I wouldn't go anywhere else for any car care or car advice. They are honest, trustworthy and helpful. I feel very well taken care of there and that means everything to me.

I was for an oil change.I had an appointment for 0900 am.I was there on time but they took the car inside for service after an hour. They did not give me an explanation why it took so long, and once again they found my plate light out. It seems weird because I just had the same light changed 3 months ago.I realized that when I got home and I check the invoice from 3 month ago.I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Greg, the serive advisor was an absolute delight to work with. I can't begin to tell you how a very bad morning was turned into a fantastic experience at the Southport Crossing location. Greg could not have been more kind, or more helpful. He got us back on the road to continue our travels ..... He is a rare commodity in this age of technology. He put the "human" back into humanity. Thank you thank you!

I would like to have been shown on my vehicle the things that the technician indicated needed done rather than shown prices and expect me to believe him. Especially since my 1st experience with Firestone was disappointing. I purchased a new set of tires, then was shown a computer generated sheet indicating all tires toed in requiring an alignment plus frozen cam bolts requiring additional $. I did not get the service that day. Instead I went to where my car is regularly serviced. The result was one tire slightly toed in. Also he showed me the cam bolts and they did not need replaced nor were they frozen in place. Seeing is believing and that's where my trust begins. Unfortunately neither has happened at Firestone.

The manager Greg was super helpful and friendly, the technician I believe named Mike was baligerant and very arrogant. I will never use this location again.

got the front wheel hub replaced on my Escape. Daughter picked up vehicle and brought it home. got a call that they forgot to replace the hub cap. Had to go all the way back to the shop to pick it up. Got a lame half hearted apology no offer to make this right. I really question now the quality of work when something this simple was over looked, Obviously no one checked the mechanics work. He looked right at the mistake before taking the vehicle out of the garage and still did not see the hub cap wasn't replaced. I had to make an extra trip back to the shop and use more gas and mess up my schedule for this. Unacceptable. I WILL NOT BE BACK OR BE RECOMMENDING THIS SHOP TO ANYONE

My car broke down on 465 on a Saturday night. The staff at the Firestone store was available to help me first thing on Sunday morning which was fantastic since I was in Indianapolis for business. Once they analyzed my car, the man at the desk spoke to me in plain terms that I could understand. The diagnosis was not good, but I had a clear understanding of my path forward. I set off to buy a new car grateful for the fast excellent service that I received.

Last week I took my Son's car in for tires another place told him he needed Rotors and wanted to charge 800.00. I always find Firestone fair and honest.

Had to make two separate appointments for a brake inspection. Showed up to the second appointment on time. 2 hours later I received a phone call that they couldn't find anything wrong and I could come pick it up. Was charged $95 dollars for this which was never discussed. All of my other experiences with this company have been good. Not sure what happened here.

We have followed manager Greg Sample from store to store for years because of his honesty, loyalty to good customers, and experience. Hope he stays at the Southport location. It's close to home.

I want to taking a minute to give two thumbs up to my local Firestone Complete Auto Care South Southport RD & Emerson Indianapolis, IN. These people are some of the nieces and professional work force I deal with. Service Manager Jeff I want to personally applaud you for going the extra mile on a couple of my Autos Thank you and your team. After this team of men and women do work on my autos I have NO worries that it will be safe for myself and my family to drive our autos. You always wonder what work you really need to have done when you go in for an oil change to any auto service center/dealership and they come back with a list of items they would "recommend". Michelle, the manager always makes me feel comfortable wtih my decision on what to do and not to do. She treats you like a friend, not a customer.

I have only used Firestone on Southport in Indianapolis for about 2 years. They always check things out, tell me of any problems and then give me a price before they do anything. Sometimes the price is lower. I have been very satisfied. I have a 2001 Buick with 160,000 miles on it and they told me I should be able to get it to 200,000 if I take care of it. Wow - who wouldn't want to hear that? I do not intend to take my car anywhere else and have told my family and friends about the service I have received.

I made the appointment for flushing cooling system and filling with new antifreeze. When I first heard the price, I thought it was high. Fortunately I had a $20.00 coupon, you had a $20.00 rebate, and I had $10.00 from doing a review on my last service, so the price was where it was supposed to be. I always like the lady who is at the desk, and I always appreciate that there is no pressure do get recommended work done immediately. I do have an issue with a price quote. I suspect it is not correct, because it work I have done on cars in the past and it is just quoted too high. I will go in and ask if there is a mistake; I'm sure it can be explained if indeed it is correct.

Always very friendly, and did everything they said they would do. I made my appointment. Dropped off my car. They called me when it was done. Walked in, payed for the service. They explained what they did. Asked if there was anything else I needed. Thanked me for my business, and out the door I went. Great Service!!

I had the oil changed in my Toyota a month ago and was disappointed that the technician did not inform me up front that the vehicle would take a premium oil service. The bill shocked my husband and I when we picked up the car and the cost for a premium oil change was much more than other places (especially since other places topped off my windshield washer fluid, rotated tires, etc as part of the cost). What really annoyed me was that for all the money we paid, the technician was too lazy to turn off my maintenance light after the oil change, which is still on. I expected more from Firestone and was very disappointed.
