Mike was able to get my wife's Tahoe in for service same-day for a complete tire replacement and alignment when I was in a bind. Had the tires in-stock and did all the maintenance while I was at work, which is very important to me (CONVENIENCE!). Mike and his team of technicians did the job right the first time at a decent value. I have peace of mind knowing that her vehicle is safe on the road and has a service agreement if anything goes wrong on the road. Highly recommend Mike and his team! A+++

I purchased four new tires, all service was excellent until my departure. While driving to the Base exit I thought the car was riding "rough". I checked the tire pressure on the instrument panel and it showed both rear tires inflated to 40 psi, the front was 35 and 37. I returned to the service station where the problem was corrected. My car calls for 35 psi all around. It was a minor inconvenience to have to re-enter the base to have this correction made.

I created a review yesterday that was unwarranted. I complained that my bill wasn't explained to me and that the manager of the store wasn't informative. I would like to retract that report. I spoke with him this morning and he explained to me the invoice again and what they actually did. I was 100% in the wrong and would like a phone call from the boss of the Manager of the Scott AFB store to set this straight. I'm sorry that I jumped to conclusions and I am willing to admit when I'm wrong. Please send an email and allow me to right this wrong.

They changed my oil, about a week after I noticed I had a oil leak. Asked them to check it out and they charged me another $41. Didn't explain my invoice ( I should have asked) and I didn't notice it until I left. I had them put wipers on and rotate my tires (so I assumed my charges were for that, thought they were high but). After reading my receipt I noticed they charged me to inspect their own work!!! Are you kidding me? Anyways, they've always been fine in the past but now I'm not so sure. I'm going to have a talk with them tomorrow when I go in to figure out why that is, why they would charge me to double check their own work. That is totally amazing. When you deal with their technicians they are awesome but I think the manager may be terrible. We will find out tomorrow.

Customer service was very good. Service provided was not so good, especially when replacement tire wasn't properly inflated after it was mounted and other three tires inflation levels weren't checked.

I was presently surprised to find them open on Sunday. We were getting ready for a trip and they were able to work us in for a much needed oil change. The person at the counter was very helpful.

I used them to replace my tires and bought the road hazard warranty. Fate had it I popped a tire on something sharp and couldn't patch the hole. Set an appointment for 7:30 am on a wednesday told the guy I had class at noon and needed my car. He said he'd be done by 11. So I got picked up and dropped off around 10:30 to get my car. My car hadn't been touched and the guy asked if he could do it the next day. I told him I needed my vehicle and he had had it for 3 hours. It doesn't take 3 hours to replace a tire. But in the end I had my car back by 11 and got to class. Wish he had kept his promise without me having to freak out

I had a bad flat tire which I brought in on an early sat. I had no appointment at the time. Melody and the service tech fit me in even though I had no appt. I was in and out with a replacement tire in less than 45 mins. On the following sat I had a bad battery to replace again on a busy day no appt. melody and the crew helped me out. I was on my way in no time. Thank you to the crew at scott afb firestone.

I made my appointment several days in advance. When I arrived, they got my car in right away. Gave me updates during the time my car was back in the shop. Told me about other offers that were available to me. I chose some, I rejected others. My point is that they provided all the information I needed to make my own decisions. No high-pressure sales gimmicks. I will certainly go back there again.

Did a great Jo on alignment. Also found the problem on the washer fluid hose hose not working properly the dealer neglected to find (a simple crimp) and repaired free of charge. Also asked if other scheduled work had been done. Very thorough and friendly.

The firestone on base is my favorite. The staff is very polite and always calls if there is an issue and gives you a reasonable recommendation and the cost breakdown for each option. I really enjoy working with them and go to Firestone for all my auto needs.

I have came in about 4 or 5 times and most of the time it was for the same engine light. The first time they recommended an oil change and purge valve replacement. A couple hours after the repair the light went back on, so I returned the vehicle the next day and they turned the light off again, with no charge this time. A few weeks later I returned to purchase new tires and get an alignment done. The light was on again so they told me to come back to figure out what was wrong with it. They did and told me that it was something to do with not changing my oil in a while. The next time I went they fixed whatever was wrong and the light is now off. They continued to work with me and tried to figure out what was wrong. They were very friendly and understanding. I'm away from home at college and this place is definitely the place I will be going to for the remainder of my college years!

I took my vehicle in for some repairs and ended up having to get a realignment. I was told that the mechanics did not have the tools to get this alignment done to alleviate the pulling to the right. I ended up having to get another realignment, this time with a garage that had all the tools, within a month. I am sorry, but I will never use Firestone again and definitely never again on a military base. This was not the first time I have had a problem with this company on military bases. I spent a lot of money redoing things I was charged for.

Rather than drive to the Ford/Toyota/Saturn Dealer for service, I take my cars to this Firestone. I trust them to get things done right, great military discount, always able to get an appointment or just walk-in.

Received good service but surprised that the Premier Rewards Platinum membership provides nothing unless member pre-identifies to local store. Basically, I must remember every time I visit Firestone to I identify myself as rewards customer or they will not be offered. I suggest that to fully make the rewards card program benefit your customers that a customer code be used to identify for possible rewards at the time of invoicing. If Firestone wants to really value me as a customer then identifying my possible savings would be great. Just like shopping I forget about most coupons. If the service tech mentioned " I see your a member of our Premier Rewards program, lets see what we can you save on this visit". I have 4 vehicles and initiating savings means more than words. My 2-years of Premier Rewards membership has saved me nothing. Just a suggestion.

I have been going there for several years an always have problems. I had breaks that had to be replaced after a week, new tires that were out of balance, etc. my last visit was my last. I had an oil change, a tire repaired, and a oration and balance. The after-affect: the oil was leaking, the car shakes on the highway, and the repaired tire was not only not repaired but the stem was loose.

Recently I was informed that I switched to electronic mail; because of that and failure to review my emails I missed paying my bill. An bill agency called to tell me that I had missed paying for about three months. I told hr that I receive paper bills from Firestone. She told me that the was no longer the case and I was doing my statements electronically. She said yes your right but this has been changed.I am unaware of any confirmation that this had been done. For this very reason I have insistent on paper as my faith in the system and myself is still not strong enough to go paperless. Apparently, the bill had been sent a number of times electronically but I failed to notice them. I have rated Firestone Poor which does not reflect the people working at Scott AFB. Informed her that I need to be back on paper. She agreed to do this. Your representatives at Scott AFB are model customer representatives who place customer satisfaction as the highest order.

Melody & Greg provided great service and thoroughly explained repairs that were completed. Have been bringing my car to them for years now, but recently came to realize Firestone always found more things to fix than what I brought the car in for. Initially I thought, "OK, you're the experts and are looking under the car - which I don't normally do, so it's good that you found the little (but expensive to fix) problems before they became big ones (and even more expensive)." But when this was happening every time, even when bringing the car in for a routine oil change, I began to hold firm that no other work than what was on the original work order would be done. I may have to pay a whole lot more 6-12 months down the road, but for now, the car continues to operate just fine. Again - great customer service from the Firestone team, but be prepared to make decisions about other repair options while they're working on your car.

I have come to trust their evaluations and recommendations. I have not had them recommend any work that was not confirmed to be needed by another mechanic. I still decline simple periodic maintenance that I perform myself (wiper blades, air filters, etc.), but have had them perform more difficult repairs and have been happy with them.
