Good quality service just somewhat expensive which turned me off to do the maitnence work myself.

I am extremely satisfied with the team at this location. I had a minor issue with some of the parts used on my brakes and rotors, but that didn't really matters , because Chris,Matt, and their credit didn't hesitate to make every effort to insure my satisfaction. Which I was. Thanks guys...your Awesome!!!

Fist at the time I walking in to the place, I fil lake not welcome, mabe because I was Hispanic ???!, I don't know, but the sales person that was there make me fill but and not welcome. I really not recommend that place specific to hispanish customers. Sorry but I never fill beafore like this in others places.

My Sales Advisor, a Mr. Luigi Zoni was knowledgeable, more than courteous, made me feel welecome, explained all details clearly and fully. He went over my invoice and covered all the details. And, at the end. asked if I had any questions. With personnel like Mr. Zoni, I would come back and recommend him and your store highly.

I've been here twice now, and each time I was greeted with courtesy and respect. The service performed was top notch. Just because a service center is local doesn't mean it's the best place for my car, but I like these guys and will return again.

We've used this particular firestone for a few years now and even though we have moved out of the area we continue to use this location. The people who work here provide great customer service and try to get you in amd out as fast as possible

I really enjoyed there fast service and they finished my tires in a timely manner. They were nice and thorough. I would recommend them. The prices are a little steep but it makes up for it with the customer service.

I appreciate the staff recognizing the absolute necessity for a safe and well working vehicle for my business as a medical transport driver. They do thief best to keep my vehicle in good working order to prevent delays in patient transports.

I went to this place few days ago for my oil change walk in in the morning around 9.00 am. They did it very fast within an hour and saved lot of my time. They were very cordial and well mannered.

The advisor was very courteous and attentive to what my expectations were.

For an appointment on Sunday I felt an hour+ was too long for a simple rotation/wheel swap out/exchange. However, I understand they are always busy but no one immediately notified me when the car was done; I pointed it out myself to the office.

I have had nothing but problems at this location. They lost my keys requiring me to go to dealer to get a new set and new alarm reset. They broke the wheel cover and told me I had to go get it repaired at the dealer. They have lost numerous lug nuts replacing custom with basic wheel nuts. I use this branch because of convience but cringe everytime I use them and always expect problems. I have gotten several free oil changes but really!!!

I have been going to this Firestone location intermittently for the last 4 years and have never had issues with my car. The guys there have always been great. My only complaint is the seemingly long wait times on service, but I think this is due primarily because they are always so busy with cars pretty much everyday of the week. The wait time is never less than an hour which can be discouraging when you only need an oil change. Other than that, they have always taken great car of my vehicles.

It's always good here and this was a good visit I spent 1600 and all was good till I showed up to pick it up at 6pm and waited till 730. And I now still need to go for the alignment.

They found the nail in my tire and fixed it as part of service guarantee

Have a 2005 Hyundai Elantra. I still use the Hyundai dealer for service. However, the vehicle recently needed struts and power steering hose replaced. I got it fixed at this Firestone location and was able to save almost $300. Tim was very helpful. They also did a free courtesy inspection, which was very useful. I have taken my vehicle to this location on two occasions and my experience has been pretty good.

I like that they are up front and do not try to scam the customers. I also like their warranty for replacement items. I have been using them for my cars for quite some time and don't think I will change unless the service that I get changes.

They are very friendly, helpful and trust worthy. Excellent customer service.

The mechanic was fine but the Customer  Service Clerk was rude. Apparently he was there by himself because someone called in sick. He was bent out of shape about it and let everyone know. Every time I got to Firestone it takes at least 21/2 to 3 hours to get out of there even with an appointment for a basic oil change. Definitely the least efficient Firestone I've visited and the parking isn't any better.

Tim did a great job squeezing an oil change and tire rotation on a Sunday with no appointment. Really appreciate it.

I used them for the first time because they were local to my home. I made an appointment and the service was excellent and they even made recommendations for an issue with my battery. I will absolutely use them for all of my servicing needs!

They replaced front brakes but I still had same noise. 2 weeks later the rear seal on the front differential blew out & dumped the oil & burned up the differential. $2400 later, a new differential & truck is back on the road. The rear seal had been leaking for a while & I feel the mechanic should have noted that & known there was a problem when noise didn't go away after he replaced the brakes.

I used Firestone Complete Auto several months ago. I had a leak in my cooling system. I took my car to be looked at, and was told they couldn't find anything leaking, even though I pointed out to them that I was loosing a lot of coolant. Once the leak got much worse I took my car back and was told that I needed a new radiator, which turned into including new hoses, and eventually a new fan assembly. I paid an extremely high price for these services, and 1 day after getting my car back one of the main hoses came off and I lost all coolant. I had the car towed back to Firestone complete care, and was told basically stuff happens. They simply put the hose back on and did not replace the clamp. 2 days later the hose again came off and I again lost all coolant. This time Firestone replaced the clamp. Next I noticed I was still leaking fluid and took photos to show Firestone where the fluid was coming from. After much time I was told that I now had a leak in my heater core, even though I did not have one before my car was serviced at Firestone, and that Firestone would be unable to do the repair. When I took my car to another mechanic for the heater core repair they asked who replaced my hoses because it looked like they were not the proper hoses for my car!! This is probably why the hoses were coming off! I paid a premium price for those hoses at Firestone expecting that at least they were the proper hoses for my car! In conclusion Firestone mechanics do not seem to be knowledgeable, and this service, along some previous smaller services I've had done there, is extremely sub-standard! I was also told I would receive a discount on tires that I needed, because of all the money I was charged, and the problems with the service I received, but when I asked about this later I was told the person who offered the discount was on vacation so I would not receive a discount. I will never use Firestone for any reason again, and have told all my friends to never go there!

I like the friendly guys at the front desk. Always polite and straight forward. I always come in with an oil change coupon and I make an appointment so when I wait it's only an hr. I get my tires rotated too.

I was in 2 weeks ago. Got in and put with In a hour time. And they told me to bring my car back after a few months to get new tires. No other places I've been too have been told this.and they go over everything before I leave the store. Thanks

I walked out of work and saw a bolt in my tire. It was late and Thanksgiving eve.... I arrived 10 minutes before closing and they made it happen. Theyou repaired my tire and sent me on my way for the holiday weekend with a smile. It's not often you get great friendly customer service but I got it hear. In fact Firestone across the U.S. have always been great to us and we have lived from East to West being a military family. Thanks for your great service. Keep it up Firestone.

They are good at changing tires, but they are more expensive and less qualified to do any other auto repairs. I will only let them change my tires.
