    Dave and David provided us with excellent customer service! The whole team was very friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanics were very hardworking and got services done in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle!

    There was an incident where the service man told the advisor that TWO of my hubcaps had already broken tabs. I told the advisor that was unlikely since I check them regularly as well as other Firestone locations check them. Advisor said I was wrong since there was "dirt" on the broken tabs which meant his service man did NOT break them. "Dirt" is everywhere in the garage & on Mac so could easily had been applied after Mac was careless &broke them, ---broke TWO hubcaps. I repeated disbelief, but Dave N supported Mac[on shirt, but Dennis on invoice] while manager Dave Wall standing next to Dave turned sideways listened in. I had 3 employees siding that I was wrong, but their actions reinforced their careless work when on leaving :#1 Mac never marked nor commented on my Engine Light being ON which was like that when I came in AND #2 Dave N having chatted with him about moving to GA and learning the roads, never asked to correct to my new GA address NOR did he change the Service Advisor on my paperwork to his name. Other Firestone stores ALWAYS talk to me about problems found and recommended work needed. Mac & Dave N marked my invoice with a "Courtesy Check", but didn't mark an Engine Light ON, ? Really ? I will try another Firestone or elsewhere to fix my light.

    Awesome experience! Courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! Seth and store manage were wonderful, as well as very patient in explaining my options for repair as well as assisting me with application for Firestone credit card since I wasn't expecting to purchase tires. Credit approval was very fast. I was rolling again with 2 new tires in under an hour. Everyday may not be like that, but mine was, and I was very impressed and grateful for the excellent customer service! Firestone on Abercorn St near Savannah Mall ROCKS!!!

    I had just returned from Germany and had driven from Jackson, MS. I needed to get my car serviced and I needed new tires. I was able to get my tires down on short notice, take care additional business and head back to Vicksburg, MS without having to worry about tires.

    I got a blowout on i-95, couldn't make it to the shop before closing. I was stuck. The sales person suggested the hotel 3 doors down and that they would replace the tires 1st thing in the morning.

    Went for an oil change. Part of the service was a multi-point inspection. I received a copy of the inspection report with my final print-out. The report indicated that my two front tires had air pressure that was 4 PSI lower than the standard. The service technician did not take the time to add more air to the tires. Also, the actual oil change itself took about 30 minutes, which is about twice the length it could have taken. The service technician moved v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y.

    I waited in the lobby as my car was being serviced. Seth is phenomenal. He went above and beyond my expectations, and there's no question that customer satisfaction is his top priority. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

    It was okay. The tires were put on, good tires, great price, but now I have service engine lights coming on and I'm not pleased about that. Not sure if I will use them again-- it all depends on how they handle the new issue. But overall not a horrible experience. The typical-- "you need $200 worth of extra stuff" you expect to get from mechanics, but overall wasn't horrible.

    Just got my explorers brake caliper bolt replaced and brakes changed after the bolt fell out on the highway and they fixed it good BUT they told me they checked all of them on the car in process and now the other side juststarted to come loose just 5 days later while I'm trying to get back from vacation where I am driving across 5 states.

    Late Saturday 6 hours from home, flat tire and it is a holiday weekend. We were treated fantastic! Even the cost was great! Best experience ever for being away from home and being treated like part of the family!

    I cannot say enough good things about my experience that I recently had at this store. My home is in the Detroit area and we were traveling thru the Savannah area when out alternator went. Anna Marie and staff worked us into the schedule to make the repairs needed. My Husband and I are so thankful that we ran into such nice people while traveling thru Georgia. What could have been a disaster turned into a very good memory !!!

    For years I've used Firestone to service my cars. I trusted you to keep me safe and my cars running. Last week I became disillusioned with your service when I founded out my transmission needed to be replaced because it was out of fluid and the stick had broken off and there was no way the fluid level could be checked. I am angry at the fact that someone knew it was broken and put a red cap in the hold. How long this has been going on? I don't know but I'm in there at let 3 times a year. I was a loyal customer. How could anyone do this to me. I was stuck in the highway with two babies. Firestone need to make this right. I won be back.

    I went to my appointment and arrived a bit early. Overall it took 3 hours. When I got my my car it reaked my cigarettes. I called and spoke to the manager and she said they're not allowed to smoke but they do. I have a child with asthma and it took numerous air freshener nd vacuuming on my part to get rid of the smell. They should be more careful with stuff like that.

    I was very happy with the service until i had to replace a tire that i purchased and i was on a protection plan. I was told the tire was not in stock and i waited all day. I then called to complain and the gentlemen said if i pay $35 dollars they could get the tire from another store--I refused I then said you dont have a similar tire in the store and he said he did. it was more expensive by two dollars but i said i would pay ten and you pay ten they agreed. When the tire was installed after waiting all day i got a bill for $55 dollars almost the price of the tire. This was unacceptable and i complained and ended up paying $20 dollars. I then call the district manager and he said he would call me back after we spoke and never did. When I started using them buying tires for three different vehicles i was very satisfied but now I will probably never go back.

    When I scheduled an appointment on line everything went fine, I got an appointment for 8 am. I called back to move the appointment from Saturday to Friday and the man on the phone told me they had an opening at 1:00pm. When I showed up at 1:00pm on Friday they told me I didn't have an appointment that day. It was scheduled for the following day saturday at 1:00. I was very upset that I drove 45 min. Out of the way just to turn around and come back the next day. When I came in for my oil change- I was told that I had a leak, and it could not be repaired there. I had to take my vehicle to the dealer and get it repaired. The repair was not what I was told by Firestone.

    We've been going to Firestone for three years and love the service. Anna Maria knows us by name and takes interest in our lives. We trust her completely with our cars and I honestly believe she has our best interest in mind.

    I was expecting the worst. The service advisor told me that I did not need what a competor had advised. I was sold exactly what I needed to fix the problem. There was no dishonest upsale.

    My experience with Firestone has been quite good. Each time I have had a transaction with them, it has been very professional, pleasant,and with the knowledge that the work TRULY NEEDED TO BE PERFORMED. When I do question them, I get an explanation that is easily understandable and an offer for me to "visually inspect" the situation! On the single occasion that I had to return the car due to a problem , it was handled expeditiously and with no "back talk". Frankly, I was shocked to hear them admit it was THEIR fault and it would be taken care of gratis! I take not only my family's vehicles there, but my mom's vehicle there for service as well. Their rates are reasonable when compared to the dealer's shop rates. The only downside is that they are sometimes quite busy so dropping it off is the better way to go rather than showing up and waiting.

    I have been using this store for years. I loved the first managers that ran it and Anna Marie is great to work with for keeping my car in good condition. But because they are so good, they are also very busy. I made a mistake the last time I needed a check up of not calling soon enough for an appointment. That was on me but when I did need them for an emergency, they were willing to stay open a little later so I could pick my car up. I do wish the online appointment calendar worked better to help avoid having to wait 2 weeks to have my car checked out.
