Firestone offers many more services for car maintenance than my former tire store. I like taking my car to only one Place , then they are more familiar with my total car.

I tell you what, these guys are outstanding and know what they’re doing. You’d come in with an issue and leave with a smile knowing they went above and beyond to make sure you’re safe and secure on the road. We had the wonderful pleasure of working with Sergio at the Glenn Allen, VA, store location. We are from out of state and needed to access and then ultimately replace the tires on our daughter's (college student) car. We had a very limited amount of time to get the tires. Sergio was honest in his assessment of the condition of the tire. After we decided to replace all four tires, he quickly had the new ones installed and the alignment completed . Sergio was competent, professional, friendly, and efficient. It was a wonderful experience.

Dantigo was a excellent mechanic and found the problem with my vehicle that another service center could not locate. Andrew was a wonderful sales teammate, friendly and knowledgeable face of Firestone. I liked that both listened and understood my concerns and was able to fix it in a timely and successful matter. I had traveled to South Carolina so it was wonderful to find a dependable Firestone Service Center close to my destination.

I had a Front Left tire damage and decided to replace my 2 front tires and get tire rotation done in a way I'd have my new tires in the thread. I've ordered Tires on Tirerack.com and booked an appointment for Tire change and Oil Change service. The UPS messed up my delivery and I was talking to David at Firestone. He refused to change a pair of tire in spite of my requested and asked(Not recommend) to get all four tires replaced. I thought it was required by law to change 4 tires when he said he would do what I've asked for. So I've ordered another set of tires from Tire rack. David wasn't as accommodating and rude when I tired to clarify thing about the messed up UPS Delivery. I know he wasn't responsible but I was just trying to get some help as the UPS said it was delivered and signed. I later got my tires inspected for a second opinion at Midas, Framingham, MA and came to Learn it was not required by Law to change 4 tires at once and I could do an additional 20000 miles on my current set of tires or the rear axle. By this time I was totally upset about this, I've already placed an order of all four sets of tires on TireRack by then. Cancelling this would cost me pay the shipping exp and a restocking fee so I've decided to go ahead with changing 4 tire even though it wasn't required until 20000 mi. On Tuesday 11/06/18, I Left my car and 4 new tires for delivery and requested a few services. Work Order: 158738. I left my car at Firestone, Watertown, MA at 12.34 pm. My car was supposed to be picked up at 6pm. I have been contacted till 6.15 pm and Upon calling Andre at 6.15 pm thy begun to work on my car. I have a Dashcam on my car that send's my an alert whenever my Car's moved. I am sure they have not touched my car 6.15 pm. My car was delivered back to me at 7.28pm. They Claimed to have worked on my tire change, Wheel Mounting, balancing. Synthetic Oil Change all done under 1 hour by Mr. Edgar. Not sure how I am supposed to trust they serviced my car per what I paid. Only 2 tires were Mounted on Tuesday. Wheel Alignment Not Done, Break Inspection- Not Done. Invoice Number 158738. You'll be able to compare my Work Order and Invoice to see how much was done as Promised. Today, I have an appointment in 20 mins now. I sure don't trust these guys anymore but my other two tire are still with them so I had no choice. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE OVERALL.

I just purchased new tires and after I drove away my tire pressure was low and needed to stop at another firestone store to have them fix my problem. Also in one of the tires had manufacturers writing on the tire. Spencer was unprofessional and dismissive when I called to complain. The people at the Blackwood Nj store were amazing to fix all the problems hat I had when I left eht Nj. Won’t go back

To say that I am VERY unimpressed is to say the least. The first time I went to there was a simple and great experience to get my oil change done, I was excited to find a shop that is close to my work. I do insurance for auto so I am constantly sending referrals to the local area for repairs. When I called in to get a quote on how much it would cost to install my 4 new tires, they asked me what type of car I had (2009 Hyundai Sonata GLS) and he asked if I have the TPMS, and I told him I do, and they said it would cost $80 plus tax. (20/tire). I compared with other auto repair and there were the same price (20/tire with TPMS) I decided to go to Firestone off Lyndale since it is close to my work and because I had a great first experience. I dropped my car off at the shop this morning (11/6) before work and their computers were down so he wasn't able to confirm the price for me like I usually ask, surprise when I picked it up they charged me $150- Not $80. That's a $70 difference- Almost double, very VERY frustrating. This location will be loosing my business if that is how they are going to operate, VERY unhappy from this experience.

We brought our car in for inspection on 10.16 - it failed. We picked up car and fixed ourselves. We brought the car in for re-inspection on 10.30. After dropping the car off in the morning, we picked up at end of day and were told there was only one inspector and they didn't get to it . Now our 15 day re-inspection period had expired. We brought the car in on 11.1 and dropped off the car in the morning. Again, we were told towards end of day they did not have time to get to it. We left the car at the store and picked up on 11.5 having at this point needing to re-pay the 16$ inspection fee. Having to take the car 2 times to get it re-inspected and ultimately having to leave the car there for an extended period caused a major inconvenience and seems like poor shop management. Having to pay the inspection fee again due to the store's issues seemed liked adding insult to injury.

