    I would like to take a moment and recognize Gary Willis. Gary Willis is a service manager at Longmont Firestone. About a year ago, our HondaOdysee van was having a major problem. Gary took great efforts to find out the problem, and then make sure it was repaired correctly. He is to be commended for his time and effort to get the job done. Also, the technician who repaired the problem should be commended as well. Their name or who it was, I never found out. Thank you Firestone and Gary Willis for all your excellent work. Michael Rayl

    Trust Firestone with my vehicle for general repairs, tires and maintenance. They do not push upcharging, provide honest and dependable service. They are the best in Longmont, Co. Gary and Rich deserve kudos for their outstanding customer service. Please recognize them.

    I went in for an antifreeze check and found I was good for up to -34degrees. They brought to my attention that my oil was dark and low. The tag on the windshield put on in Houston had fallen and I had lost count of the mileage on that oil change. They also found another item that I will attend to later when I return for a pre-vacation road trip exam.

    Brought my car in for brakes and noticed the A/C was not as cold as it should be . $250 later was told by the technician that 60 degree air coming out of the vents measured by their laser gun was "not bad". They were only off by about 20 degrees! Vent temperature should be about 40 degrees. Don't take your car here for A/C service unless you want the "not bad" attitude.

    All personel were friendly and treated me like I was the only concern they had at that time,even though there were others waiting to be helped. Explained what I needed for my safe vacation trip, without trying to over sell things. I was told what needs now and what could wait until I got back.

    Buying tires is usually a significant purchase and with the numerous tire optons it can be quite confusing. I have bought tires from a lot of places over the years but buying tires from Firestone in Longmont has by far been my best experience. Gary and his crew knew exactly what I was looking for and what would work best on my vehicles. They got me in same day which is not easy sometimes and my car and truck have the right tires and are performing the best they ever have. I also got to speak with some of the techs and they definitely know what they are doing. I know that when it's time for tires or auto care that I can't do myself I'll be going to see the guys at Firestone in Longmont because I know they will get the work done right and at a fair price.

    On 11/16/16 I take my 2008 chevy impala to the Longmont location and request 2 new tires for the front, lifetime wheel alignment, oil change and a headlight check. On the eve of 11/16, Fred calls and says there is a thread issue on the oil pan drain plug. It may need a new oil pan or it may work with a plug replacement. Fred's tone is disrespectful and mean. He states he will check it out on 11/17, but everything else is ready to go. On 11/17 I call at 7:30am and speak with Gary. I inform him of what Fred said the night before and Gary says he will call back during the day to let me know what he finds. I call back around 3:00pm and RJ says he will have Gary call me back. I called back around 6:00pm and RJ says to talk with Fred on 11/18. Now I have a whole wasted day and was blown off on return calls and work. Yet new customers were getting in for their work. On 11/18 I call to Fred at 7:00am and let him know my disappointment and Gary never called me on 11/17. Fred says I was to authorize the pan work on 11/16. I tell Fred that he told me he would look and verify needs on the oil pan on 11/17. Fred tells me if the car needs a pan, it will be $900 for the work...ridiculous. I told Fred that Gary never returned my call either. Later in the morning Gary calls me to apologize for 11/17. Gary says he thinks an oil plug replacement will work. Gary says the rest of the work is done. My son shows up at the shop and sees the impala sitting in the parking lot and questions why new customers pulling in are getting their work done, but the car is on day 3 and sitting and sat the day before...ridiculous again. Gary calls back at 2:30pm and says the car is ready and he did the plug replacement himself. I explain my appreciation for his work, but we still got blown off a day. At least I did not need a $900 oil pan, which is a rip off (and yes, I know my cars). I tell him I have used the Longmont location for 20 years and Charlie (ex-manager) and his assistants always took care of us. I am also an ex-Firestone Building Products HR employee and I know customer service and reputation is what a company has. My son got the car that evening and neither headlight works...ridiculous. I call Fred at 7:00am on 11/19 and ask him if he has notes on headlight check request. Fred says no. I tell him headlights don't work and I express his poor management skills. He says to stop back in and they will look at the headlights...ridiculous. Fred calls me right back and says "oh ya, we do have notes to check a headlight but missed it because of the oil pan issue." Miss anything else? My new tires are on the rear instead of the front, as requested. Now I do not want to come back there for my Lifetime Alignment and should get my money back on that. Disappointed in the work and lack of management skills at the location. Disappointed in Fred's lack of professionalism. I am sure you have complaints on Fred the way he talks to customers. At least Gary apologized and has done some previous good gestures. When my son came in to question things (because he drives the car), Fred walked away and did not have a response.

