Terrible service went in with a headlight problem on passenger side and a crew in tire. Call and suddenly both were out and they couldn't plug the tire. Left and went another tire store and they pulled the screw and said we didn't need a new tire!!!

My experience with this location was superb, professional, and expedient. If you need your vehicle serviced while you work, drop it off and let Firestone service technicians work their magic for you!

I always enjoy the people who work at this store. Spencer is very informative and he will definitely be very honest with you. The store manage Bret is also awesome.

The last time I took my vehicle here, it was explicitly for alignment check/front end check. After waiting about an hour for them perform the general inspection, I was asked what else I wanted. I explained for the second or third time that I wanted the alignment checked. I then waited about another hour for that service to be performed, only to be told that the alignment machine was not working and they couldn't do it. I wasted about three hours of my day in all, and spent money on a general inspection I didn't really want but I figured I might as well get if I was getting it aligned. The time before this, when I brought my car in to this location, I scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning, only to show up at the appointed time to a closed facility with no employees present. I don't know what the deal is at this location, but I won't let them waste my time or money again.

The gentleman working in this establish remeber your face and car. Are very knowledgeable technicians, mechanics and sales advisors. If I have a problem they have a solution. I am very thankful being a female that no one there talks down to you, I am respected and they care enough to explain the issue with your car effectively. I am always giving proper time ranges for my repair. I will return for regular maintenance or repairs.

First of all, I do not want to hear about the last customer who had a problem with the auto advisor. If you talk about the person to me and call their name, Shannon, then you will talk about me and my issue with someone else. I do not understand why your advisor wait until my vehicle mounted and the equipment on my car is removed to tell me oh, by the way, your vehicle needs an alignment after the technician put on the rack and pinion and steering gear. I was not told that when I came in on 4/5/16 or on 4/15/16. I told 4 hours while my vehicle was serviced. I paid $169 extra because I was told without it my vehicle would have problems. You are wrong John for what you did.

I bought my Saturn Vue in 2008 and GM decided to close Saturn dealerships leaving me to find a place to maintain my vehicle from day one! Firestone has taken care of me in every state I traveled (with job) and have maintained my Saturn of which has 276,000 miles and runs like a new car. I have many incredible stories of Firestone dealers going above and beyond to get me to these miles. I prefer this location (Pleasant Hill Rd) for honesty and efficiency. They are a favorite for me to work with and I drive out of my way to get my car fixed here! Thanks, Firestone Duluth!

I have always taken my car to no other auto shop than Firestone Complete Auto Care on Pleasant Hill Rd Duluth Ga. I will recommend anyone who want a great service and reasonable price to check them out.

I was so pleased with the way Erick handled my situation. He really made what seemed like a catastrophe into a really simple fix. I was so thankful for the amount of time it took for them to get me back on the road. The whole experience was very pleasant and enjoyable

I took my car in the other day for what I thought was a punctured tire, possibly two tires. They did fix it, but it took almost three hours and it was twice as expensive as at my local mechanic. They were nice and all, but if I hadn't been desperate, I wouldn't have gone. They kept trying to get me to buy new tires which I didn't want to do, which was obnoxious. They fixed my tire but I won't be back.

The technicians provided friendly customer service and they seemed very knowledgeable in their profession, however, I kept having problems with my engine belt after I had my car serviced by them. It kept falling out of place and apparently it wasn't tightened well enough when my engine belts were replaced by them. I had to keep scheduling appointments to get the belts properly secured.

I've been using this location for a while now. Over time I have had continuous issues. Grease along the car door and hood, the windshield washer fluid has run out soon after I had the car serviced telling me they never refilled it. Bought a new car and after getting the first tire rotation the tire stem valve cap (A nice metal one) was missing. Went back and they replaced it with a plain black one. I've left after getting a new tire on and noticed grease all over the rim. Thought is was scratched up at first glance. I've dropped my car off at 2pm and returned at 6pm and they never even touched the car. So I returned the next day and the manager offered 1/2 off the service. So I appreciated that don't get me wrong. But I've just noticed the level of service getting worse over the last few years.

I had to get a tire repaired. It ended up where it could not be repaired and I had to replace the tire. Ethan was my service advisor and he was excellent. He showed me the old tire and why it could not be repaired and was very helpful in giving me options for replacing the tire. Kept me up to date on the status of the replacement.

Mainly use this place because we have a credit card for it and need to go that route sometimes, but it seems like no repair is ever under $1,000. And we've had a few instances where even after the repair, we had problems.
