    We took a car in to have it inspected before purchasing. Chad and the service team explained the codes they pulled, as well as other issues they found. They made me feel like they were inspecting the vehicle for a family member. It's good to know that I can trust them with our family's safety.

    Aron (the manager) always goes above and beyond. Excellent experience here everytime! Service is great, employees are professional and very knowledgeable. Clean facility with a comfortable lounging area and the location is excellent as there is dining, banking, gym, park and fast food literally across the street. I refuse to take my car anywhere else

    I greatly appreciated the human kindness I received from the service manager and technician while I was broke down with my family 2 hours from home. The staff here went above and beyond to get me back to whole again. I truly appreciate their hard work and customer service in a time of stress for myself. Thank you Chad and Michael!!

    I started going to Firestone when I had alignment issues. Two other shops gave me the run-around, and were not completely honest. The team at Firestone looked further into the problem and pointed out the actual issue, saving me money in the long run. I have been a loyal customer since.

    This team is absolutely phenomenal, they are friendly, knowledgeable and get things done right the first time. My first visit to firestone was a different location and it was not a good experience decided not to return until my breaks on one car would not stop squeaking after being fixed and my alignment in my other car was not right. Took both vehicles back to the Antelope location both problems fixed with no issues issues. I continue to return for my maintenance on my cars and every experience is wonderful and exceeds my expectations.

    The whole team at this location was great and made the experience enjoyable. The technician Emilio did a great job and even came in early the next day to work on my car. Andrew was great and even asked me if I wanted fresh coffee. Lilly was great in giving me a ride home as I had been there from opening to closing that day and had no way to get home. They even offered to pay for a cab to pick me up the next day! What a great team and experience. There were other members that were always ready to talk to me and to make sure I knew how the work on my car was progressing. All of them were very personable and friendly.

    I've been with Firestone for a long time. I don't need to win anything just to say how happy I am with this company. From Florida to Nevada to California.... I've been sold on Firestone for a long time. There must be a reason I keep coming back. Just saying. :D

    Went in to get a diagnostic check since my check engine light was on. They did the diagnostic and couldn't find the exact reason for the misfire, so they decided to not charge me the diagnostic fee since they couldn't exactly pinpoint the reason for it. Most auto shops would not do that and I really appreciated that gesture. They gave me advice and multiple different reasons to bring the car back if ABC and D happened. So I listen to them, and had to bring the car back by the next week. In doing that they ran another diagnostic ended up finding the reason for the misfires, and completely broke down what they were going to do and how much it was gonna cost and so I made an appointment. I drop my car off and my car was done at the appropriate time that they had estimated, and it was and easy experience when usually car trouble is stressful and expensive. But even so it was a great experience from the maintenance side to the friendly faces inside. I felt good once I left and my car has been running great ever sense. I would definitely recommend Firestone in antelope to someone who is had a bad past experiences with auto car companies like I've had.

    I just want to say that I have been to many of your stores, but I was really impressed with the store Manager Andrew Nelson. I watched unbeknownst to him, how he handled the walk in customers and the staff and answering multiple phone lines. Andrew moved with alacrity throughout the store, which was impressive. I feel he made the customers feel that their vehicles were in good hands. Thank you Firestone for hiring Andrew

    I dropped my car off on a Saturday at 7 am. They were booked and I didn't have an appointment. And they still found time to fix and maintenance my vehicle. I had it back by 5pm. Everyone was friendly and didn't make me feel rushed. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Andrew and Adan.

    Every time I visit Firestone, it is a great visit. Whatever issue I have is taken care of, my wait times are never too long, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I know that my car is being taken care of. Whenever a friend mentions needing work done on their car, I always recommend Firestone.

    This store is one of the cleanest that i have been to. I am all about customer service where ever i spend money and these guys hit a 5/5. Oil change/tire rotation done in about 25 minutes and was informed of upcoming schedule maintenance with a printed sheet and quotes for each one. Sales where not pushed on me and i came out of there knowing what my car actually needs... Keep up the good work firestone!

