I had another bad experience and I am still waiting on someone to contact me

I previously visited the Firestone Store in Troy, AL and my experience was not so good. I did a survey after my not so good experience and thought it is only fair that I respond to my latest experience which was great. To try to sum it up, earlier this month I went to Firestone for a simple oil change and tire rotation..nothing unusual. After leaving the store my car didn't drive as it had previously, it was worse. After three visits to Firestone to correct what was wrong, it finally got corrected. I think my most surprising experience was that the store manger, Judah Griner, was willing to work with me to get things corrected although neither of us could figure out what went wrong or if my car already had the issue, although it didn't have a problem before hand. Judah examine the issue and told me what the problem was and then sit down with me to try to figure out a good solution for me as well as the store. We came to an agreement where I would pay a portion to correct the issue and the store would take care of the remaining portion. In my opinion there are times that auto care shops take advantage of females as though they are oblivious to car issues when actually some females know just as much if not more about vehicles than men do. Kudos to Judah for customer appreciation and not making me feel inferior to what's perceived as a man's world. I felt Judah was being truthful with me and I think I came out on the better end. So if I had an award I could give Judah it would be TheStore Manager who cares. Having someone where you do business at that is concerned gets five stars ***** from me. My vehicle is my transportation to my job and I try very hard to keep it up to par so thank you Judah for the best experience I've had with an auto care shop. Hopefully I won't have to see you again until my next oil change and hopefully the next one will be much smoother. Again, thank you. Satisfied Customer, Kimberly Wright.

Have been bringing all of our vehicles here for quite a few years now. Will keep coming back too. No issues, always completed work on time and on the first time.

I received exceptional, timely service from an associate at Firestone. While I originally came in to repair one flat tire, he helped me find the best deal on four tires. After we made the selection, the mechanics repaired my vehicle in a timely fashion. Very pleased.

I was having issues with tire sensor light indicator staying on. Thomas Gregg checked left rear low tire a few days before and did not find anything wrong with it. However, didn't notice light didn't go off. I took vehicle back in a few days later and Mr. Gregg Thomas and Greg, found a nail in right rear. They took care of the issue with the light sensor and nail in tire. Very Pleased

The customer service was above and beyond. Their effective communication and concern was unexpected, yet most welcome. This is the best experience I've ever had with Firestone.

Be prepared to be sold things your car doesn't need. This is one of the most expensive places in town to get work done.
