Don't go to Firestone they are going to cheat your tires do not come with any Warranty they will take your money!! Make sure you have everything in writing.

I feel like they shouldn’t have given me free alignment when I bought 4 new tires. !!!!!!!I think they took advantage of a single woman coming in I think anybody else would’ve gotten a free alignment.

Unfortunately I'm very disappointed with Firestone. Last Saturday 12/01 I needed to buy a tire for my 2016 dodge ram. So I went to the store on Boynton Beach at 8:00 am, I told the salesman I wanted the tire and the alignment as well. He told me that the service would be finished by 2:00 pm. But I had to wait until 5:48 to get my car. When I left the store, I saw that the car was not in the correct alignment, it was pulling to the right and the valve caps with the ram emblem that I had bought in the amazon, were not on the tires. Then on Monday 12/3 I went back to the store again to complain about the valve caps and the alignment that was not correct, it was 7:40 am. The salesman told me that my car would be ready after lunch. But again they did not keep up with what they told me and handed me my car 6:54 pm, without the original valve caps and the car with the same alignment problem. Looks like they did not even touch my car because the car keeps pulling to the right. I think Firestone in Boynton already has a lot of customers and so they are doing a terrible job and they are not fulfilling what they promise, because they do not need new clients. I paid a lot for the 1 tire and the alignment $367,00 and I'm not satisfied. I will never use firestone in my cars and my company cars again.

The bottom splash guard on my car was dragging on the ground, I had a trunk of groceries and the manager was so nice to me! He took care of my care immediately! I was so thankful to him! Great service and very nice! AND GREAT PRICE!!

My wife and I have been using Firestone for years. You can honestly say that we have been a Firestone family. We have been using Firestone separately before we were married and found a firestone in Boynton Beach when we moved there together a few years ago. We have always appreciated the service and treatment at Firestone. At least… until now. I do not say this lightly. I understand the power of a word. But, to be honest… I found this Firestone in Boynton Beach, FL (Military trail) to be less than honest. Actually, I would have to say that this location is bordering on criminal. And, this is not the first time. On December 3, I took my car for an oil change. In addition, I asked for the vehicle inspection since I had a business trip on December 4 that would require my car. Though I was ready for some suggestions on changing the filters, I was surprised to be told that my battery was about to fail (380/550) AND that two of my tires were unsafe to drive upon (very low tread on both). Being that the car only had 30,000 miles, this took me by surprise. Since I have a AAA battery replacement policy, I immediately went from the Firestone to my home and called AAA to send a vehicle to check the battery. He ran the battery diagnostics and said that everything on the battery (and connected systems and devices) were running perfectly. As a matter of fact, it was getting a rating of 430/450. I told the representative what Firestone had said and he did not know what to say. He even decided to run the diagnostics again to be sure and got the same positive results. This had me baffled and even a bit scared. I asked him, since he was from a garage, what he thought of my tire tread. He said he thought my tires “looked” ok. Of course, he could not be committal for or against what Firestone had said but did provide the print-outs from the diagnostics. So, I decided to run to the Honda dealership. Luckily, they could fit me in for a check. They bought the car into the shop and verified the AAA diagnostic. They even came up with 430/450 on the battery diagnostics. They checked the tires and said that none were needing replacing yet. They told me that it is not uncommon for tires to be replaced at 30,000 miles but my tires were not yet needing replacement. I told them what Firestone had said and they too were surprised. I called the FIrestone immediately after I left the dealership and asked for the manager. I told him that I suspected there was something wrong with their equipment used to check my battery. I also asked how a technician could get it so wrong, both on the battery AND on my tire tread. He had no answer. So, I asked for a refund on the oil change since I had to run all over town and waste a day. WIthout a pause, he said he would have the equipment checked and speak to the technician. He also refunded the oil change. The next day, I began my long drive and my mind kept turning. How could the service technician be so wrong? More importantly, even if the battery diagnostic was wrong, how could the tire issue also be so wrong? Then, I thought of how my wife, Sharon Ehrlich, had come to the same location a while back to investigate a sound she was hearing. The technician could not find the issue but did say she needed about $200 in other services and said that she needed new tires as well. After she agreed and put it on our FIrestone credit card, we later realized there was a wrong name on our paperwork and brought this to the attention of the management. They apologized and refunded the $200 but said we still needed the tires. We are still paying for those tires and additional services on the Firestone card. Every heard the expression: fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice; shame on me. I now firmly believe there is endemic fraud at this location and selling of unnecessary services and tires before needed. As such, I would like a cancelation Of the current card debt and a refund of monies spent on the card at this location. I am confident that you would agree that the details of this situation would warrant such a refund, as a professional and consumer service at the very least. I look forward to hearing from you on this matter.

I have been pleased with experiencing great customer service, quality work and getting it done in less time than I've experienced else where. A few months ago I stopped in as my tire was losing air and our family was in a hurry going out for the evening. They took me right away and we able to get to where we were going in good time. After that my wife and I decided to come back and give you a try for the alternator and most recently for tires etc.

Initially, there was a problem with a vibration noise at highway speeds. Rob, the store/shop manager, had my wheels rebalanced, but he said nothing they found suggested that it was that problem. I road tested it, with no change for the better. Rob said he felt it might be a defect with one of the new tires, so he had the fronts replaced. That was the cure, it solved the problem. I am gratefulto Rob for his help and professionalism to make me a totally satisfied customer.

