Advanced auto technician job responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing cars to manufacturer guidelines by taking care of things like transmission repairs and alignments, as well as inspections and brake checks. Advanced auto technicians also train entry-level mechanics, overseeing them as they perform everyday services like tire maintenance and part installations. Required Qualifications for Boise Advanced Mechanics
