I originally came in for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment and fuel system cleaning, and ended up also getting a coolant flush and two new tires. The tires were not installed correctly the first time because they were both installed on the passenger side instead of both on the rear axle. The service advisor tried to tell me that the mechanic got confused when installing the tires because two of my tires are directional. That excuse is either a complete lie or the mechanic is completely incompetent; he was the one who installed the two new tires so he should know where to put them in the first place, regardless of other directional tires! This is even worse because the shop manager was apparently supervising the only two mechanics working that day, and he didn't catch this mistake. Although the mechanic fixed it at no charge (as you obviously should), there was nothing done for me to compensate me for my wasted time. Secondly, when I was asking the service advisor questions, one of the mechanics joined the conversation to offer information. He was extremely condescending to me throughout the entire conversation. He told me that I probably made my car worse because I had been driving it with the check engine light on for about a week (I have a job and can't drop everything to take my car in immediately). He then proceeded to tell me I was basically wasting gas and money by filling up my car with my check engine light because it was all going to waste. If that is the case, then why did they even supposedly perform the fuel injector cleaning in the first place? Instead of advising me about what is in the best interest of me and my specific car, they performed the service (and suggest additional services only based on mileage and not actually based on inspecting my car according to my service advisor) knowing that this was a waste of my money. The service advisor didn't even acknowledge the fact that my engine light was on because they didn't have time to run a diagnostic anyway. In no way shape or form was any of the employees I encountered looking out for or respecting my interests. I am thoroughly disgusted by the Firestone at Willow Lawn, and this is not the first time I have questioned whether or not the mechanics at this location actually performed the work for which I was billed. I feel disrespected for the way I was talked to by the technician as well as the flagrant lack of respect Firestone employees seem to have for their customers and their cars. My time (and money) has now been wasted twice by the employees at the Willow Lawn Firestone, and no one has attempted to compensate me for this even though the error was completely that of the mechanic's. I feel like I was taken advantage of at this store. I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the tire installation and associated fees ($49.96) as it was not done correctly. I will not be returning to Firestone and I will discourage everyone I know from going there because of my experience and wasted money. I will be sharing my experience with other review sites, and I will also be contacting the Bridgestone Retail Operations Customer Retention department.

Overall my experience at Firestone was fantastic the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and kept me well informed of all of the work as it was being done I made the appointment and shopped for my tires online on my smartphone actually it made the in store experience a lot faster than just walking in because they all ready had all of my information. I took my 08 Nissan frontier in just for the tire replacement and I added a state inspection and a oil change also and they still had me on my way in well under 2 Hr. Very satisfied customer I would definitely recommend them to all of my family and friends. Way to go Firestone thumbs uupppp. I give 5 STAR'S.

I had my 2004 Infiniti at Firestone because my check engine light was on. They kept me informed on what the problem was and what needed to be done. I also bought tires, had a brake job and an oil change. My vehicle runs better than ever. They were very courteous. Great job Firestone!

I called around a week ago to get a last minute Saturday or Sunday appointment to get my tired replaced and to my surprise the Firestone location at Southside Plaza amazingly able to accommodate me on Saturday morning providing me with fast and friendly service with a smile. I applied and received a card while there and was sent home with a nice welcome kit. I was definitely impressed.

I recently scheduled an appointment for two of my vehicles, Chris spoke with me directly to ensure that the requested services was what I indeed needed for my vehicle. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I do not know much about cars so he also recommended future options to maintain my vehicles full potential. Other facilities make you feel as though your car will fall apart once you drive away without getting the recommended add-ons but Chris had a time-frame as to when I should consider getting additional maintenance done. Thank you and your team for your service.

I use them on an "AS NEEDED" basis; however, the way that I am always treated by the professionals there, I'd never want to go elsewhere. I'm confident that the Auto Maintenance is always going to be done right the very first time at a reasonable price.

my last visit I got oil change and another part repaired on wheel also and alignment and they did not rotate my tires. the store manager told me I have to request this service. I never had to do that in the past. I had another issue when I got tires put on during another visit had to come back next day because they put mix match tires on my vehicle. I'm very annoyed with this store I don't want to ever go back. its sad because I have been bringing all my vehicles to firestone since 1999 and plaza location since 2004
