I'm regret that I had a very bad experience on my visit on 2/18/2019. I waited on site for 5 hours and was told the new tire was not in stock, and I need to send my car there another day. Are you kidding me? Even I got very good service by the technician and another reception guy who helped me next day, but I think it's a joke that I spent 5 hours there without getting earlier notification that the new tire was not in stock. George, the reception guy who checked me in the first visit this time, was very rude in the process. If you take the case seriously, please continue reading, or you can ignore anyway: I got a flat tire and sent my car there around 2pm on 2/18/2019. The reception guy, George welcomed me and told me the tire needs to be changed, which is OK to me. He kept persuading me to change my older two tires with disturbing words even after I refused a few times, which I think it's still OK. He finally created the bill for the change of the flat tire and said my car will be ready around 6pm. It's ok to me also and I waited for my car onsite. But he didn't say the new tire is not in stock, which I think he should be able to easily check before he gave me the estimate time to pick up my car. As I waited there, there was a power outage which lasted around 1 hour. He reached to me and asked if I need to make another appointment, I replied no and said if the store was not close due to power outage, I would wait. He said OK. I understand the delay due to power outage, and my car finally was sent to repair around 6:40pm. The technician, who was very nice, started to know that my new tire was not in stock when he took away the flat tire and then looked for the new tire. Again, are you kidding me? I went to George and politely asked why you didn't check if the tire is in stock when you checked me in. He blamed power outage and also said: I TOLD YOU TO LEAVE WHEN POWER OUTAGE, since you chose to stay, you had to accept the outcomes due to power outage. what? are you kidding me? I pretty much sure that the reception guy should check if the new tire is in stock, Because when I visited this Milpitas store on December, 2018 to change my tires, when I checked in, the reception guy directly told me the new tires were not in stock and I need to make an appointment another time. Please notice that when I was checked in, the power was on, the power outage happened one hour after I was checked in. I'm not a mean guy to ask him to check manually, but he should be able to check it through computer. How regret that he didn't do that and blamed all on one-hour power outage, and rude when I asked him why. I know my experience may be nothing to your business. I know these words look too much to a person who process the cases. I know I would be told it's a rare case. But I'm pretty much sure George's service in Firestone Milpitas store is significantly lowering down the standard of Firestone. To be very honest, as I bought lifetime alignment and warranty for my tires, I may visit Firestone again, but definitely not Milpitas store, unless I know George is not working there anymore. I went to this location after having a TERRIBLE experience @ Wheelworks on Abel St. & Calaveras Blvd. with a "warranty" repair and figured I would give this location a call. Manager Paul listened intently to my concerns, called the insurance company on my behalf and took care of my issues! EXCELLENT service! I will come back and will refer others to this location.

Sacramento location on Marconi Ave provided excellent customer service.My vehicle was repaired in just 2 hours and the y kept me informed along the way.I would highly recommend this location to all .

Awesome experience! The store manager, Paul Heras, thoroughly explained what the problem was, what it would require to fix the problem, and thoroughly explained what was done at the end of the transaction without making me feel rush. Great customer service, and VERY PROFESSIONAL! I will recommend your shop to all of my friends, and San Jose Mustangs Car Club members!

1.I scheduled for an 7am appointment my car wasn't touched until 11am (according to the invoice). 2. I was pressured into purchasing an alignment package I really wasn't interested purchasing at the time. 3.There was no communication from the shop on my car... I called the shop at noon to inquire about my car. As a result to not having my car worked on as scheduled at 7am and the lack of communication I had to cancel my 1pm appointment further costing me money. If I had know it was going to take 6 hours to do a oil change and install new tires I could have planned accordingly.

I have used Firestone for the past 20 years. They are convenient, Tire pricing has gotten better, Mechanics do a good job, Mechanical repairs are too expensive. My biggest complaint is the UPSELLING, I cant tell you how many times a person comes in there for a $25.00 oil change, and Mike trys to talk them into spending hundreds of $$$.

I came to do oil change. When Micheal helped me with the paper, he didn't bother to look at me. When i came back to pick up, he didn't say hi or ask me what do i need. After he finished with the customer in front of me, he walked outside without acknowledging my present. I waited for 5 minutes and had to ask someone else to help. I went here because my work place was near by buy this is my last time here.

I only use this location for routine maintenance. If something is really broke, I go elsewhere. Two examples - a few years back, Firestone put the wrong transmission fluid in my truck. A problem was obvious to me, and Firestone should have figured it out with a test drive. Last month, Firestone forgot to reset the oil-change-needed light, after an oil-change. It is frustrating and inconvenient to have to go back and waste my time for Firestone to try to get things right the second time.

I have bought two new rear tires and they turned out to be defective and the store manager blame it on my shock absorbers so the store doesn't need to replace them. I have been using this Firestone store for all my tire needs for at least 5 years and I am very disappointed right now for the first time and might look for somewhere else to do business with.

I brought my wife's van in for an oil change. The price and service was totally fine. The 2 men behind the the counter were very friendly. Good people and communication skills. Most of all I liked that there was no pressure to purchase any other services.

The service at this location was good until one incident when my daughter brought her Honda Pilot for engine light diagnostics. They did not fix what was wrong with the vehicle. Instead suggested to my daughter to do 100,000 maintenance service which cost us $1200 dollars. I took the vehicle back to Firestone Milpitas and told them why the engine light still lit. They said lets reset that engine light and it should be fine. The mechanic did not even tell what the reading was. I was looking over when mechanic was checking the vehicle and the DB scanner reading was a bad Catalytic Converter bank one. To make long story short, the actual problem did not get fix at all.

I recently visited the Milpitas Firestone Store to get 2 tires. When I returned to pick the car up, I was told my engine needed service. They said the serpentine belt on my 2003 VW Jetta TDI was severely cracked and needed replacement. I declined the offer since I do this type of work myself. As chance would have it, 2 days later the clutch on the alternator broke and both the alternator and clutch needed replacement. I pulled the belt and the alternator to insure I got the right parts from the parts store. Upon examining the belt, I found NO CRACKS or signs of wear. This belt had in fact been replaced about 30000 miles ago when the timing belt was replaced. This confirmed my reluctance to have routine maintenance done by repair shops when they don't even diagnose the problem correctly.

I believe the issue is not on the power steering which have cost me almost $1000 to replaced all the parts related to Power Steering. Looks like the issue is more on the tires and just need to replace new tires and wheel balancing.

I called last minute on a Saturday when i got a flat tire over 100 miles from home. They let me know up front that they were extremely busy which was appreciated. It took 4 hours for a new tire, but they were amazing as they let me bring my special needs dog (she has PTSD and new places and any noises frighten her) into the lobby while we waited. If they hadn't, my dog and I would have had to wander the neighborhood and that wouldn't have been good for her. They gave her a safe place to curl up, and provided water to her. I couldn't be happier with the accommodations they made for us.

My last visit was to get the front-end balanced and aligned on my 1994 Infinity Q45. This is by far the best car I have ever owned and I want it to run perfectly. Unfortunately, the front-end shimmy I took it in to cure is still there, so I will be taking it back next week. Then I'll do a review. I also have a Suburban, an Alfa Spider and a Mazda 3, all have Firestone tires from Milpitas. I like the store and the people, but you need to earn the good review and we're not there yet..

I have been using the Firestone Milpitas team as my primary mechanics for several years now. If they can't fix it, they will send me to someone reasonably priced who can. I always feel like I'm in good hands with these guys.
