I walked in feeling very welcomed. Right away they offered me promos and discounts. Super nice guys and they changed my tires/ oil the same day. I didn't even called for an appointment and they had everything done in less then 2 hours. I highly recommend Firestone to my friends and everyone looking for professional work. They made me feel safe again driving my car. Especially with all this rainy and cold weather, my new all season tires gives me one less thing to worry about. Thank all you guys from Firestone for your amazing work.

The car you looked at and worked on was my daughters who is going to College in Klamath Falls, OR. This was a car we just purchased and Firestone did an inspection to make sure everything was ok. It made us feel really good when the employee call us and stated the car was in really good shape. The only issue they found was the back brakes had some wear. His comments made me feel a lot better about my daughter’s trip to K Falls and also the normal driving around. Thank You….., Jim

Made an appointment to get new tires. Job was done quickly. The staff was very helpful. They worked on my daughter's car before and took very good care of her. Charles is super patient when explaining things. We will be back for sure!

I brought my 2004 explorer in to have wiring done told him i had another company check the fuses and also computer board in the door he did not pay attention also any ways he called my up after that and told me the radio does not work and talked to my mom early that day said the car was running and all of a sudden stopped running ...I thought when working on electrical you turn off the car and then check after working on it ..and then he told me it would cost me more money to fix the car i thought that was strange i had proof my car ran well radio worked and then a guy from corporate called and said they would fix it 380.00 into the all ready i was grateful for that but pleases do not take advantage of people that is wrong ...

After being jerked around by TWO dealerships telling me it's an $800+ repair the whole team here helped me out to find the real problem and it came out to cost half of that. They did amazing. I cannot express how comfortable and happy I am with their service. AJ, Charles, and Andrea, if that's how it's spelled, you guys are awesome.

About 18 months ago I had major AC work done on my 2006 Ford Five Hundred. The compressor has just gone out yet again and I found out it only had a 12 month warranty. To replace it costs another $1500! It's disturbing that a major company like Firestone would use sub-standard replacement parts. I checked with another local auto care facility less than a mile from Firestone and they will only use compressor kits that carry a lifetime warranty. So now my air conditioning is going to be rolling down the window and I have to relegate Firestone to oil changes only.

I went in yesterday to have my tires rotated and I also had an issue with my car oil. Turns out, the last time I went to get my oil changed (about a month prior!) at a different shop, the guys did not do it correctly. Firestone on HWY 99 not only rotated my tires, but also did a free oil change for me! The service was wonderful. I'll be back for sure.

I've had tires put on and two oil changes here and both have been quick and done very well with no making up problems so you spend money like you get at most mechanical service places. Staff are super nice and very knowledgeable. If someone asked me for a recommendation I would tell them this location.

you had a great team for over 15 yrs. then a bad team for about a year, now you have a pretty good team. The manager is willing to help. You have serviced 5 cars including suv and Jag for me for many years. The bad team did cost me some extra dollars, but I will continue to use your service for all.

I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST AND RECEIVED VERY GOOD SERVICE. I LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY ALWAYS ASK TO PUT IT ON MY FIRESTONE ACCOUNT - THAT WAY I CAN SEE IT IN THE MAIL AND THEN HAVE THE OPTION OF ON LINE PAY OR CHECK.

I got a flat tire in Kennewick, WA while traveling and Firestone was the only store open to replace the tire. They gave me a new tire and within 10 miles my tire pressure light was on. The pressure hadn't changed so the sensor was no longer working. When I got home to the Firestone in Vancouver, WA I was told the sensor needed to be replaced (not cheap), and they claimed it had probably just died on its own even though it only stopped working immediately after the tire had been replaced. They agreed it was suspicious, but were rude when I asked whether they would cover it since it was likely the other Firestone store that had broken it in the first place. They said there was nothing they could do and refused to even call the Kennewick store to confirm or consult with them to see if I could get it refunded. So they were both rude and unhelpful, saying I'd have to take up the matter with the other store myself.

I recently had a tire with a slow leak and took my car into the Vancouver store. There was a nail in the tire and I wanted the tire repaired. After an hour of waiting and watching other people being waited on I asked what was the delay. I guess they lost the paperwork. They then looked at my tire, took out the nail, and told me it was not repairable. Then they wanted to sell me a set of tires which I could not afford and I told them no. They put the tire back on the car but now, with the nail pulled out it went flat before I got it out of the parking lot. I had to take off the tire and put on the spare. I then took the tire to another shop (not Firestone) which fixed the tire and it has worked fine ever since.

I have used Firestone at the 99 st location since we moved to Ridgefield WA in July 2012. The staff has been nothing less than professsional, prompt in my interactions. My wife & I will continue to use this site for our primary care facility for our vehicles as long as we live in Ridgefield. The staff & tecnicians are amazing.

I did not purchase my tires here but I had a flat and stopped here to have it fixed. The spare was on the vehicle and the flat in the cargo area. Right away I am given a hard pitch for a lifetime alignment because it was "obvious" I needed an alignment. Declined. I did need wiper blades so I asked for those to be replaced. Even though it was only $30 or so, I was advised that the pressure sensor mechanism would have to be replaced. Since that wasn't an issue before the flat, I declined. Then the big hook, the flat could not be fixed because the puncture was at an odd angle and Firestone's Safety Policy based on their liability insurance would not allow them to repair the tire. I was briefly considering a new tire until I was informed that I would need to replace at least 2 so they would wear evenly and 4 was highly recommended since they were near the end of their tread life. What? These tires have a 40K mile warranty and have close to but less than 20K miles. When I stated this - suddenly the "salesman" claimed he made a mistake and misread the measurement gauge so in this case 2 new tires would be the best option. No thank you, I'll just take my unrepairable tire and go. I am presented an invoice for the wiper blades and a roughly $25 service fee for inspecting the tire. The next morning I took the vehicle to another tire dealer in close proximity to Firestone, they made the repair in 15 minutes with no charge. All they said was "thank you for coming to see us today and please remember us when you need your next set of tires." You bet I will! I wish I could go in to more detail but the guidelines for posting a review state "Refrain from mentioning competitors or the specific price you paid." Now I understand the reason for this policy. Finally, I want to point out that I am not writing this report revengefully, I forgot about the incident as it occurred a few months ago. Firestone solicited this review via my email. Since this wasn't their 1st request for my review, maybe if they know what my story is they will stop spamming me.