    as in the past,I felt welcome again. I was suspicious of the car's condition but did not share with crew.All issues were brought up by them and I am impressed. Allways have been impressed with environment of shop,waiting room etc.

    The dude with the glasses (did not catch his name), he encouraged me to apply for the Firestone credit (which I was reluctant to do bcz of credit issues). He advised me about the fatal condition of my tires (without being pushy). When I was credit approved I was super impressed by how quickly they installed the tires and completed the alignment. Good job guys, you just got a loyal customer!!

    Gary did a good job providing me with many options and helping me get a good deal on a set of tires that made sense and would be the best for the vehicle - based on my daughter being the primary driver.

    This was my first time at Longmont Firestone Complete Auto Care and I will definitely be coming back. I really appreciated the friendly service manager and the technicians were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are not pushy here. I will be coming here again for all my car care needs.

    I was on vacation and needed two tires replaced as quickly as possible so I could get back on the road. The firestone rep took my car in at 7:00 a.m. and I was ready to go within the hour. My family is so thankful! Firestone definitely exceeded my expectations!

    Got the new tire warranty end of August, and just hado a flat tire. The tire was unrepairable, so I had to pay twenty bucks for it. What's the point of getting the warranty if I have to pay anything for it.

    I brought two vehicles in over the last two weeks without an appointment. They were able to get them taken care of the same day with no problem and even worked on the brakes on one of them. I appreciate the knowledgeable service and as a woman, I very much appreciate not being talked down to or patronized.

    I use them all the time for everything related to my Jeep Liberty. They are friendly and give an amazing service. They do an honest and excellent work!     I have been going to Firestone for the maintenance and repair of my Jeep for years. I don't know a lot about cars and when I began going to Firestone I left feeling like the people taking care of my car respected this, because I left the expertise up to them, and still tried to educate me so I understood I was not being taken advantage of. The past 3 or 4 times I have left Firestone feeling like the people working there don't have the same level of customer service as in the past. I leave feeling like I am just another car to fix and hopefully I am not being taken advantage of. I doubt I am but I don't like feeling that I could be. I stopped in recently because my tire had a slow leak and I was told that they could not take a look anytime soon, and it would be at least 3 days before they could take a look. I asked if there was any benefit to me going through Firestone (because I bought my tires there) and they said no because I did not have road hazard. I said ok I will go somewhere else. They said "OK". I have brought my car in for some major items and when I needed them for something small, it was not worth their time. Frankly, I will not be using Firestone in Longmont again, its not worth MY time.

    I've been buying tires for family vehicles from Firestone in Longmont for over ten years. So when I came out from work with severely flat tire, I called my insurance company for road service. I had my van loaded on the truck and headed straight to Firestone. Luckily they had a replacement and had it installed in 30 minutes. It was right before closing when I arrived! Thanks Guys.

    They work on all three of my family vehicles. Anywhere from brakes, to drivetrain and electrical work. I like that they are thorough and advise repairs when they find issues I didn't know about. I trust these guys and they have never let me down.

    My car had been making noises for a little bit. I went to a oil change place and they said they thought it was something major and gave me a card of a mechanic. They weren't open at the time, and I called Firestone who got me right in. It turned our to me a minor issue which they took care of. Excellent service

    I have trusted Longmont's Firestone for over 10 years. While the service and work is always top notch , the wait times can be excessive. I got to know several of the long time employees over the years who are no longer there , but I continue to make the drive down from Cheyenne for service. I wish that Firestone would make a better effort to retain their good employees who have moved on such as Sara and Brandt.