I have a 2006 chrysler pacifica with a lot of maintenance needs. I started coming here 2 years ago, and i have never been disappointed with the service. Andy treats me with respect and always takes his time to explain things clearly to me. Jose always goes above and beyond to help me, accommodate me, and is always honest. The only negative thing i have to say is, the wait is always especially long. But i will deal with a long wait for honest, thorough, and trustworthy service any day. I always recomend Firestone on 2nd street in El Cajon to others and i cant see myself going anywhere else.

The front service young lady was amazingly friendly and nice.I came in with two children, it was Halloween I was exhausted, stress Ed and irritated..She made my experience very injoyable, it's nice seeing a warm friendly face when you enter a dominant male working environment...The Manager himself awesome....They also shared the Halloween treats with my children,whom we're driving me crazy to go trick or treating..Thanks for the treats.. I don't like the way you guys add on those slick fees. Disposable supplies, that is like a restaurant charging for the use of silver ware. Disposable tire fee, come on, Who Takes their old wore out tires home them. These fees are deceptive and should be part of the tire charge. Also vales stems, they don't need changed every time. You know this!!!!

Tech staff does not communicate with front staff, front staff tells you work was done that was not. In past visits, if they tell you work will take an hour, expect it will take 3. I do not trust these people with my car. Period.

You overcharge, forgot to put cotter pins back in, charged me for parts you did not even install in my car but said you did. You guys are just horrible all around. Sales guy is very nice and he's just doing his job, but your work sucks and so do your tires. horrible.

It was evident from the second I walked into the showroom that these employees are all following the mission that they were trained to carry out. Who doesn't want to feel important when you are about to spend money on your transportation needs? I love to witness this level of professionalism, because it appears to be on the decline in America. Firestone is on the right track in hiring and keeping good employees. Looking forward to my next visit and use my new Firestone credit card!

It took 7 hours to get in a tire that was 45 mins away and at the end the guy went out of his way to look up info just so he can charge us full price for something that was supposed to be covered under the road hazard warranty we initially purchased in nov 2017! Their tires have no longevity! Never again will I EVER DO BUSINESS WITH FIRESTONE AGAIN!! If I could give it 0 stars I would! This review is going everywhere! Don’t use firestone and especially not this store!

I went to firestone today April 26, 2018 to get my flat tire fix using my hazard warranty. When the work was done the salesman handed me a lug nut and said "here is your wheel key" I gave him a puzzling look as I had no idea what he was talking about but then he finally realized that it was a lug nut and advised the technician to put it on. Long story short they couldn't place my lug nut back on and then I was told the make of my vehicle was the problem and that I had an older car. "WOW!" This is the reason I never go to this firestone and will drive 25miles out to the other firestone. The service is poor and the technician do not know what they are doing. They advised me to go to the Manhattan store to get my lug nut put on because they have "master technicians." They also said that my car was safe to get on the road with 4 lug nuts instead of the required 5. I would like someone from corporate to contact me please.

Staff noted that car was long overdue for a tune up as well as a leaky valve cover gasket. Staff quoted a price, gave the President's Day discount & completed the work in a timely manner.

I found I had a flat tire when I was filling up with gas. I filled the tire with air, but because I was on my way to Topeka, (an hour's drive) I decided to see if it could be checked out quickly. I ran into Firestone, waited a few minutes to be seen, and started to think I'd have to make an appointment for later. When I asked if I could get the tire looked at there she said yes but there was a little back and forth. She was trying to work with my time crunch to make it to my appointment in Topeka. She suggested I have it checked out in Topeka. Then finally, (encouraged by a woman in line who insisted I not risk the long drive) we decided to take care of it right then. She pulled a technician from another job, had him clear another bay and got me in. I had my five kids with me and we watched the whole process from the windows. We were amazed how the technician worked so quickly and focused, so efficient. He found the nail, pulled it out, patched the hole, replaced the tire and we were out of there and on our way to the dentist with plenty of time to make it. I was blown away and so thankful! I yelled thank you through the garage as he was headed back to the car he had been working on prior to my interruption. He hardly batted an eye. I appreciate that work ethic. It was an amazing experience and really set my mind at ease for the long drive to have it taken care of. Thanks so much, everyone at the JC firestone for getting my car in, fixed and getting us out safely and quickly!

Angela at the 8th Firestone in Junction City, Ks always goes above and beyond when it comes to her customers. She's very friendly and makes sure all her customers are well taken care of! I appreciate her so much! She deserves a raise for her service to this community!

Watch this staff when getting a quote. I was given a total price and when i went to pick my vehicle up i was charged an additional 105.00 dollars. Not for additional services but bogus charges. I have been a customer of Firestone for many years but as a result of this money sucking behaviour i will never return.
