    I have been going to this location for over 20 yrs. They will not sell you services you don't need and their prices are fair. I love this Firestone location and won't go anywhere else! The staff is knowledgeable and awesome.

    I really like the work and follow through that Chris and his employees do. They are courteous and respectful to you. They explain everything that doesn’t make you feel stupid. If they can’t do the work they will find a reputable company that can. They show you what they do and the parts that they take out of the car. I will continue to use Firestone in Citrus Heights as my go to car care facility.

    I was thoroughly impressed by the work ethic and enthusiasm displayed by Mark Gordon. He made our very stressful tire problem easier to handle. He has a great attitude and was able to help us in an efficient manner. I felt like his only customer because he was so attentive. While we waited for the inspection to be completed, I had the opportunity to observe his interaction with other customers who came into the store after we had. He was attentive to each and every one. He had immediate recall of services that they provided. He honestly treated everyone with a genuine zeal and appreciation for their patronage. He is the reason that I will return to your store. He is a joy!

    Outstanding service! A/C went out Saturday in 107. Had appt elsewhere for 9 a.m. Sunday. Got there and he said the machine had been down for days. He and other staff rude! I called 11 places and no one could check my A/C that day. Chris at this Firestone said he would squeeze me in between appts. Dropped it off at 11:30 and they called at 1 (not good news, but honest news). Needed compressor, serpentine belt, etc. Car was completely ready to be picked up at 4:30. I was amazed at the service and speed. And didn't have to go another day without a/c in this wicked heatwave! Thank you!!! I would give you ten stars if I could.

    Mark at the Greenback Firestone is excellent to work with. He is honest about the wait times and understands buyers looking for obscure tires. Mark is friendly and calm also, something that is nice when the customer is in panic mode. I don' know the tech's name, but they were perfect on the installation, no damage to my aftermarket wheels, centered the steering wheel during the alignment unlike other shops and were respectful of my car, using plastic to wrap my old tires they carefully placed in the back and seat. I've been to other shops that destroy wheels and leave grease on the interior. I only go to Firestone now.

    We were in Folsom from Ione and wanted to get the oil changed. Allie (not sure of the spelling) answered when I called to make an appointment, and was so friendly and helpful. She provided such amazing customer service that we drove ten miles further than we had planned just to go to her location. She let us know that they were extremely busy, and it might be a long wait...while still making us feel like she wanted our business. She said she would definitely get the job done but that it might be a long wait time. Other places we called were very busy as well, but discouraged us from coming that day and some were even rude and unapologetic about it. It was refreshing to hear her friendly tone on the phone, and when we showed up as well. From now on we will be making the drive from Ione, just to come to this location due to her, and the other employees we encountered when we got there, and their exceptional customer service. It is rare these days to find service like this. We appreciate it greatly.

    Chris and Mark were excellent! Chris gave me honest advice on my brakes, explaining to me why they were making noise and why I didn't need to replace them yet. He told me to bring them back and have them checked in a few months. Having someone take the time to explain things to me and tell me I don't need to replace it builds huge trust! He also gave me the hook up on an oil change which I really appreciated. This is very rare these days unfortunately, so for me I will always bring try car here in the future! Huge thanks to Chris for his outstanding and unmatched service! Thank you so much!

    Mark is my favorite customer service sales person. He treats me with kindness and compassion due to my physical limitation and disability and gives attention to detail regarding my car. He knows my priority (safety first) and my driving habits (long commute to Bay Area). He is a gentleman, and his mother raised him right. Thank you, Mark for being a wonderful human being and making it a pleasure to come to get my car serviced instead of a horrible chore.

    I bring my Honda Odyssey in for oil change every three months. Chris and Shohil are the best. They take good care of me. The last time I brought my car in because it was making a loud whistling noise. I asked Chris to replace the serpentine belt for me to see if that was the problem. He recommended to replace the two rear tires. I asked him if I should replace all four. He said the two front still have about 5-10 thousands miles, so it's my call. I'm a girl and does not know anything about cars. I need someone honest to educate me. Chris have completely satisfied my expectations. I trust these guys with my car. Thank you so much Chris!

    We needed new tires for my wife's car and started calling around. We called Firestone and Chris was willing to have us stop by on our way home to see what size tires we had. He was able to confirm the size and whether or not they had them in stock. We were able to make an appointment for the next day and we're serviced right away.

    I only used Firestone because I thought I was getting a good deal from a groupon I purchased for this one on Greenback and another one on Madison for 3 oil changes at each location. My last appointment at the location on Greenback took 2 hours even though I made an appointment. Then when they were done they told me my air filter was really dirty and when I said that I had just changed it then they came back and said that it was just a little dirty? I don't trust them.

    My wife and I barely made it home on a late Saturday night with a failed alternator on my MDX. Sunday morning I'm in a panic trying to find someone to fix the problem so that I could make it Downtown on Monday morning for an important appointment. Thank goodness the Firestone by my house was open. They were able to replace the alternator and battery on a Sunday, so that I made my meeting Monday morning. I can't thank Firestone enough for being there when they were needed the most, and doing a GREAT JOB.

    They actually showed me the brakes so I could understand better what the problem was. Real nice people, the best Firestone of the five locations in the area, all the way to Roseville, been to them all! Wished I would have taken pictures of my cracked brakes!

    the counter person was In a huge hurry. Like he was moving in super fast motion and racing. Everything was fast, fast, fast. I felt like a product in a conveyer belt on the way to the pacing box. I have visited this shop many times and will not return again.

