Job Description for Retail Associates in North Little Rock

When you join Firestone Complete Auto Care’s North Little Rock retail team, you’ll become the first point of contact between new guests and our company. Building positive relationships over the phone and in-person will be your top priority, as well as recommending tires and services. On a regular basis, you can anticipate customer questions such as, “What tires do you recommend?” “Is it time for me to get high mileage oil?” and “Are you open on weekends?” You will help guests make informed auto repair decisions, and handle customer complaints with excellent care.
