    The sales guy, Alexander Gibbs didn't make me feel welcome. My car got scratched during service. I had a photo of it. It's so bad that Alexander just denied it. Later he also took a picture of it with his cell phone. He said his store would call me regarding this problem, but I didn't received the call so fa. If this problem is not solved, I'll file a lawsuit against Alexander and the company.

    Crown Vic 2000 appears to need another fuel pump. Hard to start on cold mornings. Sears in Stockton did the same job, they claim and billed me for not 22 months ago. Car has only 90000 miles up. I chose to take it to my local and often used Firestone-- on a Saturday - my alternative is just down the street on 11th and Mission in SF but not working on a weekend. I arrive and then told their Master Tech will review the described issue. I dont get a phone call back till I pester them after 5 hours wait. "Ah You need a new fuel pump".. again? I think. They tell me to come collect the car and I go But will it start for me? -I agree with their kindness to leave it with them at zero fee and not the usual 35.00 per day storage cost. Then I discover the Master Tech is off Sunday and Monday and can I wait? - OK. then Tuesday I call and ask for 'sit rep', Bless the tech, he is on Jury Service call list... so I surmise from all this that the front desk team opened the ticket / work order with the Master Tech and aren't allowed to give the replacement task of the fuel pump to another tech because that appears to be not an option. I have no animus towards the front desk/client facing team of Alex and Cesar - they are caught in SOP for Firestone operations.. I suspect the auto techs are contract employees... Now, how do I find the Corporate Customer Satisfaction people -- Ah Yes another part of the internet Paid 846.00 and the only price break out I was given was for the part 252.98 - dont even think of taking your own car maker specd oil filter - and 600.00 labor with no show as to hourly cost - they supposidly use the Mitchell Guide for charges.. at least I did get a photo of my fuel pressure meter flow. And a measily 12 months warranty on parts and labor. Ford own shops offer better.

    Worst experience ever! Staff could not find,diagnose or repairs slow leak due to a nail in my tire despite TWO visits Subjected to rude, misogynistic rants Incompetence reigns supreme I will be sure to not only never return, but will let everyone I know or meet that Firestone is horrible

    After having new tires installed, one tire was losing air pressure. I went back to the store and was taken care of with the VERY best of care. I was also given some VERY good advice about preventive maintenance. Extremely professional and caring .

    I have been going to the Mission location for the past ten years and have had excellent service. I dropped my truck off last Friday and they did not only not finished the job ,they were very rude . I took the truck back in today and they did not only not touch it and they didn't even call me. Since I didn't hear from them by 5:00 I just went in and they said they were short staff and couldn't get too it? There was another customer that was complaining also he was getting brakes done and a few other thing and didn't even do the brake repair. I am totally diappointed and now they want me to bring my truck in tomorrow and I'm hesitant. Bad rude service :)

    William, the sales associate, provided excellent service in explaining what products were available and how they compared to the quality of the tires that were on the vehicle at the time we brought it in. From the time I called early that morning to schedule the appointment, up to the time we picked up the vehicle, he was very accommodating, respectful, and courteous. Thank you.

    Front desk employee was not very helpful and somewhat unprofessional. However, actual service technicians and mechanics did a great job. Price, Quality, wait time were all ten out of ten experiences.

    Friendly staff, large stock, great hours, convenient location. If they don't have time to complete work and say come back next week they always are good for their word. I buy all my tires here, they have a good stock and present me with price options. Be sure to check out their deals, most are pretty good. They did a road check for me that was ten bucks. I will probably have more oil changes etc done here instead of the dealer. I would take a half star off for the yucky waiting area. Nobody knows where the remote is so I was stuck watching some house of suicide ghost chaser series for over an hour. I can see that everyone is really busy all day so I recommend that Firestone pop for a cleaning service. I hate touching anything in that waiting area. The cushions slide around on some sort of make-shift sofa, layers of dust that might sprout weeds at any moment, grimey extension cord and grimey keypads. I do love the empty picture frames above the TV and the lack of girly posters.

    I was told when I booked appointment days before, that replacing the two front tires would take no more than 1 1/2 hours. The car was dropped off on time at 10:30am and wasn't completed by 1:30pm. My wife then had to take the car without alignment because she had to go. Where things overbooked? Was the commitment false in the first place? Either way, please be upfront about time frames with customers. I'm not sure I would go back

    Great quick and fast service in the middle of San Francisco! With parking being scarce its great to get this done early and not have to pay full parking downtown. In early in the morning, done by lunch! And it's a convenient location to my office.

    I recently took my car in to get a tire repaired based on the warranty that I had bought from them last year. The front desk person was very courteous and helpful. and I didn't pay anything because of the warranty I had purchased. Great place!

    I dropped my car off at 7:30 and they handled the several items with in a couple hours. When I asked if I could leave the car there until the end of the day, they said no problem. Many repair shops insist you get your car as soon as they are done.

    I needed my tires rotated and aligned. It was a free service because I already bought a lifetime alignment (I totally recommend this because it cost me less than my Volvo dealership cost for a one time alignment). I called for an alignment in San Bruno and they couldn't see me for a month so I called the one on San Francisco and made an appointment within a week. Great service! I will go back to them next time for sure.

    They do good work - most of the time the service is done on time and as advertised. Occasional small blemishes. But they don't take the extra step to build that all-important customer relationship. I came in with a small request unrelated to servicing my car, and was turned away just like I wasn't a frequent customer. Disappointed. I'll take my business somewhere else if I feel more valued as a loyal customer.

    The job done ends up costing me so much money at the end..$800 because they done a sloppy job. I won't be back. After a oil change, I had to get a new water pump, and timing belt, because of all the oil that wasted, not once, but twice. Thank God, I made it. Had to get towed twice.