    I was really impressed about the honesty of the staff with servicing our car, and also the recommendations on what needs to be fixed. The estimated time of repair was actually before the time. I love having a print out hard copy of the services done and the recommendations. I will definitely be back for further service.

    My wife and I pulled up 7:02 pm, with her car badly needing a battery. All but one of the service doors was closed, and "Jason" was ready to close the last service door. I asked him if there was any way he could help us? He said he would check to see if he had a battery that would fit our 2003 Lexus. He did, they installed it, and we were very gratefully on our way!!! Thanks Jason!!!!!!!

    AC went out in my truck. Went in and Vi, was really awesome in helping me get the AC repaired and a coolant exchange done. He was able to get the parts needed and had me back on the road very quickly. I will definitely be back when its time to service my truck again.

    Greatest staff and I can't think of enough compliments. I drive in with a car problem and I immediately am helped. I can never get over how fast my car is worked on even without an appointment. Everything about my car problem is carefully explained to me which I appreciate. Just the greatest! Firestone is my store!!!

    I started off by going in a day before to get an alignment, the wait time was too long for the time I had available so I planned on coming in the next morning. I planned on purchasing the lifetime alignment so the tech put my information into the system to speed up the process for my visit the following morning. Little did I know that he set a appointment for 9am as well. I came in around 10am and the tech at the desk, who seemed to be the manager at the time, scolded me about missing the appointment that I didn't even know had been set. I waited for the car that was getting an alignment to finish, not a problem since I expected to wait. When the alignment tech went out to grab my car, he drove it over the speed bumps in the front of the shop fast enough to hit the frame of my car as well as put an nice dent in my aftermarket exhaust as well as potentially damaging my newly purchased adjustable suspension (the reason I needed the alignment). Once on the alignment machine, the tech proceeded to look at my car for about 15 minutes talking back and forth with the other tech who was working on the SUV in the adjacent bay. He then said something to the tech in the office who called me up to the counter. He explained to me that the alignment tech had no idea how to adjust the camber on the car. I explained that I had adjusted the height and camber plates to where I wanted them and that everything else is adjusted the same way as the stock suspension. All I needed was a stock spec alignment to which I could adjust with later to my needs with the user adjustable parts on my coilovers. I was asked to go talk to the tech and explain to him how to adjust the suspension. After explaining it to him in 3 different ways, he finally had me come into the bay to phisically point to the STOCK STRUT BOLTS that needed to be loosened in order to adjust the rear camber, as well as the front STOCK CAMBER BOLTS that would adjust the front camber. The process took just shy of 2 hours. That was not a problem, I expected it to take some time, the problem was again, being scolded by the tech in the lobby for "not informing them that I had aftermarket suspension" which I most certainly mentioned to the tech the day before when he took my information. I understand their frustration since there was a gentleman in the lobby with me that was also waiting for an alignment, but the way they went about addressing me was quite rude. To my surprise, when they were finished, they took my car for a drive to verify the alignment. When they gave me the numbers, they seemed off to me, but they verified that it was good so I paid and left. I drove my car for maybe 1000 feet and its pulling harder to the right than it was when I eyeballed it in my garage without the expensive laser alignment machine. Next time I go in, I'm going to give them at least a days notice that I'm coming in with aftermarket suspension, as well as a sheet with the alignment specs that they will need to meet. Hopefully they will get it right the second time...

    I limped in on one of those temporary tires, in need of new tires ASAP. I didn't have an appointment but they were still able to put 2 new tires on for a great price and I was out of there in an hour.

    Moved to Lodi ang now go to the Stockton store. Both stores are great. However, I went to the Santa Clara store last August for tire rotation, balance and alignment, and 5 hours later when I went to pick it up...it was not done. I filled a complaint and never heard a word. Now that was bad. No apology...nothing.

    My warning light for rear light was on. Stopped by the store and Shaul quickly determined it was the rear brake light. He replaced the bulb and I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Awesome service.

    I came in running late for my appointment, and found out I apparently was in the wrong store. They called they other location to see if they would have the parts I needed and ended up being able to help me better themselves. They fit me into the schedule and got it all done in a timely manner. I had a coupon that did not exactly fit what I was getting done, but they were able to adjust it to fit my needs. Everything seems to be working really well! I was very impressed!

    I had an unexpected flats tire. Not only did they fit me in on an overly busy day but the young man went into the garage himself and changed it for me during down time in the office so I could be on my way. They were all very respectful, polite and showed great work ethic! I'll be back!

    On or about December 18, 2014 I needed to have a battery cable replaced. I I had AAA replace my Battery and they told me I had to change out the cable in order to protect my warranty. AAA gave me a print out of the test and findings for the electrical system showing everything was fine. I showed that test to the person I was working with at Firestone. At first i was upset because they charged 9/10th of an hour to change the battery cable. The cable was held in place by one bolt. They eventually lowered the price to 2/10th of an hour. High but acceptable. Latter I noticed on the bill they charged me for an electrical systems test. I called up and spoke to the service tech that helped me. He said he would have his manager call to discuss this concern. I never heard from the manager. I have a Firestone Charge card. But I can assure you that I will never use it again.

    I dont usually take my car to do major repairs. I go to the Firestone in Rancho Cordova since I have known them longer. The guys in Greenback usually do a good job. I have had a couple of concerns such as having a headlight go out and then had to bring the car back because the lightbulb went back out after 10 mins of driving. But I did leave my cell phone behind on accident and they held for me until I came back for it.

    Customer service in the lobby could be better. Had to wait for a person to greet me and help me. I had an apt. Said they didn't have time to rotate my tires after my oil change. Would have to wait about an hour or come back another day. I don't live close by so never came back.
