I had a vehicle EMERGENCY and went to Firestone at the Warwick Mall and the care I got there was beyond exceptional. The staff was amazing and could not have been more helpful, courteous and professional. I will take my care there again for future service 100%. They took the time to explain everything to me as well as my options and made this emergency situation a lot less stressful.

Online appointments are offered, but they ARE NOT adhered to. I had an 8 am, got there at 745 am. come to find out, it is first come first served. Didn't get out until after noon. No respect for customers who make online. Aren't they aware there are OTHER companies who would bend over backwards to take care of people?? Auto maintenance is not a luxury-it is a necessity. Companies such as this need to respect the money customers spend in their stores. Look around Firestone- there's another company right up the street that is ready to provide service to your dissatisfied customers.

Miss. VIDA. Took. Very good care of my car and me. She was. Thorough anc. Helped me to recogniE what I really really need I knew this by heart but she is wonderful. Manager and should be promoted! Mechanical engineer who worked on On my. was. Robert, and he is very good to my car: we. Did. New. Tires 2, repaired. Shocks for. DC. Driving, repaired. Breakers. Pads. , alignment rotation Great. Service!

Michelle and Jacob were both fantastic!! Michelle was welcoming and friendly and kept me abreast of what was going on with my car and Jacob is a saint with all his patience!! He explained everything to me over the phone and then explained everything to me that was on my bill!! Definitely will be back!!

My husband went in for an oil change. While driving later we noticed the hood was smoking, we get out and check and figure it is just some excess oil burning off. My husband then notices a pair of needlenose pliers under the hood! So unprofessional. The customer service was poor as well. The ONLY good thing I have to say about this is that we got a free tool.

I went in at about 715am asked the counter person about 4 tires. He was very helpful in picking a tire. I asked if he had enough manpower to get the job done timely. I had to go back to work. At 1030am I had to push and tell them to forget the alignment. To add to this extremely slow service I had to go back 4 times because one of the tires kept going flat.

I had a bad experience on a Tuesday at a miltary base store in D.C. I completed an unsolicited survey on Wednesday, problem was resolved on Thursday with a personal call from manager. She made it right. I will purchase my new tires from her store. She gained my respect and trust.

I went to Firestone in DC to replace my serpentine belt. I received my car in a worst condition than I gave them. My car started making loud noises. I took it to a different to fix the problem free of charge.

The Firestone on JBAB is untrustworthy. I've had multiple issues. One, the employees did a coolant flush than failed to replace the coolant. Thank goodness I didn't crack my engine for driving the few miles without coolant. Second, I marked my tires and they told me they rotated them when in fact they did not. I do not trust these employees. Nothing is transparent. Firestone should conduct an investigation into this shop to see the type of work they do.

I took my car in for minor repairs and routine oil change at the Firestone Service Center on Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, Washington, D.C. before going on Thanksgiving vacation in November of 2014. The technician advised that I needed to replace my front sway bar links. I took the advice of the technician and had the repair work done even though it was an expensive repair job. Several weeks after the work was done I started having difficulty keeping the truck properly centered on the road while driving and the truck was pulling hard to the right. I took the truck to a different repair Service Center on 22 January 2015 and learned the work was done incorrectly (sway bar links not installed correctly) and had to be redone. This cost me a day of work and even more money for additional repairs.

I went there to get an oil chage and tire rotation. I dropped it off in the morning, at 4pm still had not serviced my car. Then they rushed and broke my lock nuts. They had to order new ones from Lexus (for which i was charges $50) and waste most of my next day waiting for them to service my car.
