The starter in my care was on it way out...the car would not start. James did a wonderful job, and his tech, Mike, "the perfectionist" took care of my $75K car . He found busted clips, missing bolts and proceeded to do his best to tie it all up using zip ties, etc.. They even kept my car in the back after completing the job, keeping it safe and from all the other vehicles coming in and out. Thank you James and Mike. Endless gratitude.

10/10 recommend this location! The staff is phenomenal, especially Leonard. He truly went above & beyond to make sure I knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, what they did to fix it, how much it would cost, what every single term meant on my invoice, etc. For the first time, I actually knew what was going on with my vehicle and did not feel as if I was getting taken advantage of due to my lack of motor vehicle knowledge. Instead of trying to charge me extra for unnecessary things (like other auto care places have done to me prior), Leonard took the time to answer every single question I had with a smile. Great work from the technicians as well!

I've been coming to this location for over 7 years now & I can't say enough about the customer service & quality of service!!! Never steered wrong, overcharged or told I needed services I didn't need. Quite the opposite!!! The guys do an amazing job & go above & beyond to ensure all of our family's vehicles are taken care of! AAA+++ service!!!!!

Manager, Leo and his staff (Adam) were very honest, respectful and customer friendly. When I first took my vehicle for Brake inspection/alignment on Sat. ~1pm they told me they couldn't get my car done on same day. Yes, first I didnt like that -- however I appreciate their honesty. They could have under estimated the work or over committed and might compromise quality of service to meet the commitment. This is one of the reason I like this place, they earned my trust and business!! Thanks Leo and Firestone Placentia/Fullerton staff.

For the past year I have taken my car to this particular Firestone. They always finish the work on my car very fast and are incredibly helpful. They do not try to oversell you like other autocare locations do. They listen to what you need and do a thorough exam of the car. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I have used your company before for my front brakes and had a great experience. This time, after finding out that I had issues with my axle damaging my breaks they were prompt in telling my what my issue was, and what my payment would be out the door. My only concern is that I am now hearing a sqweek coming from the brakes that they replaced. I don't have the money to pay for them to check it again.

Took my suv in to get a courtesy check, rep stated that it is not free than offered for me to pay for a service that I did not want. Than I asked about the fall special. At that point I should have just walked out but I gave them a chance. Waited for over 2 and half hours. The service was supposed to included a tire rotation. I had marked my tires the day before just to see if they would even remove the tires for the inspection. The marks that I left were still in the exact same spot. When it was all they told me that my SUV was in good shape and gave minor recommendations. I would have been happy with that response if they would have actually took a good look at my car, not just the dip stick. Very upset with this type of service, would not recommend coming here.

The person at the front desk, Leo, decided that I didn't want the courtesy check after I asked why in the world an oil change could take 2 hours to complete. After it was completed, I asked for the courtesy check paperwork, but he wouldn't give it to me because they "rushed everything." Not once did I tell him to forget the courtesy check. This is very bad service and I will never be returning to Firestone Complete Auto Care because of this employee's incompetence.

The service here over the past year has become "ok" at best. I've had to bring back 2 of my cars, on 2 separate times for them to fix the alignment. Something they should've fixed initially. Even with an appointment on the 2nd weekend, they tell me it'ls going to take 4-5 hours for my alignment, even though it was their mistake in the first time. Definitely the last time i'm back to this place. Taking all the cars in my family to a different location.

Being a "shade tree" mechanic I feel bad for bringing various vehicles in for their inexpensive diagnosing then doing most work myself----on a serious budget...otherwise would not hesitate for them to do work-very fair good pricing. I highly recommend them...accurate/honest/great pricing.

Needed a battery for my old Ford to move for street sweeping. Good price and great product. Cars hard to start and doesn't slow at alallthey were busy and figured I would put in myself anyway. Leonard was helpful and prompt and swapped my dead one for my new one.

Firs off I had to wait all day for my truck to be done when. I was told 2 hours, within 2 weeks had to go back to have brakes done again. My check engine lite and brake light were triggered and asked to look at it. Guy was rude saying it was not them there is no way. Solution would have been ok let me look at it sir. And the first guy told me I need my front end redone and said it was 2000 asked to look up tires for me and never did. Second time the guy said my wheel baring was bad. I just had replaced. I am sorry but never again. 5 his was the worst experience ever

Appointment scheduled for realignment and tire rotation. When I arrived, I was informed their alignment machine was down. I asked why I wasn't contacted ahead of time and they apologized (though wasn't sincere). Rescheduled for later in the week and the same thing happened as the machine was still down. Finally, the machine was up a week thereafter and got the realignment. I wasted two mornings visiting their store, when a simple phone call ahead of time could have been greatly appreciated. As mentioned, I had an appointment, they had my phone number, they should have called.

I went to them around August to get my car fixed because a lot was wrong with it. I was happy with it until I drove to work that same week. It stalled on me when I stopped at a light. I didn't have the option to go or call in immediately because I left the country. I came back and took it in and told them what happened. The person at the desk criticized me for not taking it in sooner which got me irritated, but I let it go. It turned out they never changed the spark plugs, which I paid for. I was mad but I understand mistakes happened, so I let it go. I drive it the next week and it stalls on me again. I take it in and the man at the desk laughs at me and says there is nothing wrong with the car and the check engine light was not on so nothing was wrong. I felt so uncomfortable and he made me feel stupid. He acted as if I was a dumb woman that didn't know anything about cars. He told me to bring it in when the check engine light came on. It has stalled multiple times to this day and I refuse to take it in because I get anxiety just thinking about how they will treat me. Worst experience ever.

I had an issue. I made an app't for service. I went in at the appointed time and was told there were several cars ahead of me and it was going to be a 2.5 hour wait. When I asked about my appointment, I was told they came in ahead of me and it was first come, first served. I asked "Why bother with an appointment?" The young lady couldn't answer. I said "Where do we go from here?" She then asked me, "Would I like to make an appointment?" I left almost laughing at the situation. I cooled off for a few days, called the manager and made an appointment. I expressed that I didn't want the girl fired and he promised that he would provide more training and make her a better employee. All ended well and subsequent appointments have been fine. A job change has made it easier to go to the Brea center rather than the Fullerton center. Mistakes and problems happen. No one is perfect. The bottom line is that the wrongs were righted and I am a satisfied customer.

I feel like I am getting jerked around with tire warranty. Can't rotate tires because of thread (part of warranty). Tire warranty is invalidated because the type of wear indicates misalignment. I've been coming for years and now every warranty is useless and by the way you need four new tires! I think what I need is a new place to maintain my vehicle.

I've been going to the Fullerton location for many years as it is close to my house. While they can get backed up with work on occasion, all service personnel I've talked to have always been helpful in their service recommendations. They also are great about transferring maintenance records as needed from other locations as needed.
