I've lost all trust in this location. I dropped off my vehicle for an alignment and tire rotation. I was told the services had been completed, but when I arrived to pickup the vehicle I noticed that the tires had not been rotated ( I marked the rears with a grease pen). After about 20 minutes I was told it was complete, but when I inspected it, only the passenger side had been rotated! I am 100% certain that the driver side wheels/tires were never removed. Unacceptable. I would like to note that I am a motorcycle mechanic and not just your average Joe. Aside from marking with the grease pen, I could also tell that they hadn't been rotated because I inflate the fronts and rears at different psi and the rims were very dusty so it was easy to tell if they had been handled. The only bright side was Maya. Maya was not involved in the incident, but she offered to refund my lifetime alignment/rotation plan since I never intend on returning.

Customer service here is pretty good. I spoke with Robert several times he was patient with me while he explained what was going on with my car several times so I could understand. I have taken my car here several times because I feel the cost and customer service beat others. I feel they are honest and tell you exactly what is needed nothing extra. I do think they should credit back 1/2 of the diagnostic fee if you get your work done. Other than that I will continue to bring my car here.

Great service. I scheduled an appointment, arrived on time and they immediately took my car in for service. I asked to used my coupon for my oil change, they were able to use it and I was out in about 30 minutes or less! Thank you!

Recently went to the Roseville, CA Firestone Auto Care facility for an oil change and tire rotation primarily because it is close to my home. Could have saved money going to a drive-thru but took a chance anyway. The service was unremarkable and had to wait an hour even with an appointment. Service tech could have kept me informed as to the progress but chose not too. It wasn't busy either. Anyway, my vehicle only has 9800 miles and she tried upsell me a front end alignment because my front tires were showing a little outside wear. Please don't insult my intelligence. This is a vehicle less than a year old! The wear was probably caused by the low tire pressure rather than anything else. Furthermore, show some integrity and honesty (as is quoted by Mr. Firestone). That would be covered by the manufacturer warranty. Now I know the difference, but the uninformed would be a little lighter in the pocketbook had they accepted the alignment. I'm ranting because this is about trust...a virtue that is all too challenged in the auto service community.

I set an appointment for an oil change. There was confusion when I submitted a coupon for a synthetic blend oil change. I was advised that I could use the synthetic blend only if I had a synthetic oil change last time. Why wasn't this on the coupon? It took about an hour and 15 minutes for the oil change. There was only a five minute warning when my service would be completed. It was very ordinary in the waiting room, waiting for the service to be completed. No mention of where the water faucet was or restrooms were. Very little mention of what was done to the car. I spent $21 for the oil change, I guess I got what I paid for, no more.

I have a warranty on my tires. First they said. I twill be replace for free. then after I talked to Manager. They giving special deal 160.00 for my tire w warranty. Came on !

Words can not clearly explain the angst and anger that have been generated in my family by this auto "repair" facility. I have been a loyal Firestone customer for 25 plus years. Never again. A brake job that had to be redone two weeks later, an air conditioning repair that lasted a week, and this morning I found the new battery they put in because they recommended it be replaced, not because we were having problems with it, is eight years old. I trusted them. They have destroyed any trust. We took four cars there regularly. Never again.

A/C tech not knowledgeable, charged me for service I did not need, then did NOT check the system after servicing. Picked car up and exact problem was still there. My car was there from 10am til 6pm and he didn't look at my car til after 5pm, then rushed it out the door. Had to go to a different shop and get diagnosed correctly, will not be coming to this firestone again.

I brought my car in because it was idling very rough and acting like it was going to die. I left my car all day and explained the parameters of how to re-create the problem. When I checked in, late in the afternoon I was told they couldn't re-create the problem (they had not followed my instructions); but they said I had a serious oil leak and the CVP joints were cracked and could cause an accident. They suggested that I get the engine steam cleaned ($115.00) and they would put some dye in the system to trace the leak. I agreed. A month later, I took my car to a different shop for an oil change. I asked them about the leak and the CVP joints. They told me I didn't have a leak and the joints were fine. This was my second visit to Firestone, the first was for the same problem, cost me $150.00 and still did not resolve my problem.

I thought I would be able to get 6 months no interest. I have been a very good Roseville Firestone customer for 26 years and the service writers know me and know I like to use Firestone partly because of the 6 months no interest. I just assumed I would be able to do 6 months and when I signed the first paperwork and left the car the service writer did not mention that I would not be able to do the 6 months. So I was disappointed when I picked up the car and did not get the 6 months. I thought the minimum was $200 not $300. It is all too complicated to keep track of.

For almost 5 years, I have been using Firestone for tires, maintenance and all other auto equipment needs. The people are friendly and professional... and I have never felt pressured. Firestone has kept my older car (2001) purring like a kitten.

I have used Firestone for 10 plus years, good people to work with. The special coupons you send are worthless, you send the coupons out a few weeks after I have service for oil changes, etc. I do not need to change my oil or buy new tires after I have the work completed. A joke. Be realistic and give coupons for future work. Thanks

I have been so pleased with the customer care and service I have received from Firestone in Roseville. When I need a repair done, they always find a slot for me in their schedule. The work is generally done earlier than promised, and is done right the first time. The service writers treat us like family, and have earned our complete trust. Car problems are never easy to deal with, but each of the team members does exceedingly more than I ever expected to make bad situations easier to handle. They are ALL more than Excellent!

I purchased 4 tires for my 2010 Mazda 5. I bought the car new a& was going through a set of tires a year. Not because I was a crazy driver but that's how this car is. The Firestone tire allowed me to go more than 2 years before I had to replace which is awesome, tires are spendy. I don't live close to a Firestone, about 20 miles away so I always tried to plan a rotation when I was in town. It was hard to get an appointment at my convenience at the time I wanted. I need new tires now. I am going else where, because of the inability to get appointments convenient for me. The tires were great, service is great, when I was able to schedule something.

The last two times I've been to the store (my wife's car and mine) the tires have been under-pressurized. I would assume the mechanics are checking these pressures. We found out later when our tire lights lit up in our car. Bothersome since this store is always telling us we need wheel alignments, tire replacements, etc.

I used them about a month ago to check my Tire alignment, I have a Life Time Alignment service package. At the same time they offered to do a 20 Point maintenance or safety check, which I agreed to. I stayed at the Firestone Tire store for my vehicle to be worked on, and the work didn't take very long at all. I had made an appointment ahead of time for this service. They were very professional, friendly and explained every thing they need, and what they felt needed to be done, and they prioritized the importance of each.
