I came in from out of town, my truck was smoking and pouring out oil, I brought it in and it was fixed in a timely manner and the gentlemen were so nice, and I feel, trustworthy. Being a female, I've had other places give me incorrect info and higher prices, but here I felt comfortable. My SUV runs great and I'm very satisfied!

I always come here for my oil changes/tire needs. When I make an appointment the service is performed with minimum wait. Jesus, the service advisor is amazingly nice, upfront and honest on the work that is being done. Definitely worth coming here for your auto needs.

I have been doing business with FIRESTONE for over 20 years. This New Tire Purchase and Service was one of the Best I can remember. (I have received great service at the several Firestone locations I have dealt with over the years). From arrival to departure they kept me informed on the status of my order/service.

The customer service team was impatient, I was quoted an absurd price for our repair and after (thankfully) towing my car to my trusted mechanic I come to find out that I did NOT need a new starter and it was just the battery as I originally suspected. I was quoted $936 to replace a starter and battery. At ACA Automotive (which is not the cheapest show but one of the highest rated in Long Beach) I was quoted $659. That is over a 44% markup and I would say that's high. And I don't know what your mechanics saw that made them think I needed a new starter but I didn't. My wife was driving the car at the time and broke down on the freeway. Geico towed us to your establishment because apparently you are a trusted business. What was an already stressful situation was made worse but the people who worked there and what I feel was an awful diagnosis. I had to tow my car to Long Beach and we lost a half a day dealing with Firestone. This is inexcusable and not only everything I have said but now I'm out $25 to you guys for work that amounted to what seems like a scam. I will be forwarding this information to Geico and I will be contacting Firestone's corporate team.

Feel comfortable bringing our mini van to this Firestone Auto Care. Relaxed surrounding and the team knows their jobs.Sales reps had a smile and make sure your needs for your auto is taken care of and the customer is satisfied.

Terrible! Because I could not afford to buy rotors and pads this place kept my car up on the rack for an hour after I refused to have service done. They actually didn't lower my car down from the rack for me until I went outside and stood near my car and stayed there. I will be letting everyone I know on social media to stay away from this store.

I have been a long-term customer when this location was known as Fletchers I have received nothing but excellent customer service for me and my vehicle. I was a bit apprehensive when I saw that the name of the business had changed. I was worried that the staff that I trusted was no longer going to be there. I am happy to say that my same guys are still there that have been taking care of me since day one. I am always greeted with a smile, by my first name they have been truthful, and save me time and money on my repairs and maintenance. I'm very happy to know that I'm still in great hands with now Firestone. They will have my continued business and referrals.

I had my Ford F2 50 new batteries installed in it by Firestone and it cost me $15 per battery that truck took two batteries ... So my total was $30 labor to install two batteries in my Ford F2 50 My wife brought her Jeep in just last week to have one battery changed out and they charged her $50 labor to install one battery so I had to go down there and speak with the manager to get $35 credited to my credit card that's not right for a 15 minute job that's a rip off especially to do that to women that may not know how much should be charged for a simple battery change out I'm very upset about it

Service was very slow and all I had was an oil change and diagnostics ran. It took 3 hours. Additionally, my car was in great condition when I got there, I have never had any issues with my car. She always ran very smoothly and I have make sure to take very good care of her because she is a little bit older model, although she is a Toyota Camry so very little issues. After having an oil change, I left and she started jerking and running rough, and my check engine light came on, which hasn't happened before! I am not sure why having an oil change would cause my check engine light to come on, it never has before and I get them every 3,000 miles! Very concerned!

I had a light bulb that needed to be replaced. They replaced the light bulb but broke the tail light putting in the light bulb. Then the mechanics say it was like that prior. If so, then they would have told me I needed a light bulb and a light cover

i used them a week ago i came in at about 12:00 noon to get a oil change and 2 tires 3 bad fuses.. which took about 5 hours to be ready I was very unhappy because I told the young man I was taking my daughter to college and needed to be there by 5 oclock I ask would my car be ready by 3-330 he said of course... and when I went there to pick up my car at 3:30 nothing had been done.. I was very unhappy and had to reschedule my daughters appt. and to make it even worse they didn't change the bad fuses that I request them to.

I desperately needed an oil and filter change for my 300C and got notice of an oil change service in email. Based on my good service for a Firestone tire that I blew out by hitting a large piece of some traffic debris I decided to try my local Firestone center again. They did a good job and got me my car back in a reasonable amount of time.

I get all my oil changes/breaks and lifetime alignment for all my vehicles at this location. Armando and the office staff are great and they alway get the job done with a smile. Get the store the new pick-up truck they need to go pick up parts, etc.

I dropped my car off for a tune up in the morning and by mid-day it was ready for pick-up. My spark plug wires also needed to be replaced. They called me to ask if I would like to have them replaced and told me how much it would be. They didn't just replace things and then surprised me with the bill like other places do. The gentlemen that assisted me during my visit were courteous and attentive. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of.

Last Wednesday I took my car to Firestone for a second opinion, not trusting the previous shop. It is a good thing I did. They tightened one bolt and replaced another bolt that was holding the axle together. They quite possibly saved my life. The first shop never even noticed the missing bolt, which was, located about two inches from the first one. Moreover, the other shop wanted to charge me a ton of money for tightening the one bolt. I have been a Firestone customer for a few years and they have always been very honest, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. Firestone also has the best mechanics who always take the time to answer any question I have and show me exactly where the problem(s) are, every time I have asked or wanted to know. They have helped me out so many times, even if I was not getting my car serviced there. I am so grateful to Firestone; it is getting harder and harder to know who to trust anymore. I will always take my car to them for service. They are the Best! Thank you, to the employees at Gardena Firestone. Once again, you have made my life just a little bit easier.

My last experience at the Firestone Complete Auto Care – Gardena, was excellent  I had couple stuff to do to my car and was going to be a bit a lot for me to pay, but Patty came to the rescue and give me a discount card, also she has excellent customer service skills, she is always helping you out.. for you to feel content and appreciated, thank you for all your help Patty.

Get my Oil changed regularly and have had maintenance work done. They keep my 2001 Tahoe running and they let me know what I need to get fixed or replaced soon and in the near future.
