    It took visiting this facility THREE times to get my tune-up. Three strikes and you’re out! I will not be returning to this facility. The first two times my van was kept all day (from 11am until closing). I was told the facility was NOT busy on BOTH visits and I would get my van serviced the same day. They lied! I would NOT be upset if this place had just been honest! The mechanics did not give themselves enough time to complete my job as my tuneup takes 3 1/2 hours to complete (according to the mechanics) and I was asked to leave my van overnight. I refused. I wasted two whole days by this point. My CHECK ENGINE light came on, the very thing I wanted to avoid so I made an appointment for my tuneup and to get the engine checked. The THIRD TIME, I made an 11am appointment on New Years Day. I called the facility and spoke to Monica who said my van would be given priority. I drop my van off at 10:45am and it was driven into the garage. I was not given updates about my van, so I arrive at 5pm and ask about my van. Yet again, my van was not ready. Closing time came and my van was still not ready but the mechanics worked on it until the job was done. My van was finally done at 8:30pm. However, the next day (1/2), my check engine light came on AGAIN so I dropped off at a very reliable mechanic today (1/3). I was so disappointed with this facility. My job was poorly done. I left my van there for over 7 hours THREE TIMES for a 3 1/2 hour job that could not be completed efficiently! I waited for 3 hours in the lobby the third time. This is ridiculous. This facility wasted my time THREE DIFFERENT TIMES and could care less that i wasted three whole days for a simple tune-up. This facility used to be wonderful and it’s downhill in the past several years. It’s disappointing that this facility wasted so much of my time.

    Extremely helpful and thorough with services needed and provided. The sales advisor was very nice. Found a coupon for me and even through in a free tire rotation. Firestone just became my go to auto care place :)

    Theses guys have it together. Thanks to Alfie and Jesus in the front office. Made me feel I picked the right place to service my vehicle, hands down. The tech who worked on my wheel was on it too, sorry I didn’t catch your name. Great TEAM atmosphere, keep up the good work! Looking forward to seeing you for my first rotation.

    I dropped my car off at 9:37 am for routine maintenance. Was told it would be ready at 2:30 pm. At 4:30 pm I called & was told my car was next in line and someone would call when it was ready. When I asked why it wasn't ready when promised the person tells me "It's been hectic." At 5:30 I got a ride to the store only to be told it wasn't done. They hadn't even started but they promised it would be done before they closed at 6 pm. I told them to forget it & just give me my keys. Also, what's up with only having 1 counter person on a Saturday? It took almost 15 minutes just to speak to someone only to have it sit in their parking lot for 8 hours. What a waste of an entire day!

    This is my latest visit to Firestone store which was over 6 months ago. I asked when my car would be ready after a lifetime wheel alignment and he told me it would be ready at 1:00 which worked for my job schedule. Well at 12 noon, I asked if my car would be ready at 1:00 and they told me it would be ready at 2:30. I told the guy in charge about the 1:00 ready time, he told no one promised it to me could have promised me a 1:00 time because he was the only one that could promise me that time. Well, I did raise my voice and I had to get stronger, the supervisor then said I could have it at 1:00. The guy who promised me the schedule was standing right besides the supervisor and did not say a thing. Luckily I have not needed to return to that Firestone. I have been going there for over ten year. The last two years has been the worse.

    I had to bring my car in 3 times in the last 2 months and had to pay over $1000. They did extra things that were not needed. They didn't fix the initial problem until the 3rd time. I am still having problems with my car but refuse to take it back. It worked fine for about a week then it would have another problem. I had other mechanics look at it and there were parts that were not tightened right. I had asked them to check the power steering fluid and that was not fixed. I honestly paid $1000 and am very disappointed at the job.

    He does not know how to treat nor value his costumers. I went to ask for help after his employee had mess up some of my paper work and he didn't apologize nor fix the paper. What a waste of time and money.
