What’s it like being an auto technician in Davenport? When you join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team as an advanced mechanic, working on cars will take up most of your day, from performing repairs and test drives to educating non-mechanical clients on mechanical repairs.

Advanced auto technician job responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing cars to manufacturer guidelines by taking care of things like transmission repairs and alignments, as well as brake and hydraulic fixes. Advanced mechanics also mentor their less experienced teammates, assisting them with hands-on tasks such as battery checks and oil changes. Most importantly, you’ll help support our brand’s commitment to delivering cars that are fixed right, priced right, right on time.

Required Qualifications for Davenport Advanced Mechanics
