I’m very upset with the customer service I received from Brian concerning my oil change. First off as a customer, I expect great customer service from any establishment I decide to spend my hard money at. Also, I have been dealing with the Firestone company for about 5 years and this was the WORST experience I have ever received. Not to mention, I regularly take BOTH of my vehicles to get serviced. On 6/22/18 I made an appt. through the online service at about 11am for a 5pm appointment. Since I did not receive a confirmation, a couple of hours later I called to see if my request for an appointment was received. When I called the Spaulding location Brian answered the phone. From the start of the conversation it was clear Brian had no intention in servicing me. As soon as I asked about my appointment time, he automatically began to tell me in a very condescending tone how the online system doesn’t work in showing a true availability of appointments. Seeing that I wanted an appointment for 5pm and it was only about 1ish and the online system showed appointments for 2,3,4,&5 I didn’t understand how his explanation of the online system answered my question about confirming my 5 o’clock appt. I finally asked him if I could be seen because I really wanted my oil changed. In a very rude and annoyed voice he asked if I could come earlier, I told him I get off at 4 and at the earliest I could come by 4:30ish. In a rushed tone he said to just come by and they would try to fit me in. As soon as I got off I went straight to the Spaulding location. When I walked in and told him I had just spoke to him earlier about getting an oil change, he flat out told me he can’t fit me in and that they stop taking appointments at 5 (although this Location closes at 7) because everyone but 1 guy was going home. Now, at this point I was very upset due to the fact that I rushed over from work AND my contact info. Was on the system. He didn’t bother to call to let me know he wouldn’t be able to see me. I basically wasted my time coming over. Not only did I waste my time, but I also was met by more rudeness and inconsideration when I walked in the door. Brian’s tone and demeanor was as if I was an inconvenience for requesting I get an oil change. Also, he was rude to my Husband who came in earlier that day for an oil change on our other vehicle. I’ve been to this location a couple of times and have never met Brian. This was my first encounter with him and I am so pissed that I had to deal with such an unprofessional person. If Brian is not capable of speaking to people with respect and delivering great customer service, he should not be allowed to answer the phone or interact with guests. Of all my 5 years of dealing with this company I have not been so upset from the way I was treated. I still need to get my second vehicle serviced, but I’m really considering going somewhere else. If this is the type of behavior that is acceptable for your associates to display then this is definitely for sure not the place I want to do business with. Now I will add that Lee (not sure if I spelled that correctly) Came over to help me. I guess he also saw how rude Brian was being. Anywho, Lee asked me several questions about my vehicle and was able to conclude it would be safe for me to go out of town and get my oil change done on Sunday. He set me up with an appointment and on Sunday I was greeted with a smile and finally got my oil changed. Lee and there is another young man (black guy, curly hair with glasses. I believe he’s getting married soon or might be already married) are always so nice and SUPER helpful. You guys definitely need more people like them representing your business. Also for some reason I paid $63 for my oil change. That is quite expensive. Usually a coupon is applied, but I guess this time it wasn’t? Never spent that much for an oil change.

I always dread going in for any kind of car service but Firestone on Spalding was different! I was greeted and made to feel as if I were important. My questions were thoroughly addressed and I was given a time frame for service. The waiting room was clean and pleasant. I had a nail in my tire and the service was far quicker than I expected. I would highly recommend them and will always go back when I need service for my car!

The associate who met me at the service desk was courteous and extrememly helpful. I explained what I wanted, to find out what was the loud knocking coming from the rear of my car and a systems check to make sure everything was okay for travel. I got just what I asked for. Both the sales associate and the technician did excellant work and I felt no pressure to purchase extra services. I did under recommendations of the sales associate get a wheel alignment but I have owned the car 4 years and had not had one. But there was no pressure to to so. I was actually surprised that the techinician said that there were no safety issues with the knocking. That something (maybe a rock) had gotten caught somewhere out of sight but my car was perfectly safe to drive. I can live with the knocking.

