Probably the service was last week. Needed the service of vehicle state inspection. The service from front desk was outstanding and friendly. The service didn't take long as thought.

Called telling them I needed an emergency check to see what was wrong with my battery, for my car kept dying after I turned it off. They had an opening, gave me an appointment and fixed the issue in about an hour.

I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE BRAKE SERVICE I HAD DONE ON MY LAST VISIT, I THOUGH YOU WOULD FLUSH THE COMPLETE BRAKE LINE. THEY ONLY EMPTY THE RESERVOIR, LEAVING THE OLD FLUID IN THE LINES AND WHEEL CYLINDERS. NOT A GOOD PRACTICE. ///////..///

Ever since I moved to El Paso, I've been using the Firestone store at Fort Bliss. It's always been a pleasure and a very quick service, until last week... Unfortunately, I spent more than four hours waiting, no updates unless I asked, and I came out of there with more problems than what I had before,to the point they reduced the cost and I had Togo back, two times, first for three hours, then about one hour... It was frustrating, but I can't complain about the service. So I say please keep your customers updated and informed at all times. That would help a lot.

I needed a plug for my tire. The gentleman who worked on it was very nice and professional. It was another employee who was cleaning up inside who was extremely rude. He was an older Hispanic man and if it wasn't for this employee i would have given our experience a 5 stars. The timeliness was awesome for the man who worked on my vehicle and like i said he was very professional. The other man was very rude. He rudely told my husband to move our vehicle then he bumped me without saying "excuse me" "I'm sorry "or anything. Great experience minus this employee

Charged me $50 for them to tell me something I already knew. Then they tell me I have internal damage (they don't check internal engines) but yet they tell me I need a new engine and to take it back for them to replace. Not going to happen

I used their online calculator to get an estimate prior to calling. Received different pricing than online quote or what was quoted off Post! When I mentioned the exact price quoted off Post plus their Military discount, they changed the price to $10 higher than off Post. I checked all the negative Google reviews and called first. Just what I expected.

My car needed an oil change badly and we had to come through there and stayed on base so it was very convenient. However, when your ad says "complete" car care I figured it is that. I asked if someone there can check one of the seat belts, I was told that they don't do that there!

The entire experience was great. The manager, who I originally spoke to, answered every question, and though the shop was incredibly busy, he took the time to come and say hello after my return. Great service all around. Will definitely recommend.

Had car checked out prior to deployment. Wife drove it maybe 1000 miles, brought car in for oil change and tire rotation and left with a stack of faults that turned $50 maintenance into $220 in unnecessary repairs. Last time I will consider them for any kind of vehicle maintenance. Your "What type of Service Was Performed" prompt needs an "Unnecessary Maintenance" option.

I got my oil changed last week and they did a good job, the only issue was when I got in my car I noticed a squeally sound when I turned on the A/C. They brought a tech out as soon as possible, just a flap underneath the car they forgot to put back in place. But they had no problem with coming out right away and look at the problem. Definitely will be going back.

Every time I go to them and would like a simple oil change or state inspection the technician has to give us a hard time. We have very good cars and they make them seem like they are clunkers and about to break down. Instead of working with your faithful customer, Firestone makes you feel like not coming back again.

I feel that the mechanics do not do all the checks they claim to do and provide the coustomer with a list of additional services or repairs needing to be done that they dont really check. I came for oil change and was given a invoice with a few other iteams that need to be done, some that service had already been preformed by another shop prior to coming to Firestone. When l left there were oil spots on the vehicle that had been wiped but not clear cleaned off. I was told all fluid levels would be checked and topped off dasnt the case. Power steering was low when l arrived and was low when l arrived home. Bottom line up front l dont really trust them on post or not. Thanks.

So far I've been pleased with Firestone Complete Auto Care Centers. I have been taking my vehicles for the past 6-7 yrs, and the service has been good. They also try to maintain the grease of the interior and no oil spills once I get my oil changed. Further more I used the $20.00 certificate will it help me get the "Full Synthetic Oil" for my vehicle.

I used them because they accept all types of credit cards. Other thatn that I have to be careful with them because if I think I need service on something they will fix whatever it is if they can but they tend to not tell you if you say for instance, 'I think my truck needs an oil change ", and they'll do the oil change. Then you come to find out that you didn't even need the oil change yet. They should inform the customer of what is actually needed if any repairs.

