Based on my personal need it was obvious they were looking out for my best interest. First I needed tires for my high end car at a future date. 4 different team members went way beyond the call of duty to accommodate me, especially since it was not an emergency, and there was no guarantee that I was going to purchase anything . After the first member helped, I decided to become a customer for life. So I brought my low end car in. We discussed tires/wheels/used tires/ side wall differences/ overall diameters/ traction treads/breaking traction and tire quality. The team members were very knowledgeable about all things related to tires. I said, "I want 4 new tires." Shop hand said there is nothing wrong with this one. And then told me options of what I could do with it. He also explained each and every wear pattern on my other three tires. It is obvious this team is not out to make a quick buck, but customer service is first. Any tire I need from here on out, will be bought at this location including my next four that I need next week.

2nd trip to fix the same problem...had to wait and wait on the technician because he was off on the day I came in. Only ne technician to work on anything let alone the air conditioner in Texas is not thinking of your customers.

Always a good experience! They are very friendly and the service is done in a very timely fashion! I always call for an appointment and it has been done at the time scheduled!

Best. Experience. Ever. I've got a new set of tires at a great price. Kyle and the rest of the staff was extremely courteous, patient, respectful and explained everything. If you're a woman and hate that condescending feeling you get at some automotive shops, you're not going to find it here!

Call ahead for appointment and they will work to get you in and out quickly. Friendly staff that will consider cost and offer best solution.

My wife brought my vehicle in for the state inspection. The technician failed the car due to worn tires. The tires will need to be replaced at some point but they were not overly worn. We took the vehicle to another station and it easily passed inspection. This Firestone used a shady tactic to pressure us into buying tires and I do not appreciate that.

I have been to El Dorado shop and their reception is way better, spacious and comfortable. It may be because it was a weekend and lots of guest that day but never the less, the person in the counter should have provided mono blocks for people just sitting on the floor. Adequate seating should be a priority as part of customer service. Though, I will still come back as I have confidence on the company's technical expertise.

I generally like going to Firestone, but the truth is there is a lot of turnover with the service advisor. Some are really good and some are not. I got a bad one last time I was there.

I was in town for my daughter's tournament when I realized I had a nail stuck in my tire. Your staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me get my tire fixed and back to my daughter's tournament as soon as possible.

Took my cae in for an alignment in the morning car was there all day. Was not ready on time. Upon picking the car up the alignment was not right. Car had a vibration around 60 mph. Took car back for realignment, to find out Sergio left the right tie rod loose. Also was told the front lower control arm bushings were bad. Parts were not quoted for replacement. On the second visit the car was dropped off at nine o'clock in the morning. The car was not checked until I called to check on the status. The vehicle was not ready until almost closing at seven o'clock. I was very appreciative that Albert stayed after his scheduled time to make sure my vehicle was fixed correctly.

I had originally brought my car in for an AC check but $120 later it still does not work. I had an appt for 5pm but I was able to bring the car in at 12pm, they were not able to check the car the same day so they kept it over night. No calls were given to give an update. I finally called the next day and asked. I was told they were unable to reproduce the issue but the freon was low. I said to fill it up thinking that was the issue, although I'm not a mechanic. After abt an hr, they called me to say it was the condenser and it would cost $1200. If I knew it was the condenser, I wouldn't of paid up for the freon. I brought the car back home with no resolution but still paid for the service that wasn't needed. Total waste of money!

I went in a week ago and was given great service by the mechanic and sales person. A week later my car had the same problem that was "fixed". The general manager did not do ONE thing to compensate my time and I was charged another $300 to "fix" my car's problem. I feel since I have been a loyal customer the manager should have offered me some sort of compensation.

I have a lifetime alignment contract for my SUV, but since I'm not paying them any additional money, I always feel like I'm not as much of a priority to them as other customers. My wait time was almost 3 hours, and when I asked the salesperson to check the condition of my spare tire, he said it would be difficult. Funny thing to hear from someone who's in the tire business. Anyhow, I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere to have the spare checked out. Also, I went on Christmas Eve, and the store's website said that they closed at 5:00, but I heard the salesperson tell a customer over the phone that they closed at 3:00 that day. Seems to me they wanted to do as little as possible so that they could leave early. Not a very customer-oriented business. I wouldn't recommend this particular location.

Service was in Nov. 2014 Took car in (early on a Friday) for radiator leak. Took hours before car was attended to. Three days later and an a new radiator later, cars was finally complete.

I came in this past Saturday to have my car troubles checked out. Tony, the employee working the front, went above & beyond to explain everything to me, showed me all the issues, and did everything to accommodate my specific circumstances. The work was efficient & great quality!

I had my wife car service at Firestone and the crew there was very professional and friendly. They explain what services were done and what services were need. I really enjoyed the conversation with the staff during my wait. Very impressive!!