    When I walked into this store to get my car looked at, I was in a terrible mood and didn't want to be there. I know I came off as rude to Austin at the front desk but he was genuine and personable in his customer service. Austin exceeded my expectations of what customer service was and I can honestly say that he made me feel like I was in good hands by coming to Firestone. He was authentic and honest in letting me know what was going on with my car and how Firestone could help me. I'm not much of a review writer but I was blown away by the Customer Service that Austin showed me. It's hard to come by people like that in the automotive buissness, I will definitely be coming back to the Antelope Firestone as a regular customer, and I will be recommending you guys to whoever needs there vehicle worked on.     I had purchased a set of tires for my 2010 Porsche Boxster S and after reviewing a number of installers from the TireRack website, picked this store as shipping destination and for the installation. They offered the services I wanted and were conveniently located. A friend of mine already said, great place, I've heard good things about them. It turned out of be an excellent choice. The people in the front office were friendly and communicative. The shop itself, sparking clean, and they are equipped to handle the tire sizes and do Roadforce balancing. The work was done on time and to my satisfaction. I have already recommended this store to friends and will continue to do so. When I need tires for either of my cars, I will not hesitate to go here again.

    These guys were honest and friendly... I was there for 3 hours with a walk in alignment job and heard them interact with about 8 customers regarding recommended services and they were all solid recommendations... nothing outlandish like needing a whole electrical diagnostic, alternator and new battery for a simple corrosion issue on the terminals. My experience was very positive.

    The service performed was thorough and worth the money spent. Went in for a brake job and to correct pulsing during breaking and the issue was resolved completely. It was also presented that the serpentine belt was damaged and was replaces. Given the reliance I have on my vehicle I greatly appreciated the service and will gladly return.

    An OEM part needed to be ordered for my repair. I made an appointment for 3 days later. Upon arrival to my appointment, I was told the part had never delivered by the dealership. After offering to give me a ride home to wait.....the technician made a special trip to Roseville Auto Mall (20min drive) to get my part. My car was repaired within 2-1/2hrs of my appointment time (which was only an hour, or so over the projected time for the repair. I am VERY pleased with the auto service, as well as the customer service at this Firestone location. I WILL return in the future for any needs my car may have. THANK YOU for going above and beyond!

    I had multiple issues with my car. I made an appointment online, and they are not too far from my house. Very convenient. These guys are very pleasant and efficient. They let me know what needed to be fixed immediately, and what could safely wait until a later time. The prices seem reasonable to me. They even have Wifi in their waiting room, so I could bring my laptop with me and do work while I was waiting for the car. I would definitely go here again.

    Had a car sitting. I explained to them what i needed which was a full tune up. I needed to pass smog. The price was 600.00 on first quote. Then they kept finding problems. Total bill was over 1200.00. So i go to pick the truck up pay and get to my truck and the lights on the inside of truck are on because something was wrong. I went back inside and one of the guys came out to help me figure out why the inside lights were on. After 5 minutes he figured out they didnt do something right and eventually he got the light to go off. So i roll off the lot headed home and before i could get half way home the truck overheated and i was stuck on the side of the road. I imediately call firestone and told them the truck overheated and they tell me its not their fault but if i bring the truck back they can check it out. I couldnt drive the truck because it was stopped and smoking very bad. So i left the truck parked on the side of the road and i never made it back to them. Really upset because this happened in December and now its Feburary and my truck is still on the side of the road and still havent passed smog because its not drivable. Now i have recieved tickets for parking and non registration. I blame Firestone for all of this. They made suggestions and i payed 600.00 more than expected because i trusted their opinion. But to overheat after a tune up is unexceptable. and im still out of a trnths later. And they havent did anything to help me. I feel they should of had my truck ready for smog and if i had other issues they should have caught them. Especially when i left the truck with them for a week or so. Plus i spent alot of money i didnt have. So upset.very un helpful and unexceptable.