Had a flat. Got it in. They replaced both back tires for the same amount would have paid at the TK by my house. They took care of everything and to my knowledge put my spare back. Only took a couple hours. Grateful it has been handled.

I was able to schedule my appointment for Black Friday only a few days earlier and the staff were happy to get me in. Even though they said they had a very busy day. My maintenance work was completed quickly including new tires, balance, oil change and a few other items. I received a call by 11 in the morning that all was complete and I am Extremely Satisfied with the work.

I generally avoid going to repair shops like this one for the simple face that no matter what they always try to up sell you something you do not need. In this case I had no choice because i had 3 lug nuts break on my right rear tire and they were the closest shop that could do the work. well interestingly enough when i picked up my truck one of the recommendations was that the right rear hub bearing and seals needed to be replaced, and that hub has magically started making a noise like the bearing has gone bad. After reading the recommendations and hearing the noise i decided to take it to a independent shop where they allowed me to watch as they tried to identify the source of the sound.once the tire was removed and we were able to see the bearing and seal there was no indication that the seals and bearing need to be replaced. However. There was a spring that came off the breaks that was loose and rubbing making it sound like i needed bearing once the spring was replaced the noise went away and no further repair is requires. When I was done at that shop I called the Boynton store to talk to someone about the recommendations and how they came to that conclusion that i needed to replace bearings and seals only in the right rear hub. The person I spoke to told me they could see the seals were leaking and the bearings were making noise. When I confronted him with what I found ( The Spring) and that I or a Independent mechanic did not see any leaks, or any other reason to change seals or bearings. He quickly changed his toon saying he really didn't remember all the details of the recommendation for repair. He did however say it sounds like everything is fine and said " Your Good Then" And he ended the call.

I Came back to get the recommended service i needed on my vehicle which was intermediate shaft part. Come to learn from my firestone center, I only needed a flexible coupling. i went from a part that was $158.00 To part $3.00. But it was the complete review of the vehicle and the full review with me , that i was so pleased with. The review even included pictures of the area needing service....Great Job Guys!!!!

The dealership where I've been taking my 2007 RAV4 told me I needed new struts and plugs/ignition work, and estimated the total cost at $1,600. I took my car to Firestone for a second opinion, discovered I didn't need the struts, and got the plugs/ignition work done for almost $200 less than the dealer estimate.

Disappointed the a/c still isn't cooling enough. it's been brutally hot since the repair. I excused it due to the weather, but will have to bring it back in. Car was the same as when I left it. Parked as if untouched. Trip odometer still at 5.1. Some repair shops including dealerships, return the car greasy, dirty and or move the seat, mirror. I appreciate Firestone didn't dirty the interior, or move the seat or mirror.

I came ion with as flat last Thurs and it couldn't be plugged. I attempted to plug it myself and that didn't work either. I went back right at closing time. Brad was a huge help, found two tires at another location and promised they would be there at 8:30 in the AM. At 8:15 he called my cell telling me they were on the way I got there and they started on it within minutes. As I sat there I listened to other interactions with customers. Some were nice, some were not so nice but the entire staff kept professionalism with personality. This is now my go to store for anything and its all due to your people.

I bought my tires online and they were shipped directly to Firestone as they had the best rates around for this service and they are very close to my homeI dropped the truck off Saturday morning early and they called 2hrs later to tell me it was done.I thought that was pretty fast for a Saturday and without an appointment.Thankyou

I would have only given a rating of one star had I not received good service on prior services. I am VERY disappointed in Firestone. I brought the car in with an appointment for an oil change. On the way there the a/c wasn't cold. When I checked in, I asked that they look at it. A person who came in after me and had an appointment later than mine also for an oil change, got his vehicle back before me. I figured they were still checking my a/c. I finally get called to the counter and they only charge me for the oil change. I ask about the a/c. They claim not to know anything about checking the a/c and blame it on a person they claim to be new. They claim it will take some time to look it over and since it was the new guys fault it wasn't checked out. They will have the new guy drive me home while they check it out. I had to wait for the ride. 20minutes later I get a call saying the car is ready it just needed freon. I get a ride back. I pay and express relief to them that it wasn't anything more like my other vehicles a/c that they had fixed and was costly. I left. Within days, the a/c wasn't cold again. I take it in and they tell me it needs over $700 of work and they claim they told me this the last time I was there. I reminded them that they claimed it was just freon and how we had the conversation of how relieved I was. I had no choice and told them to go ahead with the work. I had just sat down to wait for a ride home and get called to the desk and told it'll be 200 or so more. I objected and stated my disappointment with them. I don't know what to do.

I have had generally good service on the basic maintenance of my Mercedes Benz 500SL, but when the main belt broke and needed replacement it took three days and as many tries to get the right one in place. I will be back for tires and maybe brakes.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They performed their "courtesy check" and left the cap off my brake fluid reservoir. By the time I caught it I had to have the brake system flushed and fluid replaced due to the moisture the fluid had absorbed. Thanks for the "courtesy". On the other hand, I've never had any issues when dealing solely with tires. They seem to be able to mount, balance, rotate and align as well as anyone. Just keep them out from under your hood and they seem to do fine.
