I needed new tires. They gave me a great deal matched a computer's price, got me out in a timely manner, and I got a list of next possible maintenance needs with no sales pressure. It was awesome.

They changed out my water pump and I don't know if they forgot to put the thermostat back in and hookup the sensor or what happened. When I drove it home I had no hot air or temperature gauge didn't move at all. When I got home I called and explained what was happening and took it back two days later when I had the available time and left it with them all day. They hooked up the sensor and put a thermostat in and re-flushed the system. Original bill was for $475 and then they were going to charge me $235 more for the corrected visit. Rick agreed with me and refunded me the $235. I'd like to know why the $475 wasn't refunded also since your policy is fixed right the first time or its free?

I went yesterday during the worst storm this year and they were outstanding. They immediately diagnosed it was my alternator and quickly repaired it. Rick did a terrific job.

This is the second set of tires I have purchased from the Spanaway location in the last month and the 3rd set in the last 2 years. I keep going back because their service is exceptional, friendly sales and service staff, and the price of the tires can't be beat for the quality of tire I receive.

I recently called in and asked for a battery for my make and model car. It turns out that they had one battery to my spec. Showed up 5 minutes later and took about 15 minutes to purchase. I installed myself later. Nice and quick.

Being a widow, it's tough to take your car in for repairs and feel confident that you aren't being taken advantage of, due to lack of car knowledge. I can tell you that I have NEVER had such a wonderful experience as the one that I recently had at Firestone in Spanaway, when my truck didn't pass emissions. I had spent over $1,500.00 at a different auto re-pair shop trying to locate the vapor leak that was causing the issue. I had finally given up, until my truck didn't pass emissions, and I was forced to, once again, figure out the problem. Firestone was on the list of repair shops given to me by the emissions place, and now I had no choice but to research it further, so I went. They found the culprit (a split hose) within the first 10 minutes of inspecting my truck! I was so relieved and extremely grateful! Besides solving my problem in a timely and COST EFFECTIVE manner, the place is immaculate! I've never seen an auto repair place that was so clean! The staff was professional, of course, but also friendly and personable. It was my first time there, and I felt quite comfortable and well-taken care of. Being a single female, I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. . .I truly felt like they were straight shooters, and I trust that they took good care of me. I would absolutely recommend Firestone to my family and friends! My car will be needing new tires soon, so when the time comes I will definitely become a return-customer! :)

DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! Called for an appointment and quote on services I wanted. Had to get serious, firm, and direct with the guy I was speaking with trying to tell me there's no need to do a diagnostic if the check engine light isn't on. But I had a diag done at another location with printouts and wanted a second opinion. Then, was quoted almost $200 more for new tires at this location than the other location that I had the diag done at. Second time they've over quoted for services than other locations and my last time dealing with them. Only wanted their service due to convenience. But i'll stick with the Lakewood Towne Center location from now on. Much friendlier customer service, honest, and trustworthy.

I've been going to this firestone for years, as a matter of fact since the first day the store opened up. Shawn is an excellent Manager. He has been honest and quite professional and keeps to his word on repairs to my vehicle which in turn keeps my confidence level up and thats what makes me keep going back to this Firestone.

Called to make appt was quoted a lower price on the phone for A/C recharge; after the service began, I was quoted a higher cost for the recharge. I chose Firestone because of the lower cost. Did not work out that way. I was there over an hour and half; the place was really busy probably because it was Sunday, but.....during that time I heard 2 customers get loud with the TECH because they were told one thing on the phone, but something different when they got there. That's not good business.

The Spanaway location can't even diagnosis the issue. They just want to replace parts and call that good. They are too slow and expensive. They have no technical skill in the automotive industry. They should just stick to selling tires. Very unprofessional ie poorly trained. Also they don't get the parts wholesale but instead get them from autozone or any other part store so the customer has it fit the bill.

I made an appointment online to get my oil changed, and it was a very pleasant experience. The great customer service I experienced both of the times I've been to this location was splendid. I truly appreciate the way in which my appointment time is honored which means there is minimal wait.

I have been very satisfied with tires and service Firestone for many years. I recently had tire, on my wife's car, replaced at a local store in Washington and asked that a wheel bearing be checked. The car was returned to me with no mention of a bearing problem. We took a trip to California shortly after the tire was replaced and I kept hearing a noise that I believed to be from a bad bearing. While in California I placed the car on a jack and found the wheel to have noticeable free play. The Firestone dealer there confirmed/replaced the defective bearing. I will still go to Firestone for service, but my faith in their diagnostic ability has been diminished.

Had a "Check Engine" light on. But light is still on and I'm still paying it off; Still they tried and were wanting to do the right thing, or so it seemed. After all is said and done, I am still willing to give them one more chance after all I have always liked Firestone wherever I lived.

came in on a Sunday with a nail in the tire was convinced to fill out an application for credit when I decided not to purchase all new tires my tire with a nail was put back on my vehicle and was told that they were unable to help me had to drive to another tire repair shop where the nail was taken out and I was very happy with their service
