Told them car didn't need alignment, checked it, didn't do anything other than put lasers on wheels and didn't align it. Charged me for alignment

I always come to this location for my oil change, tire rotation, check fluids, check tire pressure (free), ect. The staff are always professional & courteous. I recommend to be early if waiting for your car to be serviced . They have free wifi available and the staff always explain in detail what is being done and what is recommended for the vehicle to run smooth and safe. The vehicle is just like any other machine/ instrument/ human body. It needs to be serviced/taken care of. Thank you Brandon and Wayne for taking care of my car!

Late last year, after my long time car shop closed shop, I walked into a Firestone shop despite a really bad experience with the one in Plantation, FL. This time it was the one in Lauderhill , FL. I was greeted and catered to by Charleston, one of the store managers. He was very courteous, helpful and straightforward in disclosing all that I need to know when I purchased my new set of tires and had a major repair done on my car. Most of my experience in getting my car serviced has been pleasant or good, except for two instances when a staff named Wayne was the one in the store and the person I had to deal with. He was not very friendly the last time I had to deal with him to get an oil change. He took forever to input the service data in the computer and he was talking to another staff as he was doing this , pausing what he was doing and talking as I wait patiently like an idiot. In the end I noticed that the price of my oil change was about $40 plus as I was signing the initial estimate receipt. I remember my last oil change was only about $20 plus. I decided to cancel the transaction with him and waited for Charleston who was busy with something at the shop. I usually don't hold grudges or take time to do reviews but this reminded me the last time I had my car towed to the shop he was also the one I dealt with and remembered it to be not pleasant. That's why I'm writing this review so maybe he can be retrained in customer service or taken out of the team. He is a liability to an otherwise great Firestone team.

I was driving back home from being out of town when I got a flat tire. I got my spare on and called the nearest Firestone. I spoke with Alex Barberio who assured me that they could help me out, even when I told him I wouldn't be able to get to the store until 15 minutes before closing. Alex and my technician Eric had my tire changed quickly, and got me back on the road. I was extremely impressed that Alex remembered details of our phone call when I got into the store. He was courteous and got me the best deal possible. I was also extremely impressed that Eric stowed my spare tire and jack back in the original manufacturer's location. He performed high quality work, despite it being so late in the day.

The manager Wayne is a true professional. When I entered the store he greeted me by first name with a hearty handshake. I have been doing business with him for years. I needed 2 tires, alignment, and an oil change. Immediately he came outside and checked my tires. I fully trust his judgment. He gave me excellent tires, informed me of some recommendations for my vehicle, and once again, did everything in a timely manner. Wayne is an asset to Firestone and I will continue to trust my vehicles to his care for as long as I have vehicles! Thanks, Wayne.

On Saturday morning my car didn't start and I later realized I also had a flat tire. I called Firestone at this location and explained my problem. They were very professional and attentive over the phone, determined to solve all my problems. Once there, Wayne and Marcus, the mechanic, were very helpful about my concerns. I would definitely go back there and I highly recommend it to everyone. Their costumer service was excellent and they really care about the customer’s benefit.

I loved the monitors being able to be viewed by the customer and standing side by side with my auto advisor Wayne. It helped to build trust while I viewed the screen. Also rather than let me get one service done at a time he advised me of a set of plans and auto care that work in conjunction with each other. My online research matched his advise. I was out sooner than expected and I'm totally satisfied with the counter guy. He explains everything and lets me know what to expect. He is a stocky young man, w/ dark complextion and full beard who always a real sweetheart. He lets me know what I should get done next time and so I can plan my next next visit.

My husband and I came in for an oil change and an alignment. Our children were with us and we waited in store while our car was worked on. We ended up needing to buy tires as well since we've been traveling recently. The staff explained the deals available at the time and offered us a great deal for the work we had done. The gentleman in the store were very friendly. Our car was ready quickly and my husband and I know we got a great deal.

Done with Firestone. Brought my sons car into Firestone(again) because the water light started coming on again. Water pump was already changed twice by them. Also asked them to check charging system as the battery had died. Received phone call the next day informing me that the intake manifold was cracked and needed to be replaced, to the cost of over $1000. Brought the car to another mechanic who told me that there was a hose in the rear portion of the engine that was too soft and showed signs of leaking, AND THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE INTAKE MANIFOLD. Changed the hose, fixed the problem. They also informed me that the battery and charging system were fine. Two days later the battery so was dead it would not even take a jump. Replaced battery, no more problem. Will never return to Firestone again.

the store employee was very patien and courteus with me, despite my questioning and ansaeity. How ever you need more employees to give promt service, it took over 3 hours because shop was busie and they only had so many guys to handle the trafic.

Took one of my vehicles in for service. A representative called me and indicated my left outside mirror was broke.. I was aware that one of the three nuts and bolts holding the mirror in place had come loose (inside the door panel). I questioned the rep as what was broke and he indicated the mirror needed to be replaced. I reluctantly agreed and after a delay in receiving the part I picked up the vehicle. The mirror is not the same factory installed mirror. As my vehicle is a 1998 model, I did go online and readily found the correct replacement. My prior experience with this facility has been very good. I am very disappointed with the latest experience and probably will not return for services or tires for either of my vehicles.

Your front end alignment of my mini van is terrible! Twice, with 2 different mechanics from your shop, they had my mini van pulling extremely hard to the right, and the steering wheel was way off center when the wheels were straight ahead. They corrected it, but now it pulls a little to the left. I am not happy!

I have being going to one location for over 10 years & frequently they alway been courteous. I have gone there with coupons requesting services & they advice me I had it done recently or not needed. Also, being a female I feel they are honest they never nickel & dime me or pushes big ticket services unless it needed. I also appreciate the coupons.

I was in the market for a complete set of tires and was more focused on quality than price. I had performed my own research and had narrowed it down to several tires. With out mentioning my research I asked the service advisor Kevin which is the better of the group and he recommended the Affinity Touring BL which comes with a 70k mileage warranty. Now with a few thousand miles behind them, I have to say these are some great tires. The ride is smooth and quiet and they handle great in wet weather. I also have to give a thumbs up to the Technician Manny who did the tire change and checked my alignment. Keep up the great customer service fellows. I will be a customer till I move out the area. Great Job.....

I've used them for years and never been disappointed in the service received. When they fix something, it's done. No returns for additional "fixing".The only service I would like to see added is taking me home and picking me up when car is fixed. That would make your service perfect.

I've been going to the Firestone on Commercial dince Hurricane Wilma when I needed tired real bad before the storm came in case the storm turned out worst then it was. I called and spoke to Rick the manager and he said to come right I'm. Been going ever since because of the extra care I always received. Since he left, it became another story. I just needed a headlight replaced. Rock would have taken me in the past right away and if he didn't have someone to do it, he would do it himself. The manager in charge said it would be an hour. Really? For a headlight? I told them forget it and turned and walked out until he said fine that he would take care of it himself. The best part of the story is that they weren't even busy at the time. Last time I go there for sure! Not happy with the fact that there was no sense of urgency.