Lee has exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills. He was prompt and able to provide fees to compare, before agreeing to the service. I was definitely comfortable with him face-to-face, rare since we breathe social media. His technical skills to quickly generate the information without hesitation was appreciated. The service on the vehicle was also superb. My wheel alignment is "straight" and my wheels are affordable for my luxury car. Usually, this service is at a Lexus dealership. Firestone, at this location...hands down! Thanks guys!

Lee is the best service advisor ever! He is patient, listens to you & always makes good recommendations. He will help you schedule many items in Priority. Great customer service & nice person.

I made a reservation and took my SUV to this Firestone location for oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment for the first time. The staff greeted me in a courteous manner, and the technician was honest about the repairs I needed done, which he showed me himself. I was taking my vehicle to another Firestone location until recently and now, this will be my new Firestone location to take my vehicle to. Customer service and the cleanliness of the waiting area is much better here.

"A mom on her own with 2 kids in a new city can't afford to breakdown - I've got no one to call for rescue." That's what I told the dealership earlier in the day - they assured me that wouldn't happen as they made an appointment for a WEEK later. That night when I broke down with my kids- tired from a cross country meet, hungry and with a lot of homework to do.....thankfully I was right outside a Firestone (that was just closing). The guys stayed late and sorted me out - and got me back on the road. The story is not that simple (there's a lot more to it) - let's just say they continued to look out for me as I had dealership issues with the computer system and even called to check on the status of my vehicle a week later! The kind of customer care I experienced comes from hiring the right people, training them in the Firestone way and empowering them to make whatever decisions they need to make in order to see the job complete and customer satisfied. After this one experience I will be a lifetime Firestone fan. I will also tell everyone that will listen just how great Kevin and his team are!!!

I took my car in for a quick easy oil change. They overfilled it with oil. Running an engine with too much oil in it can blow the engine. I would not trust these guys to change my gas cap, much less do any serious work on my car. If they can't even do an oil change right, who knows how bad they would mess up something harder.

I've been a customer at the Spalding Firestone for over 8 years. The guys are always sooooo helpful and the service is excellent. The technicians are great at what they do and Lee is the BEST!!!!!!!!!

I took my vehicle in to get the radiator replaced. Came out with the radiator replaced but with a damaged driver side window (along with dents along the top of window which looks like someone tried to break into my vehicle). The window will not go all the way up. I took it back and the technician told me that some kind of wire in the door was worn out due to normal wear and tear. Unbelievable!!!! Nothing was wrong with the window before I dropped my vehicle off and now they are trying to charge me $378 to replace some wire in the door. I will never go to another Firestone again.

Always happy with these guys. Lee has looked over my cars there for a long time as has the rest of the staff. Always nice to find mechanics you feel comfortable with. These guys tell you what is needed, what is recommended, and let you make the decisions with no pushy scare tactics.

You have to be kidding me? Obviously not the person to send this to after Firestone damaged my car, tried to lie about it, held onto it for 4 weeks to repair the body damage, returned it with a cut brake line, and sent me a fraction of what the economic impact was...shall I keep going?

Great customer service. I was out of town and came in over the holidays to have my toyota aligned. After getting back on the road the car was still out of alignment though not as much. I highly doubt the Firestone team even took my car for a test drive. Overall I was dissatisfied and would not visit another Firestone location again.

I have used this location a few times (this is now my "go to" place) and it is by far the best I have used. I pass at least 3 other Firestone Complete Auto Care centers just to get to this one. The service is spot on, the technicians and management very knowledgeable and helpful. They are also trustworthy, they will advise to correct/replace things that need attention but don't try to rip you off by selling you things you don't need.

I used them months ago and was not happy, the young Asia man gave me a price of 490.00 on my tires and when the work was complete the price changed to 868.00, that made me unhappy and angry.

When I've waited for a complete set of tires to be placed on my car in the past it's taken half a day or it seems like it. Not with this service center. In and out in an hour including diagnostics. I've been back since just to ask questions and to check tire pressure. I'll continue to do business with these technicians because of their efficiency. Only time will tell the quality of their product.