To Whom It May Concern: When I, Monica, Terry's wife came in after services were rendered it was long wait time just to tell someone something was not completely right on my vehicle. I heard a noise. I was then told there would be at least a two hour wait. I don't know exactly what should be done but the wait and/or response time needs to get better. Sincerely, Monica Thomas

I trust this particular Firestone to perform all of my out of warranty maintenance. They have serviced my vehicle for many years and have always been professional and reliable. The prices are competitive with all of the local shops, but it's the speed of service and professionalism that standout the most. I even prefer Firestone Fort Bliss over any other local Firestone. Other reviews state that the wait was an inconvenience, but I rarely wait and arrange so that I drop off my vehicle and my service has always completed on the same day. A shuttle service would be a great convenience. One example is that I dropped my vehicle of the night prior to a Ford dealership so it would be the first in line to diagnose and replace my A/C compressor. After two days without any status, I contacted the dealership and was told it would be several days before it is even seen. I took it that afternoon to Firestone Fort Bliss and they diagnosed it by the time I got home and replaced the compressor before closing that evening. Other reviews also state that the technicians recommend services the customer thought was not required. You have to realize those are just recommendations and it's it's up to the consumer to ask the relevant questions and decide what repairs are immediately required and what can wait. You can't beat the lifetime brakes, alignment, rotation and balance!

We have been doing service with this location for nearly two years. For the most part we had been satisfied until this weekend. My husband decided to change the oil himself on our 2006 Acura for the sake of time. When he did he found that Firestone used an oil filter that was way too small!! My husband is a car guy and has worked on cars all his life so is familiar with what size it should have been. He also noticed that the oil was extra black, probably due to the inadequate filter. Now, we are wondering if this has happened more than once and to our other vehicles.

I bought my tires at this location, when discussing the warranty, I was told that if it feels off alignment, take it back and with no hesitation they would fix it. That was not the case when I took it back almost a week later. I was told that I had a lodged sandbag in my tire, which was not the case at all. I had torn pieces of a sandbag hanging, they said they couldn't fix it. They told me the sandbag had messed up the alignment and they said that They couldn't fix it unless they took apart the tire axle and replace it. I went back and looked at my truck on the lift, they showed me where the problem was and I felt taken for a ride, like these mechanics were trying to take advantage of me. I told them I wanted a second opinion. I took the truck to another shop and without hesitation they fixed it, without having to take my truck apart. They even said the torn sandbag story sounded like a lie. I may have gotten my tires at that Firestone, but in all honesty, I'm hesitant to return there or any Firestone location.

I had my oil changed last December and I'm picking up my car. I stood up for maybe 15 to 20 minutes to be entertained. The man was in the phone maybe calling some customer and he kept on telling me I'll be with you shortly an it seems he has no ending phone calls. I saw another man so, I said excuse me and please help me. The man that was in the phone should know his priority. My business is in and out because I'm just picking up my car or he should call other employees to help me, not that I am the one calling for help. 15 to 20 minutes of wait is a long time.

Well they were faster than my last change at a dealership which took 1 hour and half. Firestone took an hour to change the oil. During that time the truck just sat their until they asked if I wanted to have my filters change and then it was fill with oil with in 5 mintues and then done. Makes me wonder how long it sat their before they actually asked me about my filters.

Went in to get new tires. Left with new tires, a "necessary" fix to one of my bushings, ruined alignment, and a loud noise that I could not only hear but FEEL through my floorboard whenever I went over bumps or made a turn. Planned to spend $400 and left spending more than double, leaving with a car worse off than I brought it in. Oh and that sound? After SEVEN hours the next day when I brought it back, Firestone determined it was apparently coming from a screw on my new hitch hitting my exhaust when I went over bumps.. No chance. Took it to a small local auto repair shop nearby, fixed my alignment the same day and figured out that sound that had taken Firestone literally SEVEN hours to not be able to figure out was actually my strut. That they messed up. Which now also needs repair. tl;dr: If you think going there for JUST new tires is an ok idea, regardless of the terrible reviews: don't.