    For 6 months I had AC issues. Thermostat would turn on and off randomly on our 03 Corolla. I flushed the radiator, tried to add more freon and checked all pertinent fuses. Still HOT air blowing through the vents. I finally gave in to their AC diagnostics check expecting to pay for major repair. To my surprise, they found nothing wrong and our AC has been frigid ever since! I paid nothing more than the diagnostic and I was driving home in the freezing interior. Thanks Firestone.

    The reason for the 3 star was because the manager did not seem to go out of his way to please his customer (me). After paying my bill, I ask if Firestone gave military discounts, he yes, that's great. I asked him he would do this for me on my bill, he said he could not because the transaction was already complete. It would have been nice if he made an effort to try to give me a discount. But he didn't make an effort. Yes, it was partially my fault for not bringing it up before hand, but I forgot. Next time I know, if I go back for any major work.

    I have used this location for various services om my cars and truck. Everything from tires and brakes, oil changes to replacement of a catalytic converter. In every instance their service and knowledge has been exemplary! Work has been completed on time and as promised!

    I swore I would never use Firestone again, because of a problem I experienced in Santa Clara Firestone. I took my brand new (3 months old) T-Bird in for the break in oil change. Car was finished and I got in to leave. I had to stop at another store in the area so I had gone only about 300yds when my oil light had come on. I headed back to Firestone and told them what happened. After checking the car, they found that someone forgot to put the oil in, and to make matters worse, the quality control person, who supposedly checks to make sure all maint.was complete had signed off that all was OK. Good thing I didn't get out on the road or I would have probably blown engine on a 3 month old car. I never used Firestone again until 2 years ago when my low air light had come on. I was next to the Antelope Firestone when this happened so to be safe I pulled in. Explained to the girl what had happened and she said she would be happy to take a look and see what the problem was. They took my car in within 15 minutes while I was speaking with the girl. She really made me feel wanted with the conversation, and we found out that her husband and I were in the same business. After about 45 minutes they finished and said they could not find any problems other than low air. All tires had proper air put in and I asked how much. She told me "No charge" I was very suprised. All was good for the next few days but then the light came on again. Took car in with same results and still no charge. This continued to happen 4 or 5 more times with same results. Finally car was brought in to check air pressure sensors. No problem was found. They decided to over inflate my tires and check them for leaks. At this time a small hole in one of the sidewalls was detected. Tires had about 20 thousand miles left so since the puncture could not be fixed I bought 2 new tires. When it came time to pay I was very suprised at the cost. When I asked if cost was correct it was explained to me that all the times I had come in for the problem this problem should have been caught sooner. They had given me a huge discount for my troubles. I have now moved to Roseville but it was time to replace the other 2 tires. I went back to get some pricing and there was a different crew there. I did not get the same friendly feeling from this gentleman that I had received from the previous group. He made me feel like he was doing me a favor to help me. I bought my tires somewhere else that made me feel like my business was important to them. You had a good crew there, what happened?

    I had gone into the FireStone Store at 9:am to get an oil change because I was leaving out of town. At approx. 11:am I was told my car was ready. When I went into the store they had told me that the tires needed to be replaced. I told them if they had them in stock to go ahead. After waiting for another 2 hours. I finally got my car back at 3pm P.S.T. It would have been nice to be told that I was planning to leave the car all day. I had missed my God-daughter birthday party due to not having a car.

    They do all my check ups, oil changes and tire issues! They have been co plete and through. Excellent customer service. Ive been to other Firestone stores and not recieved the quality of service that i recieve at this store. Kudos to the management.

    Most of the time my service is great. The staff is always very friendly and explains things well. The only problem I have is that I needed to have a headlight changed in my vehicle (not an easy task on this particular model) and the lamp they put in is not as bright as the other. Most of my driving is in the daytime so I did not notice the difference until a month later. I have been out of town, but hope that they will fix this issue when I return. Just wish they would have checked this out while it was in the shop the first time.
